Cikloheksan-1,3-dionska hidrolaza (EC 3.7.1.10, 1,3-cikloheksandion hidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom cikloheksan-1,3-dion acilhidrolaza (deciklizacija).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- cikloheksan-1,3-dion + H2O 5-oksoheksanoat
Ovaj enzim je veoma specifičan. On ne deluje na druge dionske derivate cikloheksana, ciklopentana ili cikloheptana.
