- 乗物用シートであって、
シートクッションフレームと、
前記シートクッションフレームに回動可能に支持されたシートバックフレームとを有し、
前記シートクッションフレームは、前後に延びる左右のサイドメンバと、左右に延び、前記サイドメンバのそれぞれの前部に結合された前メンバと、左右に延び、前記サイドメンバのそれぞれの後部に結合された後メンバと、前記サイドメンバのそれぞれの後端に結合され、上方に延びる支持部材とを有し、
前記支持部材の少なくとも一方は、前記サイドメンバの左右外面に結合された支持部材下部と、前記支持部材下部から上方かつ左右内方に延び、前記シートバックフレームを回動可能に支持する支持部材上部とを有し、
上下方向から見て、前記支持部材上部は前記サイドメンバと重なりを有する乗物用シート。 - 前記サイドメンバは、前後に延びるサイドメンバ本体部と、前記サイドメンバ本体部の後端から上方に突出するサイドメンバ拡張部とを有し、
前記支持部材下部は、前記サイドメンバ拡張部に結合され、
上下方向から見て、前記支持部材上部は前記サイドメンバ拡張部と重なりを有する請求項1に記載の乗物用シート。 - 前記サイドメンバ拡張部及び前記支持部材下部の一方は、上下に延びた凸部を有し、
前記サイドメンバ拡張部及び前記支持部材下部の他方は、前記凸部を受容する受容溝を有する請求項2に記載の乗物用シート。 - 前記凸部は、前記サイドメンバ拡張部の前縁及び後縁のそれぞれに設けられ、
前記受容溝は、前記支持部材下部の前縁及び後縁のそれぞれに設けられている請求項3に記載の乗物用シート。 - 前記支持部材は、板金部材によって形成され、
前記支持部材の前縁及び後縁に、左右外方に向けて突出し、かつ前記支持部材下部から前記支持部材にかけて延びた縁壁が設けられている請求項4に記載の乗物用シート。 - 前記支持部材の左右外面に補強板が設けられ、
前記補強板は、前後の前記縁壁に結合されている請求項5に記載の乗物用シート。 - 前記支持部材上部は、左右内方に膨出した膨出部を有し、
前記膨出部に前記シートバックフレームが回動可能に支持され、
前記膨出部は、前記サイドメンバ拡張部の上縁から上方に間隔をおいて配置されている請求項6に記載の乗物用シート。 - 左右の前記サイドメンバは、スライド装置を介してフロアに結合され、
前記スライド装置は、前記フロアに結合されたロアレールと、前記ロアレールにスライド移動可能に設けられ、かつ前記サイドメンバに結合されたアッパレールとを有し、
前記ロアレールには、先端が下方を向くと共に前後に延びた下側係止部材が設けられ、
前記サイドメンバには、先端が上方を向くと共に前後に延びた上側係止部材が設けられ、
前記上側係止部材は、前記下側係止部材に下方から隙間をおいて対向すると共に、前後に離れた前側結合部及び後側結合部において前記サイドメンバに結合され、
前記前側結合部より後方かつ前記後側結合部より前方に、前記後メンバと前記サイドメンバとの結合部が設けられ、
前記前側結合部より後方かつ前記後メンバと前記サイドメンバとの結合部より前方に、シートベルトバックルと前記サイドメンバとの結合部が設けられている請求項1に記載の乗物用シート。 - 前記シートバックフレームは、上下に延びる左右のバックサイドメンバと、左右に延び、左右の前記バックサイドメンバの上端部に接続した上メンバと、左右に延び、左右の前記バックサイドメンバの下端部に接続した下メンバとを有し、
前記バックサイドメンバの少なくとも一方は、上下に延びるパイプ部と、前記パイプ部の下部に結合されたサイドプレートとを有し、
前記サイドプレートは、上下に延びると共に、左右を向くプレート本体部と、前記プレート本体部の前縁及び後縁から左右内方に突出した前フランジ部及び後フランジ部と有し、
前記パイプ部は、上下に直線状に延びる直線状部と、前記直線状部の下端に設けられた屈曲部から下方かつ左右内方に傾斜して延びる傾斜部を有し、
前記プレート本体部の上部は、前記直線状部に沿って配置され、
前記プレート本体部の下部は、前記屈曲部の左右外方に隙間をおいて配置され、
前記プレート本体部の下部には、前記屈曲部から下方に延びる補強ビードが設けられ、
前記プレート本体部の下部の左右外方には、リクライニング装置を介して前記支持部材上部が設けられ、
前記プレート本体部の下部の左右内方には、前記リクライニング装置の操作軸に結合されたレバーが配置されている請求項1に記載の乗物用シート。 - 前記前フランジ部が前記直線状部に溶接され、
前記後フランジ部が前記直線状部及び前記傾斜部に溶接されている請求項9に記載の乗物用シート。
