纺织原意是取自纺纱与织布的总称,但是随着纺织知识体系和学科体系的不断发展和完善,特别是非织造纺织材料和三维复合编织等技术产生后,已经不仅是传统的手工纺纱和织布,也包括无纺布技术,现代三维编织技术,现代静电纳米成网技术等生产的服装用、产业用、装饰用纺织品。
针纺织品在纺织完成后需要存放到储存装置中进行保存,然而,现有的储存装置结构简单、功能单一,在长时间存放时,针纺织品很容易会发生受潮发霉的现象,现有一种针纺织品用的防潮储存装置,包括用于储存针纺织品的储存组件,所述储存组件包括柜体、挡板,所述柜体的顶端前部与两侧均安装有所述挡板,所述柜体的前端上部安装有上柜门,所述上柜门与所述柜体通过合页连接,所述柜体的前端在所述上柜门的下方安装有下柜门,所述柜体的内部安装有2个隔板,但是现有装置隔板以及防潮除菌组件不能对装置内潮湿空气进行辅助排出,使得产品很容易受潮,基于此,我们提出了针纺织品用的防潮储存装置。
发明内容
本发明提供针纺织品用的防潮储存装置,旨在解决了现有装置隔板以及防潮除菌组件不能对装置内潮湿空气进行辅助排出,使得产品很容易受潮的问题。
现有装置隔板以及防潮除菌组件不能对装置内潮湿空气进行辅助排出,使得产品很容易受潮,基于此,我们提出了针纺织品用的防潮储存装置,用于存放针纺织品,所述针纺织品用的防潮储存装置包括:防潮主体,所述防潮主体包括防潮腔,防潮腔的底部固定在支撑座上,防潮腔上设置有用于产品进料的 投料腔;设置在防潮腔内的加热过滤机构,所述加热过滤机构用于针纺织品的除湿过滤处理,加热过滤机构连接有用于保护加热过滤机构并避免加热过滤机构堵塞的过滤机构防堵组件;除湿抽风机构,安装在所述防潮腔内,针纺织品的抽湿干燥,辅助产品的存放。本发明实施例设置了加热过滤机构,实现了对针纺织品的除湿过滤处理,同时过滤机构防堵组件作用于加热过滤机构,避免了加热过滤机构损坏和堵塞,提高了除湿和除尘的效率。
本发明是这样实现的,针纺织品用的防潮储存装置,用于存放针纺织品,所述针纺织品用的防潮储存装置包括:
防潮主体,所述防潮主体包括防潮腔,防潮腔的底部固定在支撑座上,防潮腔上设置有用于产品进料的投料腔;
设置在防潮腔内的加热过滤机构,所述加热过滤机构用于针纺织品的除湿过滤处理,加热过滤机构连接有用于保护加热过滤机构并避免加热过滤机构堵塞的过滤机构防堵组件;
除湿抽风机构,安装在所述防潮腔内,针纺织品的抽湿干燥,辅助产品的存放。
优选地,所述除湿抽风机构包括:
除湿驱动部,所述除湿驱动部固定安装在防潮腔内;
与除湿驱动部连接的除湿转动部,除湿转动部用于除湿驱动部动力的传送;
至少一组防潮除湿组,所述防潮除湿组固定安装在除湿转动部上,用于湿气的抽出和空气的扰流。
优选地,所述防潮除湿组包括:
主抽风部,所述主抽风部与除湿转动部固定连接;
与主抽风部连接的副抽风部,所述主抽风部与副抽风部滑动连接,用于配合主抽风部配合工作;
用于连接所述主抽风部和副抽风部的抽风部连接组件,所述抽风部连接组件还用于保护所述副抽风部。
优选地,所述抽风部连接组件包括:
抽风部限位腔,所述抽风部限位腔设置在主抽风部的一端;
安装在抽风部限位腔内的抽风部滑动件,所述抽风部滑动件与抽风部限位腔滑动连接,且抽风部滑动件的一侧固定连接有副抽风部;
用于保护抽风部滑动件的抽风缓冲部,所述抽风缓冲部安装在抽风部限位腔内。
优选地,所述主抽风部上还设置有用于对空气扰流的空气扰流组件,所述空气扰流组件包括:
空气扰流部,所述空气扰流部与主抽风部固定连接;
安装在空气扰流部内的扰流转动部,所述扰流转动部与空气扰流部转动连接;
与扰流转动部固定连接的空气扰流部,所述空气扰流部至少设置有一组,用于配合防潮除湿组工作。
优选地,所述加热过滤机构包括:
