Abstract
The present invention pertains to the poultry farming sector, and relates more specifically to equipment and a method for separating fowl that are intended to collect the processed and slaughtered animals, position said animals in compartments, and convey said animals to the top of the separator to be conveyed by a conveyor belt for subsequent processing steps.

[01 ] De uma maneira geral a presente invenção pertence ao setor de avicultura, e se refere, mais especificamente, a um equipamento, sistema e método de separação de aves que tem por finalidade recolher os animais processados e abatidos, acomodá-los em compartimentos, e direcioná-los a parte superior do separador para serem conduzidos por uma esteira as demais etapas de processamento. [02] Em 2015, o Brasil ultrapassou a China e se tornou segundo maior produtor mundial de carne de frango, atrás apenas dos Estados Unidos (EUA). Os números do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE) indicam que a produção brasileira chegou a 13,14 milhões de toneladas nesse ano, volume 5,4% superior ao de 2014 e o maior já registrado na história do país. Foram abatidos nada menos do que 5,8 bilhões de cabeças de frango em território nacional. Destacam-se: A concessão de pausas distribuídas ao longo da jornada para o descanso muscular dos trabalhadores; Adequações ergonômicas e de segurança nas esteiras e demais maquinário das fábricas; Normas para diminuir a exposição dos trabalhadores a ambientes excessivamente frios, bem como para amenizar o desconforto térmico; Adequação dos postos de trabalho para que, sempre que possível, o trabalho sentado seja feito em alternância com o trabalho em pé. [012] Conforme a Figura 1 , o equipamento é formado por uma estrutura metálica (10) que sustenta um tambor cilíndrico (20) dotado de compartimentos (22) posicionados longitudinalmente e em todo perímetro. A estrutura (10) compreende um conjunto de barras metálicas que formam uma base retangular (11 ) fixa a barras verticais sobrepostas através de elementos de fixação, como por exemplo parafuso e porca; compreende ainda barras metálicas posicionadas transversalmente no
ponto médio, que são adjuntas as barras verticais por meio de processos de união de materiais, como por exemplo soldagem; posicionadas acima das barras transversais, nas laterais, acima dos pontos de conexão das barras verticais tem- se barras metálicas; posicionadas e montadas semelhantemente a base retangular (1 1 ) descrita, dispõem-se outro conjunto de barras metálicas que estarão interligadas ao apoio do tambor cilíndrico (12) por meio de processos de união de materiais e aos quadros de suporte (13) através de elementos de fixação; a estrutura (10) possui ainda pelo menos seis sapatas distribuídas que sustentam todo o equipamento. A estrutura (10) conta ainda com quadros de suporte (13) posicionados nas laterais, e que são juntadas por processo de união de materiais a barras de apoio que os suportaram. Esse conjunto de barras (13) auxilia na fixação da esteira coletora (30) que após a separação das aves por meio do tambor cilíndrico (20), conduz os animais as demais etapas de processamento. REIVINDICAÇÕES
