を有する請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の処理装置。 - 前記顧客情報に登録された前記第1の顧客及び前記第2の顧客の店内行動を解析する解析手段をさらに有する請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の処理装置。
- コンピュータが、
顧客属性情報及び顔情報を登録した顧客である第1の顧客の前記顧客属性情報及び前記顔情報と、前記顧客属性情報を登録せず、前記顔情報を登録した顧客である第2の顧客の前記顔情報とを含む顧客情報を記憶しておき、
店舗で撮影された画像と前記顔情報とを照合し、前記第1の顧客及び前記第2の顧客を前記画像内で検出する検出工程と、
前記画像内で検出された前記第1の顧客及び前記第2の顧客の店内行動を特定し、前記顧客情報に登録する行動監視工程と、
前記顔情報が登録されていない未登録人物が前記画像内で検出された場合、前記画像に含まれる前記未登録人物の顔画像に基づき前記顔情報を生成し、前記第2の顧客の前記顔情報として前記顧客情報に登録する第2の顧客登録工程と、
を実行する処理方法。 - コンピュータを、
顧客属性情報及び顔情報を登録した顧客である第1の顧客の前記顧客属性情報及び前記顔情報と、前記顧客属性情報を登録せず、前記顔情報を登録した顧客である第2の顧客の前記顔情報とを含む顧客情報を記憶する顧客情報記憶手段、
店舗で撮影された画像と前記顔情報とを照合し、前記第1の顧客及び前記第2の顧客を前記画像内で検出する検出手段、
前記画像内で検出された前記第1の顧客及び前記第2の顧客の店内行動を特定し、前記顧客情報に登録する行動監視手段、
前記顔情報が登録されていない未登録人物が前記画像内で検出された場合、前記画像に含まれる前記未登録人物の顔画像に基づき前記顔情報を生成し、前記第2の顧客の前記顔情報として前記顧客情報に登録する第2の顧客登録手段、
として機能させるプログラム。
