Very useful tool for those who are familiar with MATLAB. Note, this is a separate Python program that can plot figures without MATLAB installed. Wide set of output format including PDF & PNG. Great! P.S. site URL works as for today.

The link to their website is dead. Doesn't seem to exist anymore. vsn. 1.5 may be the last.

This would be ok if there were more sources of information such as more mailing lists. Are there any mailing lists besides here? I sent a question to this mailing list July 22,2012 and it never got posted even by 7/29/2012. For a newcomer it really isn't that easy to pick up. A whole area that would be good to address is limits: maximum dimensions possible. Highest granularity of time. And so on.
