Jon Bumstead (Republican Party) is a member of the Michigan State Senate, representing District 32. He assumed office on January 1, 2023. His current term ends on January 1, 2027.

Bumstead (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the Michigan State Senate to represent District 32. He won in the general election on November 8, 2022.

Bumstead is a former Republican member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing District 100 from 2011 to 2017. He did not seek re-election to the Michigan House of Representatives in 2016 due to term limits.

Biography

Jon Bumstead lives in North Muskegon, Michigan. Bumstead's career experience includes owning Bumstead Construction. He served as the president of the Safari Club International’s Michigan chapter and as a volunteer firefighter with the Newaygo Area Fire and Rescue Command.[1]
