Cole Jermaine Palmer (born 6 May 2002) is an English footballer. He plays as an attacking midfielder or winger for Chelsea and the England national team. He is one of the best young players in Europe.[2][3]

Palmer started playing for Manchester City and made his first senior game in 2020. He helped them win the Premier League, FA Cup, and UEFA Champions League in 2023. He moved to Chelsea in 2023 for £40 million and was named the best player for Chelsea and the best young player in the Premier League for the 2023–24 season. Palmer has played for England's youth teams and won the 2023 Under-21 Championship. He started playing for the senior England team in the same year.