至少一组过滤机构固定座,相邻所述的过滤机构固定座之间通过连接杆固定连接;
安装在过滤机构固定座上的空气过滤件,所述空气过滤件纵向设置,且至少设置有一组,用于针纺织品的除湿过滤处理;
用于对所述过滤机构固定座限位的固定座导向组,所述固定座导向座内设置有滑动部,滑动部与固定座导向座固定连接,且滑动部的另一端固定连接有过滤机构固定座。
优选地,所述过滤机构防堵组件包括:
过滤机构缓冲组,所述过滤机构缓冲组用于保护加热过滤机构;
与过滤机构缓冲组连接的过滤机构防堵组,所述过滤机构防堵组用于疏通加热过滤机构,避免加热过滤机构堵塞。
优选地,所述过滤机构缓冲组包括:
缓冲导向部,所述缓冲导向部固定安装在防潮腔内;
套设在缓冲导向部上的过滤缓冲部,过滤缓冲部固定连接有过滤套设部,所述过滤套设部连接有所述加热过滤机构,同时还连接有过滤机构防堵组。
优选地,所述过滤机构防堵组包括:
防堵腔,所述防堵腔固定安装在防潮腔内,防堵腔的侧壁安装有多个喷气口;
安装在防堵腔内的压缩件,所述压缩件与防堵腔滑动连接,压缩件的一侧通过推动部与过滤套设部连接。
优选地,所述副抽风部包括:
转动杆,用于连接所述主抽风部;
旋转桨,所述旋转桨上设置有多个辅助腔,旋转桨的侧壁设置有多个用于加热空气的加热部。
与现有技术相比,本申请实施例主要有以下有益效果:
本发明实施例设置了加热过滤机构,实现了对针纺织品的除湿过滤处理,同时过滤机构防堵组件作用于加热过滤机构,避免了加热过滤机构损坏和堵塞,提高了除湿和除尘的效率。

现有装置隔板以及防潮除菌组件不能对装置内潮湿空气进行辅助排出,使得产品很容易受潮,基于此,我们提出了针纺织品用的防潮储存装置,用于存放针纺织品,所述针纺织品用的防潮储存装置包括:防潮主体1,所述防潮主体1包括防潮腔2,防潮腔2的底部固定在支撑座上,防潮腔2上设置有用于产品进料的投料腔201;设置在防潮腔2内的加热过滤机构6,所述加热过滤机构6用于针纺织品的除湿过滤处理,加热过滤机构6连接有用于保护加热过滤机构6并避免加热过滤机构6堵塞的过滤机构防堵组件7;除湿抽风机构,安装在所述防潮腔2内,针纺织品的抽湿干燥,辅助产品的存放。本发明实施例设置了加热过滤机构6,实现了对针纺织品的除湿过滤处理,同时过滤机构防堵组件7作用于加热过滤机构6,避免了加热过滤机构6损坏和堵塞,提高了 除湿和除尘的效率。
本发明实施例提供了针纺织品用的防潮储存装置,用于存放针纺织品,如图1-2所示,所述针纺织品用的防潮储存装置包括:
防潮主体1,所述防潮主体1包括防潮腔2,防潮腔2的底部固定在支撑座上,防潮腔2上设置有用于产品进料的投料腔201;
设置在防潮腔2内的加热过滤机构6,所述加热过滤机构6用于针纺织品的除湿过滤处理,加热过滤机构6连接有用于保护加热过滤机构6并避免加热过滤机构6堵塞的过滤机构防堵组件7;
除湿抽风机构,安装在所述防潮腔2内,针纺织品的抽湿干燥,辅助产品的存放。
在本实施例中,防潮腔2的顶部开设有多个用于投放产品的投料口202,投料口202设置在投料腔201的底部,防潮腔2的底部设置有多个排水口203,工作时,将产品放入防潮腔2内,然后加热过滤机构6对产品过滤处理,而过滤机构防堵组件7作用于加热过滤机构6,提高了除湿和除尘的效率,避免了加热过滤机构6的堵塞。
本发明实施例设置了加热过滤机构6,实现了对针纺织品的除湿过滤处理,同时过滤机构防堵组件7作用于加热过滤机构6,避免了加热过滤机构6损坏和堵塞,提高了除湿和除尘的效率。
本发明进一步较佳实施例中,所述除湿抽风机构包括:
除湿驱动部5,所述除湿驱动部5固定安装在防潮腔2内;
与除湿驱动部5连接的除湿转动部4,除湿转动部4用于除湿驱动部5动力的传送;
至少一组防潮除湿组3,所述防潮除湿组3固定安装在除湿转动部4上,用于湿气的抽出和空气的扰流。
