Pros: Ease of use, by being able to search a part number or by being able to zoom in and out of machinery, to locate individual parts.

Cons: When zooming in and out, and moving the screen around it can be sensitive and go too far in occasionally.

Overall: Since the implementation of Partful it has been a great success for the end users, and allows parts to be sourced in a timely manner.

Pros: The three dimensional machine pictures are very easy to navigate and makes finding parts required quick and easy. Also being able to have both look up and ordering in one site is great.

Cons: With slower Internet connection the more detailed pictures can be slightly sluggish to respond.

Overall: Very easy to use parts lookup for machinery offering an exploded diagram style parts list. Nice and simple to navigate and very intuitive.

Pros: Ease of use is amazing and don’t have to deal with people on the phone. Such quick delivery and easy to add parts to the cart!

Cons: The other products that I own isn’t on the site but I think they will be added. Other than that It was so easy to use!

Overall: Fantastic so easy to use and cuts out speaking to people who often get the order wrong with slow delivery times.

Pros: Easy to find categories you need, 3d parts diagrams really good to see complete breakdown of parts and identifying whats needed.

Cons: Sometimes hard to control the movement of the diagrams.

Overall: Really good experiences so far, enables part identification, pricing and ordering really efficiently.
