We currently have more than 50 employees throughout the company, and this platform has been key to being able to associate new task assignments for our employees, in a diverse way, each employee receives different tasks every day thanks to this platform. With the help of this service, I have been able to associate new tasks for any type of sector of my company, whether for the technology, marketing, sales or product area, it does not matter which sector I have to send a task to, this platform allows me to do it. I also liked the way I can closely monitor the progress of each task, and the people who are executing a task in real time. The real-time system works wonderfully and allows me to check the progress of each task individually. I can check the progress of the tasks that were to be executed for each area of ​​the company. In addition, the platform automatically sends me notifications when an employee has not completed a task assigned for a specific date, which improves punctuality when delivering tasks for specific days or dates. In addition, it is incredible how employees who use this platform to manage all their tasks can exchange tasks between themselves and work together. This platform allows these employees to add a new colleague to a specific task as an assistant, in this way they can work together to execute the same task. In addition, employees can exchange tasks with their colleagues within the same area, which helps all tasks to be executed simultaneously.

    Cons: One of the main things that I have criticized a lot about this platform is that it does not have a service where you can work together within the same platform, either upload some type of document to edit and work together or upload some type of file so that employees can work together within the same task management panel, currently yes, some tasks can be modified so that they can work together, but outside of the applications, there is currently no type of panel within these applications that allows uploading new files or new tasks to be executed together, it would be excellent if this platform implemented a system where files can be shared, either to edit them together or to work with the help of a colleague specifically. I also did not like that this platform does not have automated notifications that allow employees. Receive notifications or reminders when you have a late task or when the delivery time is approaching and you have not completed the task. This system or this function is necessary so that our employees are always aware of the latest task assignments that have occurred within their sector. I would very much like this reminder function to be implemented as soon as possible.

    Pros: I use MeisterTask on a daily basis and what i like best about it is how it allows you to visually manage and organize my tasks and projects. It has got a very intuitive and user friendly user interface which makes it super easy to use even for new beginners. Also, i like that i can easily assign activities and and add a delivery date.

    Cons: So far so good. Since i started using MeisterTask until today i haven't experienced anything challenging so i dislike nothing.

There are many options that I have in mind when being able to add in a project, such as checklists, sections, labels, attachments and also being able to leave comments, as well as my work team in order to have better feedback. The freedom of customization that MeisterTask gives me is the best because I have no limit in being able to adapt different projects to different needs without having to adjust to specific parameters of this platform, but I choose how I want to manage my projects.

    They have certain automations that allow me not to have to do repetitive tasks, but rather everything is done without having to do them manually, with certain parameters or rules I can make said assigned tasks or repetitive actions. With this I can assign tasks to certain people according to parameters that I have previously established without having to be within this platform to assign them manually, in addition to being automatically notified even if they have overdue tasks, this being easier for me when I drive a lot of projects.

    Integrations with other platforms are complete and it also has complementation with other tools from the Meister Suite, allowing the integration of data from these other tools with the data from MeisterTask. The integrations with other platforms are very well defined with respect to their functionality, although there are very few platforms that can officially connect with MeisterTask. However, in case you need to integrate more applications that are not available in the section of applications that can be connected, then you can use an automation platform that is available such as Zapier or another with which you are familiar or simply use the MeisterTask API to connect other platforms directly to it.

    Cons: The calendar or schedule view is only available for the business or corporation plan which for me is not necessary to have these expensive plans because I do not use all the features that can be handled in teams, with the Pro plan it is enough for me. However, despite the fact that the Pro plan is very good to be able to work individually, I cannot have access to the schedule of future tasks and events that I will have scheduled, so I necessarily had to upgrade to a business version to be able to have a calendar view with this missing feature which is very important for managing tasks and pending activities in my working life. Another way to be able to have a calendar view is through the integrations with the Outlook or Google Calendar calendar, this being a bit annoying because I don't want to check calendars from other platforms to see my MeisterTask tasks but I just want to be inside this platform and check my calendar even if my account is Pro.

    The subscription system is a huge mess, there are certain things that allow people with a Basic account to collaborate, but on other occasions other people in my team with a Basic account cannot enjoy or see certain things about the projects or assigned tasks. In addition, it is not so easy to be able to assign licenses to other users, so it tends to be complicated, and a solution could be to add the number of users allowed for any Premium plan on the main page of MeisterTask and if more are needed, add them at once the additional cost in order to have a better budget when wanting a platform to work collaboratively on projects. Another issue I have with regards to subscriptions is that if I purchase a mobile subscription I won't have the opportunity to make changes to the subscriptions through the website nor can I be added to teams so I had to wait for them to my subscription expired since it seems that the mobile subscription differs in relation to the subscriptions made on the website.

