Abstract
This paper presents the procedure of implementing Ateb-modeling method, used for high definition video traffic samples. The subject of the study were high definition video traffic samples with different characteristics. It was shown, that those traffic samples have a self-similar nature, so the developed method could be used for modeling of future traffic values. Simulation tests were prepared to show the adequacy of used Ateb-modeling method for chosen high definition video samples. The obtained research results indicate the need to adapt the proposed method of modeling traffic values for 8K high definition video samples.
