本申请要求于2021年06月25日提交中国专利局、申请号为202121434259.9、发明名称为“设备转换连接组件及微型电源模块”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及中间连接结构技术领域,特别涉及一种设备转换连接组件。本发明的另一目的是提供一种包括上述设备转换连接组件的微型电源模块。
背景技术
在设备安装的应用场景,为了提高设备安装的稳定性,需要通过转换连接组件将设备固定。
例如对于微型电源模块中,在安装时,根据安装环境不同,如果需要紧固件连接时,首先将挂板安装在机箱上,挂板上设有部件挂件与外接设备连接。而有些安装环境需要采用卡扣结构安装,则需要安装连接有卡扣的设备,此时将卡扣安装在挂板上,此时卡扣遮挡挂板的部件挂孔。
然而,由于卡扣安装在挂板上时遮挡挂板上的部件挂孔,所以后期根据安装位置的要求,需要拆卸或安装卡扣,而卡扣拆卸后可能存在后期丢失的情况,使得后期无法安装卡扣,同时由于挂板单独安装在机箱上,操作繁琐,设备转换连接组件的使用便捷性较差。
因此,如何提高设备转换连接组件的使用便捷性,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种设备转换连接组件,该设备转换连接组件的使用便捷性提高。本发明的另一目的是提供一种包括上述设备转换连接组件的微型电源模块。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种设备转换连接组件,包括:
与机箱一体成型的挂板,所述挂板上设有部件挂孔;
和与所述挂板可拆卸连接的卡扣,所述部件挂孔外漏于所述卡扣设置。
优选地,所述卡扣包括本体,相互适配的滑轨和滑槽一者设置在本体侧部,另一设置在所述挂板上;所述本体和所述挂板一者设有卡槽,另一者设有能够卡接于所述卡槽内锁紧所述卡扣和所述挂板的弹性限位件。
优选地,所述本体包括连接部及底部与所述连接部底部连接,顶部与所述连接部隔离形成U型卡槽的弹性锁紧部,所述滑轨和所述弹性限位件均位于所述连接部上。
优选地,所述弹性限位件由所述连接部切口折弯形成,且所述弹性限位件的自由端朝向所述U型卡槽的开口位置。
优选地,所述连接部为平板结构,所述弹性锁紧部设有自由端伸入所述U型卡槽内部,且用于卡接设备的防脱倒刺。
优选地,所述弹性锁紧部上的自由端设有朝向所述U型卡槽外部的翻边。
优选地,当所述弹性限位件卡入所述卡槽时,所述滑轨的端部与所述滑槽的端部抵接。
优选地,所述滑轨为两个,且所述滑轨设置在所述本体上,所述滑轨与所述本体之间形成U型槽体结构。
优选地,所述滑轨的自由端和所述弹性限位件位于所述本体的同一侧面的外侧。

在上述技术方案中,本发明提供的设备转换连接组件包括挂板和卡扣,挂板与机箱一体成型,挂板上设有部件挂孔,卡扣能够与挂板可拆卸连接,部件挂孔外漏于卡扣设置。
通过上述描述可知,在本申请提供的设备转换连接组件中,由于挂板与机箱一体成型,无需单独加工和安装挂板,且由于部件挂孔外漏于卡扣设置,当卡扣安装在挂板上时,即使后期使用部件挂孔进行安装,也无需将卡扣卸下,操作简单,有效地提高了设备转换连接组件的使用便捷性。