在本实施例中,除湿驱动部5采用伺服电机,伺服电机的型号在此不作限定,除湿转动部4为传动轴,且除湿转动部4采用过盈配合的方式与除湿驱动 部5固定连接,本实施例中,为了避免除湿驱动部5进水,除湿驱动部5的外部套设有防水罩,防水罩与除湿驱动部5接触位置设置有密封法兰,进而避免除湿驱动部5内部进水,保证了除湿处理工作正常进行。
工作时,将产品投入防潮腔2内,然后开启除湿驱动部5,除湿驱动部5带动除湿转动部4,除湿转动部4带动防潮除湿组3转动,实现了对湿气的抽出,利于对产品的干燥。
本发明进一步较佳实施例中,如图3所示,所述防潮除湿组3包括:
主抽风部308,所述主抽风部308与除湿转动部4固定连接;
与主抽风部308连接的副抽风部,所述主抽风部308与副抽风部滑动连接,用于配合主抽风部308配合工作;
用于连接所述主抽风部308和副抽风部的抽风部连接组件,所述抽风部连接组件还用于保护所述副抽风部。
在本实施例中,主抽风部308为矩形板、扇形板或圆形板结构,主抽风部308与副抽风部配合工作实现了对产品的充分抽湿处理。
本发明进一步较佳实施例中,所述抽风部连接组件包括:
抽风部限位腔302,所述抽风部限位腔302设置在主抽风部308的一端;
安装在抽风部限位腔302内的抽风部滑动件301,所述抽风部滑动件301与抽风部限位腔302滑动连接,且抽风部滑动件301的一侧固定连接有副抽风部;
用于保护抽风部滑动件301的抽风缓冲部,所述抽风缓冲部安装在抽风部限位腔302内。
在本实施例中,抽风部限位腔302为矩形通槽结构,抽风部滑动件301为滑板结构,抽风部滑动件301通过螺栓或焊接的方式与副抽风部固定连接,抽风缓冲部为缓冲弹簧或缓冲垫圈结构,当抽风缓冲部为缓冲垫圈时,抽风缓冲部采用弹性体材质制得,抽风缓冲部的设置实现了对副抽风部的缓冲保护。
本发明进一步较佳实施例中,如图4所示,所述主抽风部308上还设置有 用于对空气扰流的空气扰流组件,所述空气扰流组件包括:
空气扰流部,所述空气扰流部与主抽风部308固定连接;
安装在空气扰流部内的扰流转动部307,所述扰流转动部307与空气扰流部转动连接;
与扰流转动部307固定连接的空气扰流部306,所述空气扰流部306至少设置有一组,用于配合防潮除湿组3工作。
在本实施例中,空气扰流部为内部中空的圆环状结构,扰流转动部307为转轴结构,空气扰流部306为波浪形板状结构,增加了与空气之间的接触面积,利于对空气的处理。
扰流转动部307的一端与空气扰流部之间安装有复位弹簧,复位弹簧与扰流转动部307与扰流转动部307固定连接,复位弹簧的设置实现了对扰流转动部307的限位,从而利于对空气的除湿。
本发明进一步较佳实施例中,所述副抽风部包括:
转动杆,用于连接所述主抽风部308;
旋转桨303,所述旋转桨303上设置有多个辅助腔304,旋转桨303的侧壁设置有多个用于加热空气的加热部305。
在本实施例中,辅助腔304为弧形通槽结构,加热部305采用电阻丝或电加热棒,加热部305与旋转桨303配合工作实现了对空气中水汽的除湿作业。
本发明进一步较佳实施例中,如图5所示,所述加热过滤机构6包括:
至少一组过滤机构固定座603,相邻所述的过滤机构固定座603之间通过连接杆固定连接;
安装在过滤机构固定座603上的空气过滤件,所述空气过滤件纵向设置,且至少设置有一组,用于针纺织品的除湿过滤处理;
用于对所述过滤机构固定座603限位的固定座导向组602,所述固定座导向组602内设置有滑动部601,滑动部601与固定座导向组602固定连接,且滑动部601的另一端固定连接有过滤机构固定座603。
