Description

电子白板是一种教育或会议辅助人机交互设备,可以实现无尘书写、随意书写、远程会议等功能。
电子白板可以包括复合板、金属网格触控膜、主控系统和铝合金外框,复合板镶嵌在铝合金外框中,金属网格触控膜粘贴在复合板背面,主控系统与金属网格触控膜电连接,其中复合板通常采用高分子材料制造。复合板由于层叠较多,中间的高分子叠层的热变形系数不同,在出现急剧的温度变化时,会导致电子白板整机出现变形弯曲,从而导致投影画面失真。
通常选用加厚型材的方式去加强电子白板整机,这样制造出来的电子白板比较厚,无法满足电子白板轻薄化的需求。
发明内容
基于此,本申请提供了一种电子白板,电子白板的变形易于矫正。

在一种可能的实现方式中,本申请提供的电子白板,第一锁付部上具有第一锁付孔,第二锁付部上具有第二锁付孔,第二锁付孔位于白板本体的外侧,第三连接件经第一锁付孔插设于第二锁付孔内,以连接第一锁付部和第二锁付部。
在一种可能的实现方式中,本申请提供的电子白板,第一锁付部包括第一锁付段和第一支撑段,第一锁付段和第一支撑段连接,第一锁付段与白板本体平行,第一锁付孔位于第一锁付段上。

本申请提供的电子白板包括白板本体、安装组件和调节单元,通过设置安装组件以将白板本体安装至安装面上,调节单元包括第一调节件、第二调节件和第三连接件,将第一调节件固定在白板本体上,将第二调节件固定在安装面上,通过第一调节件对白板本体施加朝向安装面的拉力,以将变形的白板本体拉回至正常形态,从而矫正电子白板的变形,且矫正简便、灵活,调节单元不会增加电子白板的厚度,电子白板较轻薄。

电子白板通常包括复合板、金属网格触控膜、主控系统和铝合金外框,复合板镶嵌在铝合金外框中,金属网格触控膜粘贴在复合板背面,主控系统与金属网格触控膜电连接,其中复合板通常采用高分子材料制造。
复合板由于层叠较多,中间的高分子叠层的热变形系数较大,即中间的高分子叠层在温度变化时,因受热或者受冷而产生的变形量较大,因此,在出现急剧的温度变化时,例如,在对电子白板进行出厂前的环境测试时,由于复合板处于温度为零下25度至60度来回变化的环境中,高分子叠层会出现快速的膨胀和收缩,这样会导致复合板两侧出现急剧形变,导致电子白板整机出现变形弯曲,从而导致投影画面失真,用户观看体验较差。
目前,通常选用加厚型材的方式去加强电子白板整机,这样制造出来的电子白板比较厚,无法满足轻薄化的需求,而且矫正效果不好,在出现急剧的温度变化时还是会扭曲变形。
基于此,本申请实施例提供了一种电子白板,电子白板在变形后易于矫正。
图1为本申请实施例提供的电子白板的结构示意图;图2为图1的爆炸示意图;图3为图1的右视图;图4为图3中A处的局部放大图。参照图1至图4所示,本申请实施例提供的电子白板,包括白板本体100、至少一个安装组件200和至少一个调节单元300。白板本体100可以包括复合板110和边框120,边框120围设在复合板110四周,以固定支撑和固定复合板110。安装组件200用于连接白板本体100和白板本体100的安装面,以将白板本体100安装至安装面上,其中安装面可以为墙面或者其他平整的竖直平面。
具体的,参照图2所示,安装组件200包括第一连接件210和第二连 接件220,第一连接件210与第二连接件220连接,第一连接件210和第二连接件220中的一者与白板本体100连接,另一者用于与白板本体100的安装面连接,由此,安装组件200将白板本体100安装至安装面上。
调节单元300用于在白板本体100安装至安装面上之后,在白板本体100变形的一侧安装调节单元300,以对白板本体100的变形进行矫正。具体的,调节单元300包括调节组件和第三连接件330,调节组件包括第一调节件310和第二调节件320,第二调节件320用于与安装面连接,第一调节件310设置在白板本体100上,第一调节件310和第二调节件320通过第三连接件330连接。
在一些实施方式中,第一调节件310位于白板本体100的下部。
由于电子白板的按键和喇叭等部件大多安装在电子白板的下部,因此位于白板本体100下部的边框120上设有多个避让孔,以安装按键和喇叭等,故位于白板本体100下部的边框120强度不足,在复合板110变形时,白板本体100下部的边框120和复合板110一起变形,而位于白板本体100上部的边框120通常采用一体成型工艺加工而成,强度较高,位于白板本体100上部的边框120和复合板110不易发生变形,且复合板110变形时通常是由两侧向中间弯曲,这样就会导致电子白板下部的两侧的白板本体100向中间弯曲变形。
下面以调节单元300设置在白板本体100下部的边框120上为例进行说明。
