"As a parent, sometimes it's hard to hear that your child did not have a great day. You ask yourself why. Was it really bad what they did? Was it just my child? How was it handled in the classroom? Did the teachers do everything to help the problem/situation? Thetime that my children spent here was positive. I think we all have to take a few steps back and assess the situations that we find ourselves in. Nobody is perfect. We have to remember that our children are also not perfect..even as much as we like to think they are. We all make mistakes. Instead of attacking and insulting others who are sincerely trying to do their absolute best, we should look inside ourselves..brush that negativity out. We wouldn't want our children to lose out on these special times. We wouldn't want to leave our child out of any party or event just because we did not like how a child spoke to our own child and how we couldn't handle ourselves in the appropriate manner. Let's all try to do better. Daycares tend to have a high turnover rate. Maybe look into the owners and management for this reason. Let's check to see if they are treating their employees well. Sometimes it is the employees and they need to move on to greener pastures. After all, they are the ones who spend the most time with our children during the week. We want our little ones to have all the love that we cannot give to them in those hours.... show more

The staff at the daycare are truly outstanding. They welcome the children with warmand caring greetings and are attentive to their needs. "My family has had the pleasure of knowing Ms. Jackie for many years. My 5 yr old son has been with Ms. Jackie since he was an infant and he will be going onto to Kindergarten soon. He has learned so many things through Ms. Jackie and we are grateful for everythingand so very sad to be leaving. If you are looking for a quality, loving in home care then Ms. Jackie's is the place for you. She offers a great learning and social environment for children of all ages. "Rosa is amazing at what she does! I always feel safe dropping my son off everyday. Rosa cares for him and the other children like they are her own. She is attentive to their needs, and does a great job balancing having little ones at the same time. Hercommunication is one thing that I'm so grateful for. Rosa always updates me with pictures and videos throughout the day. I love seeing my son so happy and having fun throughout the day by watching the videos and looking at the pictures. Whenever I reach out with a question, she is very responsive and quick to answer. Rosa is so supportive in anything that I wanted to change in my sons schedule and she tries her best to keep it consistent to what we do at home.
