Fast adoption, lots of support!!!

I'm actually typing this on my Svalboard right now, after only a week and a half of daily practice. I'm up to 44wpm and I've made it my daily driver and removed my old ergo keyboard and replaced it with a logitech K400r because I do all my computing with the Svalboard but guests for example might still need to use my computer. People at work were curious about it, all for different RSI related options. Claussen deserves praise! Just to be clear after a long day at work i can't type this review with a normal keyboard but with a Svalboard it's no problem

Absolutely lovely

I was torn between pre-built and DIY. Obviously the price difference makes DIY a very attractive option. I know lots of people enjoy the DIY process itself and that makes it a no-brainer but that's not me. It would have been a bit of a chore for me. Anyway, I was not disappointed. The build quality is fantastic and it would have taken an enormous amount of time and frustration for me to replicate it. It's clear you're not just paying a premium for the time, but also the passion, skill, and professionalism that goes into the build.

This is my first datahand-esque experience and it's everything I hoped for. If you found this product and made it as far as reading reviews while considering buying it, there's no chance you'll be disappointed with a purchase.

Awesome bit of kit

Still trying to learn but it has been a joy to experience a completely different approach to interacting with my computer. It’s very nicely made, comes with a good selection of spares and the community is great.

Beautiful piece of kit.

I have previously been using the Svalboard Alpha as my daily driver for work, and with one or two minor niggles and rough patches it is an impressive device. The Svalboard Lightly fixes all of those niggles and rough patches, and is a beautifully finished machine with buttery smooth action, and now with added pointing device goodness. :-) Absolutely amazing.

Perfect replacement for my DataHand Pro

I purchased the keyboard to replace my 30 year old DataHand Pro. This has proved to be a great keyboard with an awesome support network. I 100% approve of this keyboard and suggest everyone at least tries it for a few months.
