Claims (9)
- 원통형의 캔;제1 전극판 및 제2 전극판, 세퍼레이터가 권취되며, 상기 캔에 수용되는 전극 조립체; 및상기 캔과는 절연되고 상기 전극 조립체와는 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 캔 내부와 연통되도록 홀이 관통 형성된 캡 어셈블리를 포함하는 원통형 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캡 어셈블리는,상기 캔의 일측에 결합되는 벤트 플레이트, 상기 벤트 플레이트와 상기 전극 조립체 사이에 배치되어 상기 전극 조립체와 전기적으로 연결되는 캡 다운 플레이트, 상기 벤트 플레이트와 상기 캔 사이에 배치되어 상기 벤트 플레이트와 상기 캔을 상호 절연하는 가스켓을 포함하는, 원통형 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 홀은 상기 벤트 플레이트의 중앙에 관통 형성된 디게싱 홀과, 상기 캡 다운 플레이트의 중앙에 관통 형성된 관통홀을 포함하는, 원통형 이차전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 벤트 플레이트는 상기 디게싱 홀과 이격되어 형성된 노치를 포함하는, 원통형 이차전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 벤트 플레이트는 상기 노치가 형성된 영역의 두께는 상기 디게싱 홀이 형성된 영역의 두께보다 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는, 원통형 이차전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 캡 다운 플레이트의 직경은 상기 벤트 플레이트의 직경보다 작고, 가장자리의 상면이 상기 벤트 플레이트의 가장자리 하면 일부와 밀착되어 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 원통형 이차전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 캡 어셈블리는 상기 캔에 조립된 후 상기 디게싱 홀 및 상기 관통홀에 탈착 가능하게 삽입되어 상기 디게싱 홀 및 상기 관통홀을 폐쇄하는 캡 마개를 더 포함하는, 원통형 이차전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 캡 어셈블리는 상기 캔 내부에서 가스 발생 시 상기 캡 마개의 제거 후 상기 디게싱 홀 및 상기 관통홀에 삽입되어 상기 디게싱 홀 및 상기 관통홀을 폐쇄하는 리벳을 더 포함하는, 원통형 이차전지.
- 전극 조립체를 캔에 수용하여 상기 캔과 전기적으로 연결하는 단계;캡 어셈블리를 상기 전극 조립체와 전기적으로 연결하는 단계;상기 캡 어셈블리를 상기 캔에 조립하는 단계;상기 캡 어셈블리를 관통하는 홀에 캡 마개를 삽입해 상기 홀을 폐쇄하는 단계; 및가스 발생 시 상기 캡 마개를 제거해 가스 배출 후 상기 캡 어셈블리를 관통하는 홀에 리벳을 결합해 상기 홀을 폐쇄하는 단계를 포함하는, 원통형 이차전지의 제조방법.
