本发明涉及化汝品液的按压泵。
背景技术
目前现有技术,中国专利201420776594.0,一种真空乳液泵,包括螺牙、按头、锁盖、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞、弹簧和设置在本体下部进液孔处的单向阀,所述锁盖的中心有导向管,下端面上有下开口的环形插接槽,环形插接槽的外环内壁上有环形扣位;所述本体的上端的外表面上有环形扣钩;所述主柱包括带法兰的上接口和下连接管;所述本体的上端插入环形插接槽内,环形扣钩与环形扣位扣合;副柱的上端插入主柱的下连接管内,主柱的上接口与按头的导流管插接;弹簧的下端与锁盖顶部抵靠,导向管的上端插入弹簧内,弹簧的上端与法兰配合;锁盖与螺牙连接。存在问题是,使用时,一手按压按头、另一手持化妆底布接取化妆液,使用不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种回弹出液的按压泵,它具有按压按头后、按头回弹出液且使用方便的特点。
本发明是这样实现的:一种回弹出液的按压泵,其特殊之处在于:包括按头、主柱、副柱、活塞、锁盖、本体、螺牙、弹簧和单向阀芯;
按头包括按板、设在按板上的出液装置、环绕出液装置的进液接口和套筒;
副柱包括设在上部的导液腔、设在导液腔下端的径向导液孔、设在导液腔下端的阀芯杆、设在底部的锥台形座和环绕锥台形座的环形座板;
活塞包括滑动芯套、筒形阀芯、圆环形座板、下活塞体和上活塞体,滑动芯套上端伸出筒形阀芯并与筒形阀芯通过径向筋连接,滑动芯套和筒形阀芯之间的有轴向导液间隙,圆环形座板与筒形阀芯上端和下活塞体内腔中下部连接;
锁盖包括下开口的盖体部、设在盖体部的盖板上的筒形部及倒圆锥台形套部;
本体包括上缸筒、环绕上缸筒开口端的法兰、下缸筒、设在下缸筒底部的单向阀座和接口;上缸筒的直径大于下缸筒的直径;

主柱3包括接头腔31和进液腔32,接头腔31和进液腔32之间的隔板上设有导液孔;
副柱4包括设在上部的导液腔41、设在导液腔41下端的径向导液孔42、设在导液腔41下端的阀芯杆43、设在底部的锥台形座44和环绕锥台形座44的环形座板45;径向导液孔42至少设置二个且在圆周上均匀分布;

喷芯片21与阀芯腔12嵌合且喷芯片21与阀芯腔12的周向上有出液间隙,阀杆22与阀杆孔13间隙配合、头部23与按板11配合限位;副柱4穿过滑动芯套51、滑动芯套51与阀芯杆43和导液腔41下部滑动配合打开或关闭径向导液孔42,筒形阀芯52与环形座板45贴合密封或分离;上活塞体55和下活塞体54分别与上缸筒71和下缸筒73滑动配合且密封,上缸筒71的上端与螺牙8的周向壁板插接、且法兰与周向壁板的下端贴合;下活塞体54与下缸筒73构成第一腔体、上活塞体55和上缸筒71构成第二腔体;主柱3穿过弹簧9经主柱孔82与副柱4连接,副柱4插入主柱3内,按头1的套筒与导向腔83滑动配合,弹簧9与锁盖腔81和按头1的顶板配合;单向阀芯10设在单向阀座上。滑动芯套52与主柱3的下端配合止位。
所述环形座板45上设有环绕锥台形座44的环形凹槽,所述筒形阀芯52的下端与环形凹槽嵌合。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述螺牙8的锁盖腔81的顶板设有环绕主柱孔82的圆锥台套84,主柱3的上端设有圆环形弹簧座板33,圆锥台形套84插入弹簧9下端内、弹簧9上端与圆环形弹簧座板33配合。
作为本发明的改进:所述阀芯腔12呈倒圆锥台形,所述喷芯片21呈倒圆锥台形。
所述上活塞体55的底板呈圆锥台形。
所述上缸筒71的底板上设有补气孔711。
所述螺牙8的顶板设有沉孔85,所述锁盖腔81与沉孔85上下设置,所述法兰72与沉孔85嵌合。
图1是本发明自然状态、或者说按压、回弹后状态,
首次使用时,按压按头1,按头1、主柱3、副柱4和活塞5一起向下移动,弹簧9被压缩;按头1失去压力,在弹簧9的作用下,按头1、主柱3、副柱4和活塞5一起向上移动;单向阀芯10打开,化妆液容器内的液体进入第一腔体内;然后处于待用状态;
在图1状态下,第一,按压按头1,按头1、主柱3、副柱4和活塞5一起向下移动,弹簧9被压缩;与此同时,筒形阀芯52与环形座板45由密封状态转换为分离状态,第一腔体内化妆液经筒形阀芯52和环形座板45之间的间隙、滑动芯套51和筒形阀芯52之间的轴向导液间隙进入第二腔体内,滑动芯套51封闭径向导液孔42;
