Brett Davis
Brett Davis (b. December 5, 1975) was a Republican member of the Wisconsin State Assembly. He represented the 80th District since 2005.
In February 2010, Davis announced he would be running for Wisconsin Lieutenant Governor.[1]
Davis has worked as a policy assistant for Governor Tommy G. Thompson, special assistant for Secretary Tommy G. Thompson - United States Department of Health and Human Services, and legislative assistant for Wisconsin State Assembly member Mike Powers.
He is a member of the Dane County Republican Party, Farm Bureau, Friends of Cadiz Springs State Park, Green County Conservation League, Green County Republican Party, Monroe Kiwanis, Monroe Noon Optimists, Oregon-Brooklyn Lions Club, and the Rock County Republican Party.[2]
On his campaign site Davis lists for main legislative priorities:[3]

- Keeping Kids in Great Schools - "A strong economy depends on a strong public education system. That’s why I support keeping state aid to local school districts as the state’s top budget priority. they will make ends meet."

Davis did not seek re-election in 2010. He is running for Wisconsin Lieutenant Governor.