参照图1与图4所示,在具体实施时,可以在白板本体100下部的两侧各设置一个调节单元300,先将第一调节件310与白板本体100连接,再将第二调节件320与安装面连接,然后,再通过第三连接件330将第一调节件310与第二调节件320连接,在第一调节件310与第二调节件320连接之后,由于第三连接件330对第一调节件310具有朝向安装面的作用力,第一调节件310将作用力传递至白板本体100,即白板本体100朝向背离安装面的一侧弯曲,第一调节件310对白板本体100具有朝向安装面的拉力,这样,通过第一调节件310、第二调节件320与第三连接件330之间的配合,可将变形的白板本体100拉回至正常形态,即白板本体100未发生变形前的形态。且第一调节件310和第二调节件320可根据白板本 体100变形的位置灵活设置,调节单元300占用白板本体100的空间较小,不会增加电子白板的厚度,电子白板较轻薄。
应当理解的是,本申请实施例提供的调节单元300也可以设置在位于白板本体100上部的边框120上,具体实施时,可根据电子白板的变形位置进行设置,本实施例对此不加以限定。
本申请实施例提供的电子白板包括白板本体100、安装组件200和调节单元300,通过设置安装组件200以将白板本体100安装至安装面上,调节单元300包括第一调节件310、第二调节件320和第三连接件330,将第一调节件310固定在白板本体100上,将第二调节件320固定在安装面上,通过第一调节件310对白板本体100施加朝向安装面的拉力,以将变形的白板本体100拉回至正常形态,从而矫正电子白板的变形,且矫正简便、灵活,调节单元300不会增加电子白板的厚度,电子白板较轻薄。
图5为本申请实施例提供的电子白板中第一调节件的结构示意图;图6为本申请实施例提供的电子白板中第二调节件的结构示意图。参照图4至图6所示,在具体实现时,第一调节件310包括第一锁付部311,第二调节件320包括第二锁付部321,第二锁付部321至少部分位于白板本体100的外侧,即部分或者全部的第二锁付部321位于边框120的外侧,只要便于第三连接件330连接第一锁付部311与第二锁付部321即可。这样,对于已经组装完成的白板本体100,可以将部分或者全部第二锁付部321设置边框120的外侧,无需另外在边框120上开设避让槽用于安装调节单元300,且第二锁付部321不会增加电子白板的厚度。
第一锁付部311和第二锁付部321通过第三连接件330连接,这样,第二调节件320固定在安装面上,第三连接件330的作用力通过第一锁付部311传递至第一调节件310,再传递至白板本体100,以将变形的白板本体100拉回至正常形态。
图7为图6的主视图。参照图5与图7所示,在一些实施方式中,第一锁付部311上具有第一锁付孔312,第二锁付部321上具有第二锁付孔322,第二锁付孔322位于白板本体100的外侧,第三连接件330经第一锁付孔312插设于第二锁付孔322内,以连接第一锁付部311和第二锁付部321,由此,第三连接件330可将第一调节件310与第二调节件320连 接在一起。
图8为图5的左视图。参照图5与图8所示,在具体实现时,第一锁付部311包括第一锁付段3111和第一支撑段3112,第一锁付段3111和第一支撑段3112连接,第一锁付段3111与白板本体100平行,第一锁付孔312位于第一锁付段3111上。这样,第三连接件330插设在第一锁付孔312内,并对第一锁付段3111施加作用力,第三连接件330对第一锁付段3111的作用力垂直于第一锁付段3111,且朝向安装面,第一锁付段3111与白板本体100平行,由此,第一调节件310对白板本体100的作用力垂直于白板本体100,并朝向安装面,即第一调节件310对白板本体100具有垂直于白板本体100且朝向安装面的拉力。
图9为图6的左视图。参照图6与图9所示,在一些实施方式中,第二锁付部321包括第二锁付段3211和第二支撑段3212,第二锁付段3211和第二支撑段3212连接,第二锁付段3211与白板本体100平行,第二锁付孔322位于第二锁付段3211上。由此,第一锁付段3111与第二锁付段3211平行,可使第一锁付段3111与第二锁付段3211抵接,将第三连接件330插设在第一锁付孔312和第二锁付孔322内,以实现第一锁付段3111与第二锁付段3211的可靠连接,从而实现第一调节件310与第二调节件320的可靠连接。
图10为本申请实施例提供的电子白板中第三连接件的结构示意图。参照图5、图7与图10所示,在具体实现时,第一锁付孔312为条形孔,第二锁付孔322为螺纹孔,第三连接件330为第一螺钉。
第一螺钉经条形孔插设在螺纹孔内,将第一螺钉与螺纹孔旋合,以将第一锁付部311与第二锁付部321连接,从而将第一调节件310与第二调节件320连接,第一螺钉连接稳定可靠,第一螺钉可选用带有防松垫圈的螺钉,以提高第一锁付部311与第二锁付部321的连接强度,防止松脱。且第一螺钉的头部的一部分位于条形孔内,以避免第三连接件330占用过多空间。
