Conversion to PDF returns an empty page on Russian Wikivoyage.
Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- go to https://ru.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Рогатин
- choose 'Download as PDF', https://ru.wikivoyage.org/w/index.php?title=Служебная:DownloadAsPdf&page=Рогатин&action=show-download-screen and press 'Скачать' (Download) button
- no pdf-file is produced, and an empty page is returned

The same problem is observed on all pages, so the issue seems to be related to the configuration of pdf-export on this wiki