在本实施例中,过滤机构固定座603为弧形板结构,且过滤机构固定座603内纵向设置有多个弧形卡槽,所述弧形卡槽用于固定空气过滤件,空气过滤件采用生物净化膜和活性炭过滤网,两者配合工作,实现了对空气的充分过滤处理。
固定座导向组602为竖直导轨结构,滑动部601为滑板或滑块结构,固定座导向组602的设置实现了对过滤机构固定座603和空气过滤件的限位。
本发明进一步较佳实施例中,如图6所示,所述过滤机构防堵组件7包括:
过滤机构缓冲组,所述过滤机构缓冲组用于保护加热过滤机构6;
与过滤机构缓冲组连接的过滤机构防堵组,所述过滤机构防堵组用于疏通加热过滤机构6,避免加热过滤机构6堵塞。
在本实施例中,当含有湿气的空气进入加热过滤机构6内,空气作用于加热过滤机构6,加热过滤机构6带动过滤机构缓冲组移动,过滤机构缓冲组作用于加热过滤机构6,避免了加热过滤机构6的损坏,同时过滤机构防堵组作用于加热过滤机构6,避免了加热过滤机构6的堵塞,提高了过滤效率。
本发明进一步较佳实施例中,如图7所示,所述过滤机构缓冲组包括:
缓冲导向部701,所述缓冲导向部701固定安装在防潮腔2内;
套设在缓冲导向部701上的过滤缓冲部702,过滤缓冲部702固定连接有过滤套设部707,所述过滤套设部707连接有所述加热过滤机构6,同时还连接有过滤机构防堵组。
在本实施例中,缓冲导向部701为竖直立杆,且缓冲导向部701表面抛光处理,缓冲导向部701通过卡扣或螺纹与防潮腔2的侧壁固定连接,过滤套设部707为套筒结构,过滤缓冲部702为缓冲弹簧。
在本实施例中,过滤套设部707上开设有铰接槽706,铰接槽706内安装有铰接块,铰接块铰接有连接杆,连接杆的另一端连接有加热过滤机构6。
本发明进一步较佳实施例中,所述过滤机构防堵组包括:
防堵腔705,所述防堵腔705固定安装在防潮腔2内,防堵腔705的侧壁 安装有多个喷气口;
安装在防堵腔705内的压缩件703,所述压缩件703与防堵腔705滑动连接,压缩件703的一侧通过推动部704与过滤套设部707连接。
在本实施例中,压缩件703为活塞板结构,当过滤套设部707滑动时,过滤套设部707带动推动部704移动,推动部704带动压缩件703移动,从而使得压缩件703将防堵腔705内的空气送入喷气口中,经过喷气口喷出,气体将加热过滤机构6上的杂质吹落,避免了加热过滤机构6的堵塞。
综上所述,本发明实施例设置了加热过滤机构6,实现了对针纺织品的除湿过滤处理,同时过滤机构防堵组件7作用于加热过滤机构6,避免了加热过滤机构6损坏和堵塞,提高了除湿和除尘的效率。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某些步骤可能采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。

Claims (10)

  1. 针纺织品用的防潮储存装置,用于存放针纺织品,其特征在于,所述针纺织品用的防潮储存装置包括:
    防潮主体,所述防潮主体包括防潮腔,防潮腔的底部固定在支撑座上,防潮腔上设置有用于产品进料的投料腔;
    设置在防潮腔内的加热过滤机构,所述加热过滤机构用于针纺织品的除湿过滤处理,加热过滤机构连接有用于保护加热过滤机构并避免加热过滤机构堵塞的过滤机构防堵组件;
    除湿抽风机构,安装在所述防潮腔内,针纺织品的抽湿干燥,辅助产品的存放;
    所述除湿抽风机构包括:
    除湿驱动部,所述除湿驱动部固定安装在防潮腔内;
    与除湿驱动部连接的除湿转动部,除湿转动部用于除湿驱动部动力的传送;
    至少一组防潮除湿组,所述防潮除湿组固定安装在除湿转动部上,用于湿气的抽出和空气的扰流。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的针纺织品用的防潮储存装置,其特征在于,所述防潮除湿组包括:
    主抽风部,所述主抽风部与除湿转动部固定连接;
    与主抽风部连接的副抽风部,所述主抽风部与副抽风部滑动连接,用于配合主抽风部配合工作。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的针纺织品用的防潮储存装置,其特征在于,所述防潮除湿组还包括:
    用于连接所述主抽风部和副抽风部的抽风部连接组件,所述抽风部连接组件还用于保护所述副抽风部。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的针纺织品用的防潮储存装置,其特征在于,所述抽风部连接组件包括:
    抽风部限位腔,所述抽风部限位腔设置在主抽风部的一端;
    安装在抽风部限位腔内的抽风部滑动件,所述抽风部滑动件与抽风部限位腔滑动连接,且抽风部滑动件的一侧固定连接有副抽风部;
    用于保护抽风部滑动件的抽风缓冲部,所述抽风缓冲部安装在抽风部限位腔内。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的针纺织品用的防潮储存装置,其特征在于,所述主抽风部上还设置有用于对空气扰流的空气扰流组件,所述空气扰流组件包括:
    空气扰流部,所述空气扰流部与主抽风部固定连接;
    安装在空气扰流部内的扰流转动部,所述扰流转动部与空气扰流部转动连接;
    与扰流转动部固定连接的空气扰流部,所述空气扰流部至少设置有一组,用于配合防潮除湿组工作;
    所述副抽风部包括:
    转动杆,用于连接所述主抽风部;
    旋转桨,所述旋转桨上设置有多个辅助腔,旋转桨的侧壁设置有多个用于加热空气的加热部。
  6. 如权利要求2-5任一所述的针纺织品用的防潮储存装置,其特征在于,所述加热过滤机构包括:
    至少一组过滤机构固定座,相邻所述的过滤机构固定座之间通过连接杆固定连接;
    安装在过滤机构固定座上的空气过滤件,所述空气过滤件纵向设置,且至少设置有一组,用于针纺织品的除湿过滤处理;
    用于对所述过滤机构固定座限位的固定座导向组,所述固定座导向座内设置有滑动部,滑动部与固定座导向座固定连接,且滑动部的另一端固定连接有过滤机构固定座。
  7. 如权利要求2-5任一所述的针纺织品用的防潮储存装置,其特征在于, 所述过滤机构防堵组件包括:
    过滤机构缓冲组,所述过滤机构缓冲组用于保护加热过滤机构;
    与过滤机构缓冲组连接的过滤机构防堵组,所述过滤机构防堵组用于疏通加热过滤机构,避免加热过滤机构堵塞。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的针纺织品用的防潮储存装置,其特征在于,所述过滤机构缓冲组包括:
    缓冲导向部,所述缓冲导向部固定安装在防潮腔内;
    套设在缓冲导向部上的过滤缓冲部,过滤缓冲部固定连接有过滤套设部,所述过滤套设部连接有所述加热过滤机构,同时还连接有过滤机构防堵组。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的针纺织品用的防潮储存装置,其特征在于,所述过滤机构防堵组包括:
    防堵腔,所述防堵腔固定安装在防潮腔内,防堵腔的侧壁安装有多个喷气口;
    安装在防堵腔内的压缩件,所述压缩件与防堵腔滑动连接,压缩件的一侧通过推动部与过滤套设部连接。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的针纺织品用的防潮储存装置,其特征在于,加热部采用电阻丝或电加热棒。