在一些实施方式中,第二锁付孔322与第三连接件330均至少设置两个,且第二锁付孔322与第三连接件330一一对应设置。
对于尺寸较大的电子白板或者变形较严重的电子白板,为了保证矫正 的可靠性,一个调节单元300中可以设置两个或者两个以上的第三连接件330,对应的,第二锁付孔322也应该设置两个或者两个以上,以使第三连接件330与第二锁付孔322一一对应连接。
应当理解的是,当第一锁付孔312为螺纹孔或者圆孔时,第一锁付孔312与第二锁付孔322一一对应设置,当第一锁付孔312为条形孔时,第一锁付孔312可以只设置一个,第二锁付孔322可以设置两个或者两个以上。
参照图5与图8所示,在一些实施方式中,第一调节件310还包括第一连接部313,第一连接部313与第一支撑段3112连接,第一连接部313连接在白板本体100上,由此,第一调节件310可通过第一连接部313与白板本体100连接。
参照图6与图9所示,第二调节件320还包括第二连接部323,第二连接部323与第二支撑段3212连接,第二连接部323用于与安装面连接,由此,第二调节件320可通过第二连接部323与安装面连接。
此外,本申请提供的电子白板还包括至少一个第四连接件(图中未示出),第一连接部313上具有至少一个第一安装孔314,第四连接件与第一安装孔314一一对应设置,第四连接件插设于第一安装孔314内,且第四连接件插设于电子白板内,由此,第四连接件可将第一连接部313与白板本体100连接在一起,从而连接第一调节件310与白板本体100。其中,第四连接件可以为第二螺钉,第一安装孔314可以为通孔或者螺纹孔,第四连接件和第一安装孔314的数量可以为一个,为了保证连接的可靠性,第四连接件和第一安装孔314的数量也可以为两个或者两个以上,具体实施时,可根据使用要求进行设置,本实施例对此不加以限定。
可以理解的是,本申请提供的电子白板还包括至少一个第五连接件(图中未示出),第二连接部323上具有至少一个第二安装孔324,第五连接件与第二安装孔324一一对应设置,第五连接件插设于第二安装孔324内,且第五连接件插设于安装面内,由此,第五连接件连接第二连接部323与安装面,从而连接第二调节件320与安装面,以将第二调节件320固定在安装面上。其中,第五连接件可以为第三螺钉,第二安装孔324可以为通孔或者螺纹孔,第五连接件和第二安装孔324的数量可以为一个, 为了保证连接的可靠性,第五连接件和第二安装孔324的数量也可以为两个或者两个以上。
参照图5所示,在具体实现时,至少一个第一安装孔314为圆孔,这样,第四连接件连接第一调节件310与白板本体100后,第一调节件310与白板本体100的位置相对固定,第一调节件310与白板本体100固定可靠。
参照7所示,至少一个第二安装孔324为长条孔,在将第二调节件320安装至安装面的过程中,第二调节件320可以相对于第五连接件沿长条孔的延伸方向移动,从而使第二调节件320可以根据第一调节件310调整第二调节件320在安装面上的位置,以使第一锁付孔312与第二锁付孔322的位置对应,便于第三连接件330经第一锁付孔312插设在第二锁付孔322内。
为了保证安装的可靠性,在一些实施方式中,安装组件200至少设置两个,在具体实现时,可以在白板本体100的上部和下部各设置一个安装组件200,或者在白板本体100的上部设置一个安装组件200,在白板本体100的下部设置两个安装组件200,具体实施时,可根据电子白板的使用情况进行设置,本实施例对此不加以限定。其中,安装组件200可以为壁挂组件,安装壁挂组件时,应当合理布置壁挂组件的位置和间距,以避免出现第一调节件310和第二调节件320无法顺利连接的情况。
各第一连接件210和第二连接件220中的一者与白板本体100的背面连接,各第一连接件210和第二连接件220中的另一者与安装面连接。即两个或者两个以上的第一连接件210与白板本体100的背面连接,两个或者两个以上的第二连接件220与安装面连接。或者,两个或者两个以上的第一连接件210与安装面连接,两个或者两个以上的第二连接件220与白板本体100的背面连接,由此,第一连接件210和第二连接件220可将白板本体100安装至安装面上。
参照图2所示,在具体实现时,第一连接件210与第二连接件220插接,在第一连接件210与安装面连接后,第二连接件220插接在第一连接件210上,即可将白板本体100安装至安装面上,白板本体100安装灵活、方便。且在需要将白板本体100从安装面上拆下时,将第二连接件220脱 离第一连接件210即可,拆卸简单方便。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (14)
