Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA AKTIVIRANJE USPORAVAJUĆE KOČNICE MOTORNIH VOZILA, UPRAVLJANE SISTEMOM ELEKTROHIDRAULIČNIH VENTILA.Predmet pronalaska je postupak za aktiviranje usporavajuće kočnice (3) motornih vozila upravljane sistemom elektrohidrauličkih ventila. Na osnovu broja obrtaja nekog konstruktivnog dela pogonskog lanca, koji počinje sa pogonskom osovinom menjača (2) i koji se završava sa točkovima (7), ili se na osnovu prosečnog broja obrtaja para konstruktivnih delova, pomoću davača (16) kontinualno generiše električni signal koji se odnosi na ugaonu brzinu. Ovaj signal se vodi u memorijsku jedinicu (18) i onda se signalom "osnovni gas" iz davača (15) koji naznačva osnovni položaj papučice za gas, ili signalom prekidanja kočenja davača (14) koji naznačva različite položaje papučice za kočenje, daje komanda za pohranjivanje signala trenutne ugaone brzine, iza čega se signalom "osnovni gas" ili signalom prekidanja kočenja, prosledjuje upravljački signal sistemu elektrohidrauličkih ventila hidrodinamičke usporavajuće kočnice (3), preko upravljačke jedinice (19). Signal ugaone brzine koji se kontinualno generišu davačem (16) kontinualno uporedjuje se u upravljačkoj jedinici (19) sa signalom ugaone brzine pohranjenim u memoriji (18), s tim što se pri razlici izmedju ova dva signala ugaone brzine upravljački signal upravljačke jedinice (19) menja vraćanjem trenutnog signala ugaone brzine u smeru pohranjenog signala.
