* Official Lanyard and ID Card can only be picked up at the Kids Club Kiosk in section 131. The kiosk is open from gates open to the third inning during every Mets regular season home game. Child must be present to collect Lanyard/ID, special items and Mets Connect reward points.

* Kids Club Essentials Kit is available for ballpark pickup only. Kits can be picked up at the Kids Club Kiosk in section 131. The kiosk is open from gates open to the third inning during every Mets regular season home game. Two ticket vouchers are redeemable for tickets in Promenade Reserved. When redeeming your vouchers you have the opportunity to upgrade your tickets.

* Kids Club Day VIP Access tickets grants ticket holders a game ticket, early entry to the ballpark and the pre-game party. Any guests looking to attend the Kids Club Day VIP Access party must have a ticket to this specific event. Any guests who do not have a Kids Club VIP Access ticket will not be granted early admission to the pre-game party. All adults in attendance must be accompanied by a child.
