Abstract

Description
本申请涉及一种万向轮,尤其涉及一种滚轮支撑式多片万向轮。
现有的万向轮采用多个滚子组拼装于轮圈上实现前后及左右滚动,而一个滚子组又包括支架、大滚子及一对小滚子,将大滚子滚动地枢接于支架上,两小滚子分别位于大滚子的两侧并枢接于支架上;这样设计同一个万向轮上,不但存在两种不同类型的滚子,而且支架的外形也需要根据大小滚子的外形作为特别的设计,这不但使得万向轮的结构复杂化,而且安装比较繁琐,组装不便。
申请内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种转向灵活、结构简单、组装方便的滚轮支撑式多片万向轮。
为了实现上述目的,本申请提供的滚轮支撑式多片万向轮包括轮圈、支撑环、多个轮片以及多个滚轮,所述轮片可转动地套于所述支撑环,且所述轮片围绕所述轮圈的中心轴呈周向地布置于所述轮圈外周,所述支撑环与所述轮圈呈同心地设置;所述滚轮枢接于所述轮圈的内部两侧,且所述滚轮与所述轮片的外周滚动接触。
与现有技术相比,本申请通过将轮片套接于支撑环上,又将轮片周向地布置于所述轮圈的外周,使得所述支撑环与所述轮圈同心,同时设置滚轮,并使所述滚轮枢接于所述轮圈的内部两侧;利用所述滚轮与所述轮片滚动接触,一方面可以使得所述轮片及所述支撑环能稳定地支承于所述轮圈的外周,从而使这些轮片共同组成了一个车轮整体,使整个万向轮达到围绕所述轮圈的中心轴
前后滚动的目的;另一方面可以使各个所述轮片能稳定流畅地围绕自身的中心轴转动,从而能使万向轮实现左右滚动的目的。因此,本申请可以进行多向滚动,转向灵活,而且,零件组合少,结构简单、紧凑,组装十分方便。
较佳地,所述轮片及所述滚轮的中心轴均与所述轮圈的中心轴垂直。
较佳地,所述滚轮围绕所述轮圈的中心轴周向设置。
较佳地,所述轮圈的外侧周向凹陷地设有安装槽,所述滚轮及所述轮片设置于所述安装槽内。所述安装槽可以容纳所述支撑环以及所述轮片的一部分,从而既可以只露出轮片的另一部分而隐藏不必要的零件,提高万向轮的美观性,又可以使得整个万向轮的体积更小,结构更加紧凑合理。
具体地,所述滚轮支撑式多片万向轮还包括滚轮支架,所述滚轮支架围绕所述轮圈的中心轴呈周向地安装于所述安装槽内。通过设置所述滚轮动架,使得所述滚轮组装更加容易方便。
较佳地,所述滚轮支撑式多片万向轮还包括定位支架,所述定位支架设置于两相邻的所述轮片之间,以对所述轮片轴向定位。这样可以防止所述轮片沿所述支撑环的中心轴方向发生位置移动,从而提高万向轮结构的稳定性以及运行的安全性。
具体地,所述滚轮支撑式多片万向轮还包括轴承,所述轴承套于所述支撑环及所述轮片之间,两相邻的所述定位支架之间抵顶所述轴承的内圈。设置所述轴承可以使得所述轮片更稳定流畅地转动。
具体地,所述定位支架的相对两侧分别延伸出轴套,所述轴套抵顶于与其位于同侧的所述轴承的内圈。
较佳地,所述轮片包括内轮及外轮套,所述外轮套套接固定于所述内轮的外周。
具体地,所述内轮的表面外周周向设有定位肋,所述外轮套的内壁周向设有卡槽,所述卡槽与所述定位肋卡合。这样可以使所述外轮套与所述内轮能相对固定,提高连接的稳定性。
较佳地,所述轮圈包括左圈及右圈,所述左圈与所述右圈同轴固定连接。通过将所述轮圈设置为左圈及右圈组合的形式,既能方便地对所述轮圈进行加
工,又能方便安装所述轮片及滚轮,提高组装的便利性。

