I hope you all had a great St. Patrick's Day! I guess it's time to start thinking about decorating some eggs if you're into that sort of thing. That's where the Egg-Bot might come in! With this kit from Evil Mad Science you can make your very own.

The Eggbot is an open-source art robot that can draw on spherical or egg-shaped objects from the size of a ping pong ball to that of a small grapefruit-- roughly 1.25 to 4.25 inches in diameter (3 - 10 cm).

I'll file this Gingerbread Menger Sponge under things that I haven't done but I'm glad someone did! This deliciously geeky gingerbread house was created by fungus amungus on Instructables.

Here's a fun and inexpensive gift to make for your retro gamer friends! These Super Mario mushroom ornaments by scoochmaroo on Instructables are adorable and simple to make. I've been meaning to make a few! Just gotta pick up some styrofoam balls.

I picked up these cardboard Eco Nation DIY Universal Eco Speakers tonight while I was out and they're pretty neat! They're made from 70% post consumer recycled material. The sound quality isn't perfect but they'll make great emergency backup speakers. I can hardly wait to decorate them. :)