    Certain notifications have delays in both Windows and iOS and Android apps, the only app that works as well as the browser version is on Mac. This can be critical when you're running an important project and need to get notifications instantly of the latest updates, this being essential for anyone who is managing a project and that notifications are the first thing they see.

    Overall: In general, MeisterTask seems to me to be a complete and simple tool for project and task management that becomes flexible and versatile, allowing easy access to people with little knowledge of this type of platform, this improves the way in which a user can learn how to manage a project more easily.     2- Another of the things that I like about the Camera is the way in which it allows me to have a constant and real-time monitoring of each of the activities that are being carried out in our company, just by accessing the main panel of the platform, I can individually view all the activities that are currently being developed, I can also see the recently completed activities and the activities that have not yet been weighed. Therefore, the main one is very beneficial for me, it helps me to know the activities and the progress of each one.

    Cons: One of the things that needs to be improved in MeisterTask is that currently this software does not have a system that is capable of notifying me when a person has not fulfilled their assignment, this causes me to review this information manually. When one of my employees does not fulfill the assignments that have been placed for a specific day, I really did not notice, because this shower does not notify me or send me a notification that the time of the assignment has passed and I do not has been successfully completed, I would love for this system to be implemented in this software as soon as possible, this would help me to draw the attention of my employees when they do not complete their assignments. Another thing that should be improved in this software is that the Free Trial that they currently offer is quite limited, it does not allow unlimited assignments, and it does not allow tasks to be carried out jointly with other employees. Having a much more comprehensive free trial would help new users get to grips with the platform much faster.

    Pros: Controlling each of the tasks that we carry out in our company and keeping track of the activities that our employees carry out is something that we have been able to do with the help of MeisterTask, its presence in the various sectors of our company has been positive in many factors. I liked several things about MeisterTask because it was able to manage our entire workflow, one of the things I liked the most was:

    1. MeisterTask was able to show in real time the progress of each one of the activities of our employees, this system is capable of Tracking the progress of the tasks that were previously assigned, this function is very important for us because it helps us to know that our employees are fulfilling the tasks in the agreed time, in addition, this system has made it possible for us to track if our employees have a long way to go to complete the assignments in their entirety.

    2. I love the way MeisterTask allows me to create assignments and send immediate notifications to my employees' emails. I have imported my employee contact list into MeisterTask, and have been able to send immediate notifications to everyone when I have completed the activity assignment process. This notification system works completely normally, and helps me keep all my employees attentive in the process of completing tasks.

    3. I really like the orderly report that MeisterTask provides me. This system divides the various sectors of my company in the reports, I get separate reports for each sector and this helps me a lot to know exactly which of the sectors is being more productive in the last weeks or months.

    4. My employees can work as a team with the help of MeisterTask, they can request help to complete a task within the platform panel, the platform will automatically record that the employee received help to complete it.

    Cons: So far I have not had any problems with the MeisterTask service, I am satisfied with the results and the effectiveness that this platform has worked for all this time.     Pros: In our Sales sector, it is important to have a correct management of tasks and organize all kinds of business tasks. I am Manager of the Sales sector and I have that responsibility. During my experience, I have liked the following factors of MeisterTask:

    - The tasks assigned to each user are fully detailed. When I assign a task to an employee, I can put all kinds of details for it and in this way it is executed perfectly, in addition, I can attach work material so that it fulfills the previously assigned task.

    - MeisterTask sends me immediate alerts when an employee has exceeded the delivery deadline and has not yet completed the assigned task. This is a very incredible function, since I can know exactly if any employee is fulfilling the tasks that have been assigned to them. The alerts are fantastic and I receive them in my email.

    - All employees can see in a general way, what task their colleagues are fulfilling. This is great because everyone can tell if the employee is busy or has finished their work.

    Cons: - MeisterTask does not offer any type of analytical system in which you can see the behavior and effectiveness that employees have been having with the completion of assigned tasks. This is a very necessary function, both for me and for the Managers of the other sectors of my company. Knowing in an analytical and detailed way the behavior of the work groups, would help to correct it at the exact time.

    - Notifications only work when an employee has not yet completed their tasks but there is no function to send notifications to employees that new tasks have been assigned. Employees should periodically check the platform to be able to know what tasks have been assigned to them.

    - The mobile application is quite slow, both for Android and iOS, it is not a recommended application.

    Overall: It is a fairly comfortable platform, the user interface is broken down into several sections which helps to differentiate the tasks for each employee. Tasks can be moved to another date with the drag and drop system, this helps them to be organized or postponed more quickly. Tasks can be monitored in real time, you can know exactly if an employee is fulfilling their tasks or not.