为详细说明本申请的技术内容、构造特征、所实现的效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
如图1至图5所示,本申请的滚轮支撑式多片万向轮100包括轮圈1、支撑环2、多个轮片3以及多个滚轮4,所述轮片3的横截面呈圆环形,所述轮片3可转动地套于所述支撑环2,且所述轮片3围绕所述轮圈1的中心轴呈周向地布置于所述轮圈1外周,所述支撑环2与所述轮圈1呈同心地设置;所述滚轮4枢接于所述轮圈1的内部两侧,且所述滚轮4与所述轮片3的外周滚动接触。所述滚轮4围绕所述轮圈1的中心轴周向设置。所述轮片3及所述滚轮4的中心轴均与所述轮圈1的中心轴垂直。
请参阅图6及图7,所述轮圈1的外侧周向凹陷地设有安装槽1a,所述滚轮4及所述轮片3设置于所述安装槽1a内。所述安装槽1a可以容纳所述支撑环2以及所述轮片3的一部分,从而既可以只露出轮片3的另一部分而隐藏不必要的零件,提高万向轮的美观性,又可以使得整个万向轮的体积更小,结构更加紧凑合理。具体地,所述滚轮支撑式多片万向轮100还包括滚轮支架5,所述滚轮支架5围绕所述轮圈1的中心轴呈周向地安装于所述安装槽1a内。通过设置所述滚轮4动架,使得所述滚轮4组装更加容易方便。所述滚轮支架5的下端
套接固定于所述轮圈内的固定柱上,所述滚轮支架5的上端向所述轮片3安装槽1a的两侧延伸出两分叉51,所述分叉51上设有枢接轴52,所述滚轮4枢接到所述枢接轴52上。此外,为了适应所述轮片3围成的圆形的结构并且使滚轮4能更好地与轮片3滚动接触,可以使所述枢接轴52设置成直线形,并在一所述枢接轴52上枢接多个滚轮4,本实施例一所述枢接轴52枢接有三个滚轮4,其中位于两侧的滚轮4的表面为圆弧形,以适应所述轮片3。另外,还可以将所述枢接轴52设置成弧形或弯折结构,从而使得每个滚轮4的表面都能与对应的轮片3的表面完全接触,以使滚动更平稳。
再如图4及图5所示,所述滚轮支撑式多片万向轮100还包括定位支架6及轴承7,所述定位支架6设置于两相邻的所述轮片3之间,以对所述轮片3轴向定位。这样可以防止所述轮片3沿所述支撑环2的中心轴方向发生位置移动,从而提高万向轮结构的稳定性以及运行的安全性。所述轴承7套于所述支撑环2及所述轮片3之间,两相邻的所述定位支架6之间抵顶所述轴承7的内圈。设置所述轴承7可以使得所述轮片3更稳定流畅地转动。更具体地,所述定位支架6的相对两侧分别延伸出轴套,所述轴套抵顶于与其位于同侧的所述轴承7的内圈。
再请参阅图5,所述轮片3包括内轮31及外轮套32,所述外轮套32套接固定于所述内轮31的外周。所述内轮31的表面外周周向设有定位肋311,所述外轮套32的内壁周向设有卡槽321,所述卡槽321与所述定位肋311卡合。这样可以使所述外轮套32与所述内轮31能相对固定,提高连接的稳定性。所述外轮套32可以使用稍软且耐磨的材料制成,例如橡胶材料;所述内轮31可以使用硬度较高的材料制成,例如铝合金材料。
再如图2及图6所示,所述轮圈1包括左圈11及右圈12,所述左圈11与所述右圈12通过螺栓同轴固定连接。通过将所述轮圈1设置为左圈11及右圈12组合的形式,既能方便地对所述轮圈1进行加工,又能方便安装所述轮片3及滚轮4,提高组装的便利性。
在本实施例中,所述定位支架6、轴承7及所述轮片3的数量均为48个,相邻两轮片3或相邻两定位支架6之间的圆心角为7.5度。当然,所述轮片3或
所述定位支架6的数量也可以为更少或更多,本领域技术人员可以通过所述轮片3或定位支架6的数量以及万向轮半径计算出相邻两轮片3之间的圆心角度,进而可以计算出所述定位支架6的两轴套的长度,在此不再详细说明。
与现有技术相比,本申请通过将轮片3套接于支撑环2上,又将轮片3周向地布置于所述轮圈1的外周,使得所述支撑环2与所述轮圈1同心,同时设置滚轮4,并使所述滚轮4枢接于所述轮圈1的内部两侧;利用所述滚轮4与所述轮片3滚动接触,一方面可以使得所述轮片3及所述支撑环2能稳定地支承于所述轮圈1的外周,从而使这些轮片3共同组成了一个车轮整体,使整个万向轮达到围绕所述轮圈1的中心轴前后滚动的目的;另一方面可以使各个所述轮片3能稳定流畅地围绕自身的中心轴转动,从而能使万向轮实现左右滚动的目的。因此,本申请可以进行多向滚动,转向灵活,而且,零件组合少,结构简单、紧凑,组装十分方便。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请的较佳实例而已,当然不能以此来限定本申请之权利范围,因此依本申请专利范围所作的等同变化,仍属于本申请所涵盖的范围。

- 一种滚轮支撑式多片万向轮,其特征在于:包括轮圈、支撑环、多个轮片以及多个滚轮,所述轮片可转动地套于所述支撑环,且所述轮片围绕所述轮圈的中心轴呈周向地布置于所述轮圈外周,所述支撑环与所述轮圈呈同心地设置;所述滚轮枢接于所述轮圈的内部两侧,且所述滚轮与所述轮片的外周滚动接触。
- 如权利要求1所述的滚轮支撑式多片万向轮,其特征在于:所述轮片及所述滚轮的中心轴均与所述轮圈的中心轴垂直。

- 如权利要求7所述的滚轮支撑式多片万向轮,其特征在于:所述定位支架的相对两侧分别延伸出轴套,所述轴套抵顶于与其位于同侧的所述轴承的内圈。
- 如权利要求1所述的滚轮支撑式多片万向轮,其特征在于:所述轮片包括内轮及外轮套,所述外轮套套接固定于所述内轮的外周。
- 如权利要求9所述的滚轮支撑式多片万向轮,其特征在于:所述内轮的表面外周周向设有定位肋,所述外轮套的内壁周向设有卡槽,所述卡槽与所述定位肋卡合。
- 如权利要求1所述的滚轮支撑式多片万向轮,其特征在于:所述轮圈包括左圈及右圈,所述左圈与所述右圈同轴固定连接。
