Capture Any Image on the Web with Gyazo for Chrome

Today a new tool has been added to enhance your experience: Gyazo for Google Chrome!

The extension runs on Chrome for Windows, Mac OSX, Linux, and of course Chromebooks.

Download it here for free: Gyazo on the Chrome Web Store

Now you can share a selection, a specific image, or an entire web page without leaving your browser. This makes it much easier to collect images as you see them online and save them for later use without changing applications.

You can also capture images instantly when using a different computer and without downloading the Gyazo desktop app. This is convenient for using Gyazo on a computer at the library, school, or work that has restricted download and install access.

We hope you enjoy this new way of using Gyazo to save and collect your favorite images. Together with the new Gyazo Tabs feature you can now easily get all of your images saved and sorted out by topic for later sharing and reference.

Key Features of Gyazo for Chrome

  • You can also capture a screen shot of a whole web page in one step

When you use these features the web page’s title and url are inserted on the image page automatically so you have an easy reference to the source.

Of course you can always write comments on the gyazo image page and if you have a Ninja account, you can also draw and add notes right on your new images.

For developers : You can use the same API we used to make something new!

This extension uses the public Gyazo API for uploading to Gyazo and authentication.
