Has a “thank you” heading, a “you can add/edit…” explanation, and an EventEmittingButton that opens in a new tab.

Emits a custom event on button click (which will then be translated into the real “close”/“success”/whatever signal by App).

The button href is probably the same one as for bailouts: the original edit link URL (originalHref in the store).