按压时,空气经套筒15和导向腔83之间的间隙、圆锥台套84和主柱3之间的间隙、锁盖6和锁盖腔81进入螺牙8内,然后进入化妆液容器内;空气路径如图2中虚线部分。
第二,按头1失去动力,在弹簧9的作用下,按头1、主柱3、副柱4和活塞5一起向上移动,筒形阀芯52和环形座板45密封、滑动芯套51打开径向导液孔42,第二腔体内的化妆液经径向导液孔42、导液腔41、主柱3最后经出液装置喷出;与此同时,化妆液容器内的化妆液经单向阀芯10进入第一腔体内。采用这样的结构及动作关系,手持化妆巾并按压按头1、松开按头,然后化妆巾与出液装置相对,一只手即可完成,使用方便;克服了现有技术中,一手按压、另一手手持化妆巾或布的缺陷;
第三,按第一、第二步骤循环。
实施例2
所述出液装置为设在按板11的出液孔。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种回弹出液的按压泵,其特征在于:包括按头、主柱、副柱、活塞、锁盖、本体、螺牙、弹簧和单向阀芯;
    按头包括按板、设在按板上的出液装置、环绕出液装置的进液接口和套筒;
    副柱包括设在上部的导液腔、设在导液腔下端的径向导液孔、设在导液腔下端的阀芯杆、设在底部的锥台形座和环绕锥台形座的环形座板;
    活塞包括滑动芯套、筒形阀芯、圆环形座板、下活塞体和上活塞体,滑动芯套上端伸出筒形阀芯并与筒形阀芯通过径向筋连接,滑动芯套和筒形阀芯之间的有轴向导液间隙,圆环形座板与筒形阀芯上端和下活塞体内腔中下部连接;
    锁盖包括下开口的盖体部、设在盖体部的盖板上的筒形部及倒圆锥台形套部;
    本体包括上缸筒、环绕上缸筒开口端的法兰、下缸筒、设在下缸筒底部的单向阀座和接口;上缸筒的直径大于下缸筒的直径;
    螺牙包括设在顶板上的锁盖腔、设在锁盖腔上的主柱孔和上开口的导向腔;
    副柱穿过滑动芯套、滑动芯套与阀芯杆和导液腔下部滑动配合打开或关闭径向导液孔,筒形阀芯与环形座板贴合或分离;上活塞体和下活塞体分别与上缸筒和下缸筒滑动配合且密封,上缸筒的上端与螺牙的周向壁板插接、且法兰与周向壁板的下端贴合;下活塞体与下缸筒构成第一腔体、上活塞体和上缸筒构成第二腔体;主柱穿过弹簧经主柱孔与副柱连接,副柱插入主柱内,按头的套筒与导向腔滑动配合,弹簧与锁盖腔和按头的顶板配合;单向阀芯设在单向阀座上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的回弹出液的按压泵,其特征在于:所述出液装置包括设在所述按板上的阀芯腔及阀杆孔和喷芯,
    喷芯包括喷芯片、阀杆和头部,主柱包括接头腔和进液腔;
    喷芯片与阀芯腔嵌合且喷芯片与阀芯腔的周向上有出液间隙,阀杆与阀杆孔间隙配合、头部与按板配合限位;
    或所述出液装置为设在所述按板上的出液孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的回弹出液的按压泵,其特征在于:所述螺牙的锁盖腔的顶板设有环绕主柱孔的圆锥台套,主柱的上端设有圆环形弹簧座板,圆锥台形套插入弹簧下端内、弹簧上端与圆环形弹簧座板配合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的回弹出液的按压泵,其特征在于:所述阀芯腔呈倒圆锥台形,所述喷芯片呈倒圆锥台形。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的回弹出液的按压泵,其特征在于:所述上活塞体的底板呈圆锥 台形。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的回弹出液的按压泵,其特征在于:所述上缸筒的底板上设有补气孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的回弹出液的按压泵,其特征在于:所述螺牙的顶板设有沉孔,所述锁盖腔与沉孔上下设置,所述法兰与沉孔嵌合。
  8. 根据权利要求1、2、3、4、5、6或7所述的回弹出液的按压泵,其特征在于:所述环形座板上设有环绕锥台形座的环形凹槽,所述筒形阀芯的下端与环形凹槽嵌合。
