Updating the baselines with June 2024 data.

We looked at monthly net new quality content in topic areas and target languages' Wikipedia as baselines. The data is from December 2023 - May 2024. Refer to this notebook for detailed queries.

There is one criterion that has not been met:
The share event in wikistories_contribution_event (event_type = "story_share") is not tracked when users access the shared link.

• % logo DRs within 30 days = UW_with_logo_drs_within_30_days / UW_all
• % of DRs mentioning logo within 30 days = UW_with_logo_drs_within_30_days/ UW_with_drs_within_30_days
• % of copyright DRs mentioning logo within 30 days = UW_with_logo_drs_within_30_days/ UW_with_COPYRIGHT_drs_within_30_days

@AUgolnikova-WMF According to the way Marco used to look for the logo-related deletions and uploads, we can only find these deletions from deletion reason. in this case, we are not able to get metrics like "Proportion of logos in overall Commons files" and "Proportion of logos in undeleted content" since there's no way to find these files if it's not deleted. Also, since it's part of the copyright related metric, I use metrics that align more with our current metrics.
If you also want to check the time to deletion for logos, I can add it back.

Since we can't measure/narrow down to sub-topics such as Biographies & Women's Health, Climate & Sustainability, I used the content_gap_metrics database to access quality articles in different categories for a snapshot for February 2024 for some wikis. referring the queries from movement metrics.

In wikistories_consumption_event, referrer_type = "shared_link" if the story view or story impression is from a shared link

• No events were found in the table using the following query. and the referrer_type column is NULL for all the events.
