In FIG9, between the pre-tensioning portion 511 and the pre-tensioning portion 512, the length of the pre-tensioning portion 511 of the stress portion 51 is greater than the pre-tensioning portions 512 on both sides and is elastically bent. A strip seam 513 is arranged between the force parts 512, and a rivet joint 53 is arranged at one end of the pull ring 5. FIG10 shows the pull ring 5 in an initial state.
