While working on another project, I saw that one of the digital newspaper archive sites I subscribe to has the Arizona Daily Star, which is Tucson's main newspaper.  There were references in issues from 1992, 1995 & 1996 to Jones Photo giveaways, so that sort of confirms the existence of sets from those two years.