- 一种电子白板,其特征在于,包括白板本体、至少一个安装组件和至少一个调节单元;所述安装组件包括第一连接件和第二连接件,所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件连接,所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件中的一者与所述白板本体连接,另一者用于与所述白板本体的安装面连接;所述调节单元包括调节组件和第三连接件,所述调节组件包括第一调节件和第二调节件,所述第二调节件用于与所述安装面连接,所述第一调节件设置在所述白板本体上,所述第一调节件和所述第二调节件通过所述第三连接件连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子白板,其特征在于,所述第一调节件位于所述白板本体的下部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子白板,其特征在于,所述第一调节件包括第一锁付部,所述第二调节件包括第二锁付部,所述第二锁付部至少部分位于所述白板本体的外侧,所述第一锁付部和所述第二锁付部通过所述第三连接件连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子白板,其特征在于,所述第一锁付部上具有第一锁付孔,所述第二锁付部上具有第二锁付孔,所述第二锁付孔位于所述白板本体的外侧,所述第三连接件经第一锁付孔插设于所述第二锁付孔内,以连接所述第一锁付部和所述第二锁付部。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子白板,其特征在于,所述第一锁付部包括第一锁付段和第一支撑段,所述第一锁付段和所述第一支撑段连接,所述第一锁付段与所述白板本体平行,所述第一锁付孔位于所述第一锁付段上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子白板,其特征在于,所述第二锁付部包括第二锁付段和第二支撑段,所述第二锁付段和所述第二支撑段连接,所述第二锁付段与所述白板本体平行,所述第二锁付孔位于所述第二锁付段上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子白板,其特征在于,所述第一锁付孔为条形孔,所述第二锁付孔为螺纹孔,所述第三连接件为第一螺钉。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的电子白板,其特征在于,所述第二锁付孔与所述第三连接件均至少设置两个,且所述第二锁付孔与所述第三连接件一 一对应设置。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子白板,其特征在于,所述第一调节件还包括第一连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第一支撑段连接,所述第一连接部连接在白板本体上,所述第二调节件还包括第二连接部,所述第二连接部与所述第二支撑段连接,所述第二连接部用于与所述安装面连接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子白板,其特征在于,还包括至少一个第四连接件,所述第一连接部上具有至少一个第一安装孔,所述第四连接件与所述第一安装孔一一对应设置,所述第四连接件插设于所述第一安装孔内。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子白板,其特征在于,还包括至少一个第五连接件,所述第二连接部上具有至少一个第二安装孔,所述第五连接件与所述第二安装孔一一对应设置,所述第五连接件插设于所述第二安装孔内。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电子白板,其特征在于,至少一个所述第一安装孔为圆孔,至少一个所述第二安装孔为长条孔。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的电子白板,其特征在于,所述安装组件至少设置两个,各所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件中的一者与所述白板本体的背面连接,各所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件中的另一者与所述安装面连接。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的电子白板,其特征在于,所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件插接。
