According to MLB.com's Tigers roster page, the current roster stand at 43 (including the 4 guys who are on the 60 day IL), so shortly after the season ends, they'll need to cut at least 3 players to reach the maximum roster capacity. So who will be the first to go?

Highest on my list would be Vilade, Madris, and Sammons. Next tier considerations might include Baddoo, Kreidler, White (currently on 60 day IL), Leonard, Vanasco, and Englert.

It's possible that none of these guys will survive the offseason roster shaping after free agent and Rule 5 eligible additions are made. Of those 9 borderline guys, which ones do you think will survive the offseason and remain in the organization?
