Counsancourt?  Betansell?

I love platoons.  Platoons were one of the great things from 1970s and 80s baseball.  Ugh how I can’t stand that we need the 10th, 11th and 12th reliever instead.

Craig Counsell is a better hitter, and probably better fielder than Betancourt.  But they are opposite handed.  I can definitely get behind the idea of a platoon.

Note to mothers: Craig Counsell throws with his right hand and hits from the left side.  That’s exactly how you should bring up your kids.
