Abstract

A kit (1000, 1100) is provided that includes an extraction tube (1718) or a transport tube; a filter (60); a liquid (1030) for bathing the filter (60) within the tube (1718); and a filter shaft (1072). The filter shaft (1072) includes a distal portion (1008) that is coupled to a central portion (1010) of the filter (60). The filter shaft (1072) is configured to insert the filter (60) into the tube (1718) for bathing the filter (60) in the liquid (1030). Other embodiments are also described.
