Very impressed. Good wide range of products at competitive/affordable prices. Products get delivered on time. Only had one issue in the last 6 months and this was sorted swiftly. It's also good in this day and age to get responses from an actual person. Product range keeps growing to suit customers needs. Product prices even decrease in price sometimes so its nice that Gelato pass on their savings.

The quality of the embroidery is very good. Some problems with deliveries and embroidery at the beginning but they have improved on this point lately. Too bad Gelato doesn't offer eco-friendly clothing such as Stanley/Stella. To date, a few SOL's garments exist but are not delivered worldwide.
A point of honor on customer service, which is very responsive and always looking for solutions to my problems.

Easy Shopify integration
I have used Gelato for several years, but only recently set up a Shopify store and was very pleased with how easily I could integrate the store with Gelato. Sales have gone seamlessly and any need I had for customer support was a good experience.

Support options not optimal
Edit: They directly came back to me on the same day, so I guess my first rating was a bit too rushed. They helped me by providing invoices, although I needed to contact sales because it was the only form working for me. So I'd say its a fair 4/5. The products itself are good and the prices reasonable.
11. Feb 25: the chatbot the FAQ & many other users here refer to seems to not exist anymore. You also can't reply to their emails (hello@ or support@) & the their contact form has mandatory fields for "order" which I can't select because that is exactly my problem: my order isn't showing up in my account & I need an invoice. So pretty lousy so far - I hate when you can't reach support quickly for such a small problem and get bothered by thousands of articles which in the end all don't work out because its simply a system malfunction from Gelato's side. Very bad support flow so far.

Easy, affordable and the best customer support
Been using Gelato for a couple of years now for work. I used to have to print and send my illustrations myself directly from here and it was a nightmare.
Since I discovered Gelato things have been simply amazing. The prices are very competitive, the shipping is fast and reliable and, if there's the smallest issue, their customer support answers very quickly and are always extremely helpful.

It can take as long as 20 minutes just to process one single product in the catalogue...
