Abstract
Description
上記実施形態の仕分ステーション5では、上層バッファライン61を構成する第二搬送路63が平面視においてU字状に形成されている例を挙げて説明したが、この構成に加えて、図5に示されるような接続搬送路69を有していてもよい。第二搬送路63は、一端61aから他端61bまで一方向に配送箱B1を搬送すると共に、一端61aと他端61bとが、主搬送装置3に接続されている。接続搬送路69は、第二搬送路63において一端61aより下流側の第一中継部61cと、第二搬送路63において他端61bより上流側の第二中継部61dと、を接続する。なお、第一中継部61c及び第二中継部61dの構成は、第一転換搬送路53Bの構成と同じである。
上記実施形態及び変形例の仕分ステーション5では、上層バッファライン61が単層として構成されている例を挙げて説明したが、例えば、図6に示されるように、複層として構成されてもよい。すなわち、上層バッファライン61を構成する第二搬送路63が鉛直方向(Z方向)に配列されており、これら複数の第二搬送路63と第一搬送路53との間で配送箱B1をやりとりするリフト装置71が設けられる構成であってもよい。
上記実施形態及び変形例の仕分ステーション5では、作業箇所55においてオーダーに基づいた物品が収容される配送箱B1が仕分ステーション5の各部を流通するように用いられる例を挙げて説明したが、作業箇所55において取り出される物品が複数収容された物品箱B2が仕分ステーション5の各部を流通するように用いられてもよい。この場合、上記仕分ステーション5と、主搬送装置3と、物品箱B2が保管される物品箱倉庫1と、を備えるピッキングシステム100として構成することができる。
上記実施形態及び変形例の仕分ステーション5に設けられるリフト装置71は、一度の搬送で一つの配送箱B1(物品箱B2)しか搬送できない構成を例に挙げて説明したが、複数の配送箱B1(物品箱B2)を同時に搬送可能に設けられてもよい。具体的には、移動体73の長さを複数台の配送箱B1(物品箱B2)を載置可能な長さに構成することで、複数の配送箱B1(物品箱B2)を同時に搬送できるようにしてもよい。

一端から他端まで一方向に前記被搬送物を搬送すると共に前記一端及び前記他端が前記被搬送物を搬送する主搬送装置に接続されている第二搬送路を有し、前記第一搬送路の上方に設けられる上層バッファラインと、
鉛直方向に前記被搬送物を搬送し、前記第一搬送路と前記第二搬送路との間で前記被搬送物をやり取りするリフト装置と、を備える、仕分ステーション。

前記第一搬送路から前記リフト装置への前記被搬送物の搬入動作と、前記リフト装置から前記第一搬送路への前記被搬送物の搬出動作とが同時に実行され、前記第二搬送路から前記リフト装置への前記被搬送物の搬入動作と、前記リフト装置から前記第二搬送路への前記被搬送物の搬出動作とが同時に実行される、[1]~[4]の何れかに記載の仕分ステーション。

Claims (8)
- 被搬送物に対して作業者による仕分作業が行われる仕分ステーションであって、
前記被搬送物を一方向に搬送する周回状の第一搬送路を有し、前記第一搬送路の一部に作業者が仕分作業を実施する作業箇所が設けられる下層バッファラインと、
一端から他端まで一方向に前記被搬送物を搬送すると共に前記一端及び前記他端が前記被搬送物を搬送する主搬送装置に接続されている第二搬送路を有し、前記第一搬送路の上方に設けられる上層バッファラインと、
鉛直方向に前記被搬送物を搬送し、前記第一搬送路と前記第二搬送路との間で前記被搬送物をやり取りするリフト装置と、を備える、仕分ステーション。 - 前記第二搬送路は、鉛直方向から見た平面視において、U字状に形成されている、請求項1記載の仕分ステーション。
- 前記リフト装置の駆動部は、周回状の前記第一搬送路に囲まれる領域に配置されている、請求項1又は2記載の仕分ステーション。
- 前記上層バッファラインは、前記第二搬送路において前記一端より下流側の第一中継部と、前記第二搬送路において前記第一中継部よりも下流側かつ前記他端より上流側の第二中継部と、を接続する接続搬送路を有する、請求項1又は2記載の仕分ステーション。
- 前記第一搬送路から前記リフト装置への前記被搬送物の搬入動作と、前記リフト装置から前記第一搬送路への前記被搬送物の搬出動作とが同時に実行され、前記第二搬送路から前記リフト装置への前記被搬送物の搬入動作と、前記リフト装置から前記第二搬送路への前記被搬送物の搬出動作とが同時に実行される、請求項1又は2記載の仕分ステーション。
- 前記上層バッファラインは、鉛直方向に複数層配置されている、請求項1又は2記載の仕分ステーション。
- 前記リフト装置は、複数の前記被搬送物を同時に搬送可能に設けられている、請求項1又は2記載の仕分ステーション。
- 前記下層バッファラインにおける前記作業箇所は、前記主搬送装置において一方向に直線状に延在する部分の下方に設けられている、請求項1又は2記載の仕分ステーション。
