Abstract

Aspects of the present disclosure provide complexes configured to selectively bind nucleic acids of particular sizes, sequences, and chemical modifications. The disclosure further outlines methods for using these nucleic acid binding complexes to enrich specific nucleic acids from heterogeneous samples, and to optionally tag, sequence, or amplify the enriched nucleic acids.
