本实用新型涉及扫地机器人技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种具有前置吸尘风道的扫地机器人。
随着科技的发展,越来越多的智能家电进入我们的生活当中。其中,智能扫地机器人已是现代家庭最常见的智能家电之一。使用机器智能化代替人工,自动清理房间地板的卫生,称为智能扫地机器人,或者是自动扫地机器人。智能扫地机器人一般是使用真空吸纳、刷扫的方式将灰尘等杂物吸收到自身的垃圾收纳盒内,其功能包含:清扫、吸尘、擦地等,是现代家庭、办公室、等地板、地毯清洁工具。
现有的家用智能扫地机器人清洁装置是将有吸和扫功能的中扫安装在机器人壳体的底部中间位置,并辅以边刷来实现对地面吸纳、刷扫的方式将灰尘等杂物吸收到自身的垃圾收纳盒内。其中边刷起到将扫地机器人前端的垃圾灰尘扫拢到中扫处,再由中扫吸呐和滚扫清除,边刷在刷扫垃圾灰时很容易激起灰尘造成二次污染。
因此,如何提供一种可以不再辅用边刷刷扫前端附近灰尘毛发絮状杂物,以避免边刷易激起灰尘造成二次污染,且还可避免毛发絮状杂物缠绕到中扫上面而影响中扫工作的具有前置吸尘风道的扫地机器人是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供了一种可以不再辅用边刷刷扫前端附近灰尘毛发絮状杂物,以避免边刷易激起灰尘造成二次污染,且还可避免毛发絮状杂物缠绕到中扫上面而影响中扫工作的具有前置吸尘风道的扫地机器人。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种具有前置吸尘风道的扫地机器人,括扫地机器人本体,所述扫地机器人本体内部设有用于放置吸力风机的容纳腔和垃圾收纳盒,所述容纳腔位于所述垃圾收纳盒的后方且二者连通,所述扫地机器人本体靠近其前端的位置设有均与所述垃圾收纳盒连通的前置吸尘风道和中扫风道,所述中扫风道位于所述前置吸尘风道的后方,所述中扫风道远离所述垃圾收纳盒的风道口设有中扫。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本实用新型公开提供了一种具有前置吸尘风道的扫地机器人,清扫时,吸力风机工作,地面上的灰尘毛发絮状物垃圾经前置吸尘风道吸至垃圾收纳盒,再由中扫将地面上的颗粒状垃圾物经中扫风道吸至垃圾收纳盒,从而实现了灰尘毛发絮状物垃圾与颗粒状垃圾物分开来扫除的功能,因此,该扫地机器人可以不再辅用边刷刷扫前端附近灰尘毛发絮状杂物,避免了边刷易激起灰尘造成二次污染,且还可避免毛发絮状杂物缠绕到中扫上面而影响中扫工作的问题。
进一步的,所述吸力风机和所述垃圾收纳盒之间设有过滤隔离棉。
采用上述技术方案产生的有益效果是,避免垃圾收纳盒内的垃圾吸至吸力风机上,而影响吸力风机的正常工作。
进一步的,所述垃圾收纳盒内部设有横隔板,所述横隔板将所述垃圾收纳盒分隔为上收纳室和下收纳室,所述上收纳室与所述前置吸尘风道连通,所述下收纳室与所述中扫风道连通。
采用上述技术方案产生的有益效果是,上收纳室可存放经前置吸尘风道吸收进来的毛发絮状杂物垃圾,而下收纳室可存放经中扫风道吸收进来的颗粒状垃圾物,使得毛发絮状杂物垃圾不会进入到下收纳室并经中扫风道缠绕到中扫上,而影响中扫的正常工作。
进一步的,所述前置吸尘风道的吸尘口连接有向前方倾斜的导向吸尘风道。
采用上述技术方案产生的有益效果是,便于扫地机器人对中扫前方的毛发絮状杂物垃圾先进行扫除,然后利于中扫再对颗粒状垃圾物进行扫除,从而易于达到灰尘毛发絮状物垃圾与颗粒状垃圾物分开来扫除的功能。

参见图1,本实用新型实施例公开了一种具有前置吸尘风道的扫地机器人,包括扫地机器人本体1,扫地机器人本体1内部设有用于放置吸力风机2的容纳腔3和垃圾收纳盒4,容纳腔3位于垃圾收纳盒4的后方且二者连通,扫地机器人本体1靠近其前端的位置设有均与垃圾收纳盒4连通的前置吸尘风道5和中扫风道6,中扫风道6位于前置吸尘风道5的后方,中扫风道6远离垃圾收纳盒4的风道口设有中扫7。
吸力风机2和垃圾收纳盒4之间设有过滤隔离棉8。
垃圾收纳盒4内部设有横隔板9,横隔板9将垃圾收纳盒4分隔为上收纳室41和下收纳室42,上收纳室41与前置吸尘风道5连通,下收纳室42与中扫风道6连通。
前置吸尘风道5的吸尘口连接有向前方倾斜的导向吸尘风道10。
清扫时,吸力风机工作,地面上的灰尘毛发絮状物垃圾经前置吸尘风道吸至垃圾收纳盒,再由中扫将地面上的颗粒状垃圾物经中扫风道吸至垃圾收纳盒,从而实现了灰尘毛发絮状物垃圾与颗粒状垃圾物分开来扫除的功能,因此,该扫地机器人可以不再辅用边刷刷扫前端附近灰尘毛发絮状杂物,避 免了边刷易激起灰尘造成二次污染,且还可避免毛发絮状杂物缠绕到中扫上面而影响中扫工作的问题。

- 一种具有前置吸尘风道的扫地机器人,其特征在于,包括扫地机器人本体(1),所述扫地机器人本体(1)内部设有用于放置吸力风机(2)的容纳腔(3)和垃圾收纳盒(4),所述容纳腔(3)位于所述垃圾收纳盒(4)的后方且二者连通,所述扫地机器人本体(1)靠近其前端的位置设有均与所述垃圾收纳盒(4)连通的前置吸尘风道(5)和中扫风道(6),所述中扫风道(6)位于所述前置吸尘风道(5)的后方,所述中扫风道(6)远离所述垃圾收纳盒(4)的风道口设有中扫(7)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有前置吸尘风道的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述吸力风机(2)和所述垃圾收纳盒(4)之间设有过滤隔离棉(8)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有前置吸尘风道的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述垃圾收纳盒(4)内部设有横隔板(9),所述横隔板(9)将所述垃圾收纳盒(4)分隔为上收纳室(41)和下收纳室(42),所述上收纳室(41)与所述前置吸尘风道(5)连通,所述下收纳室(42)与所述中扫风道(6)连通。
