  • the upper part 1 can comprise a housing 9 for a pressure gauge , still as described in the section of the prior art .
  • the lower part of said housing can comprise two piping tubes for fluids, one tube for the fluids entering the housing and one tube for the fluids exiting from the housing.
  • said housing has a substantially cylindrical shape and comprises two parts (1 , 2 ) as described in the prior art .
  • the upper part 1 comprises a seat 9 for the pressure gauge to be able to measure and control the pressure of the fluids inside the housing during the filtering of said fluids .
  • the lower part 2 comprises two piping tubes (3 , 4 ) suitable for piping the entering and exiting fluids , respectively.
  • these piping tubes are an entry tube 3 and an exit 4 , respectively.
  • a discharge valve 5 can be present in the piping tube 3 for the entering fluids .
  • the coupling occurs by a simple screwing through two threaded surfaces with complementary threads that are coupled to each other .

  • closure can also occur in the clockwise direction depending on the construction of the two parts (1 , 2 ) and particularly on the connection system described in detail below.

  • a thread 13 1 is obtained internally on the said lateral wall 31 , generally circular .
  • the wall 31 together with the base delimit a space (or containment volume) into which the gasket 10 is inserted, and therefore, differently from the prior art , it is confined into a space delimited by the wall 31 and rests on the base 30. [00141] This makes the gasket not to move from the seat during the coupling phase of the two parts .
  • the gasket must be of a correct size, in such a way as to abut against the whole wall 31 that surrounds it .
  • the vertical wall 31 in the part facing the base 30 is therefore equipped with a first thread 13 ' .
  • the upper part 1 of the housing comprises around a circumferential outer perimeter thereof , in proximity of the hem thereof , a second thread 13' ' , which is coupled with the first thread 13 ' , such that it is possible to screw part 1 with respect to part 2 .

  • the thread 13 ' that is obtained on the vertical wall 31 of body 2 is made, as mentioned, inside the vertical wall 31 , that is facing the inner volume of the cup, and it is also named female screw.
  • This thread 13 ' is equal to thread 13 1 1 in the type of profile and number of threads .
  • the profile of the thread of surface 31 is therefore preferably round and with the same number of threads of surface 13 .
  • Said thread 13 ' of surface 31 is complementary to thread 13 ' ' of surface 13 of part 1 in such a way as to couple to each other through the coaxial rotation of the two parts .
  • the threads of the parts 1 and 2 can be inverted, that is making an inner thread in part 1 and an outer thread in part 2 .
  • the gasket 10 which is interposed between part 1 and part 2 has a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of wall 31 in order to be inserted into the containment volume . [00158] Substantially, it is inserted. into the containment volume of the cup- shaped body delimited outwardly by the threaded wall 31.
  • the part 2 with the shape of a cup comprises a base 30 from which wall 31 protrudes vertically on which the inner thread 13 ' is made, that is facing the inner volume of the cup .
  • a part 19 diametrically narrower than the said cupshaped part (30 , 31) is connected to this cup (30 , 31) at the bottom such that a ninety- degree corner is formed at the point where base 30 and part 19 meet (see indication in figure 4 ) .
  • the above-mentioned cavity 50 generates a space which ensures a joint of the gasket 10 that, once it has been inserted, it lays wholly into the cavity 50 thereby being further prevented from exiting.
  • figure 4 shows a sectional view of the coupling between part 1 and part 2 .
  • the hem 13 of part 1 on which the thread 13 ' ' is obtained has a certain thickness and a circular shape such that it stands above and flattens the gasket 10 placed below.

  • the threads can be obtained with various methods known in the art , such as machine tool processing to remove shavings, such as lathe, as well as by cold plastic deformation or rolling .
  • the two parts of the housing are obtained through injection molding, for example in case of a plastic polymer, the same thread can be obtained directly by molding.
  • the type of processing can be various but , in all cases, there is anyway the presence of threads as the coupling system through which the two parts are joined by screwing thereby easily making them adjacent , coaxial and therefore firmly joined to each other in a releasable way.
  • this closure system of the housing enables an optimal tightness against leakage of fluids .
  • the housing can be used for the aimed purposes .
  • one of the two parts may comprise a collar mounted coaxially along the end of the said part which must be connected to the other part .
  • the said collar is mounted rotatably since it is engaged with a thread obtained at the end of the part to which it is connected, in such a way as to be able to rotate .
  • the other part provides a further thread in such a way that , by moving the two parts close to each other and by making the collar rotate, it slides onto the thread of the part on which it is arranged to be engaged with the thread of the other part thereby achieving the connection of the two parts .

La présente invention concerne un boîtier (1, 2) destiné à loger au moins un filtre (16) pour filtrer un fluide, tel qu'un liquide ou un gaz, ledit boîtier comprenant au moins deux parties (1, 2) amovibles et/ou pouvant être reliées l'une à l'autre, caractérisé par le fait que chacune desdites au moins deux parties (1, 2) comprend un filetage (13 ', 13 ") qui permet un accouplement et/ou un détachement à/de l'autre desdites au moins deux parties par vissage.