本发明的目的是提供一种设备转换连接组件,该设备转换连接组件的使用便捷性提高。本发明的另一目的是提供一种包括上述设备转换连接组件的微型电源模块。

在一种具体实施方式中,本发明具体实施例提供的设备转换连接组件包括挂板2和卡扣1,挂板2与机箱3一体成型,挂板2上设有部件挂孔2-1,卡扣1能够与挂板2可拆卸连接,部件挂孔2-1外漏于卡扣1设置,即当卡扣1安装在挂板2上时不会对部件挂孔2-1进行遮挡,后续部件挂孔2-1可以继续使用。优选,卡扣1由金属冲压折弯形成。
通过上述描述可知,在本申请具体实施例所提供的设备转换连接组件中,由于挂板2与机箱3一体成型,无需单独加工和安装挂板2,且由于部件挂孔2-1外漏于卡扣1设置,当卡扣1安装在挂板2上时,即使后期使用部件挂孔2-1进行安装,也无需将卡扣1卸下,操作简单,有效地提高了设备转换连接组件的使用便捷性。
在一种具体实施方式中,卡扣1包括本体及设置在本体侧部的滑轨1-3;挂板2设有部件挂孔2,挂板2上设有与滑轨1-3配合的滑槽2-2;本体和挂板2一者设有卡槽2-4,另一者设有能够卡接于卡槽2-4内锁紧卡扣1和挂板2的弹性限位件1-5。优选,挂板2上设有与卡扣1底壁适配的安装槽2-3。
具体的,部件挂孔2可以为顶端开口的Z型结构。部件挂孔2可以通过安装在紧固件挂装在对应的安装板6上,具体的,紧固件可以为螺纹紧固件,例如通过螺栓4穿过安装板6和部件挂孔2,通过螺母5实现两者紧固,其中,挂板2正面用螺母5锁紧。具体的,安装板6可以为产品本体一部分。
在卡扣1和挂板2组装时,卡扣1沿着滑轨1-3和滑槽2-2安装,弹性限位件1-5在安装过程中产生形变,弹性限位件1-5位置到达卡槽2-4时弹出,形成反向限位,优选,滑轨1-3与滑槽2-2的端部也产生了抵触限位关系,卡扣1完成安装。为了便于设备与卡扣1配合,优选安装完成后,本体上用于锁紧设备的部件卡接位表面外凸于挂板2表面。具体的,设备设有与设备转换连接组件连接的安装板6。
如果现场安装时不用螺钉安装,直接将卡扣1卡入安装板6即可,具体安装板6可以为组件边框。安装完成后,卡扣1优选与安装板6咬合在一起,能 有效防止松脱。
本体上用于锁紧部件的部件卡接位表面外凸于所述挂板2表面。即部件卡接位表面与组件边框面接触,有效防止边框磨损划伤挂板2。
通过上述描述可知,在本申请具体实施例所提供的设备转换连接组件中,通过滑轨1-3和滑槽2-2实现卡扣1和挂板2组装,接着通过弹性限位件1-5卡接于卡槽2-4内之后,实现卡扣1和挂板2锁紧,进而可以根据需要选择卡扣1和挂板2与外界设备连接。
另一方面,本申请挂板2和卡扣1切换安装方式快捷,无需多余操作,节省安装工时。
滑轨1-3设置在本体侧部,本体包括连接部1-4及底部与连接部1-4底部连接,顶部与连接部1-4隔离形成U型卡槽的弹性锁紧部1-1,弹性限位件1-5位于连接部1-4上。具体的,滑槽可以开设在本体侧部,在另一种实施方式中,滑轨1-3位于连接部1-4上。具体的,U型卡槽的开口朝上。弹性限位件1-5可以为钣金件。
弹性限位件1-5可以通过粘接、焊接等方式安装在本体上。
为了提高组装效率,优选,弹性限位件1-5由连接部1-4切口折弯形成,且弹性限位件1-5的自由端朝向U型卡槽的开口位置。即弹性限位件1-5与连接部1-4一体成型。
优选,连接部1-4为平板结构,弹性锁紧部1-1设有自由端伸入U型卡槽内部,且用于卡接设备的防脱倒刺1-6。优选,防脱倒刺1-6的自由端呈锐角设置。具体的,防脱倒刺1-6可以为一个或者至少两个,通过设置防脱倒刺1-6提高卡扣1连接稳定性。
在一种具体实施方式中,弹性锁紧部1-1上的自由端设有朝向U型卡槽外部的翻边1-2。在使用时,使用者操作翻边1-2到顶弹性锁紧部1-1运动,使得U型卡槽开口增大,使得安装板6等外界部件便捷卡入。
为了提高卡扣1滑动稳定性,优选,当弹性限位件1-5卡入卡槽2-4时,滑轨1-3的端部与滑槽2-2的端部抵接。
具体的,滑轨1-3可以为两个,分别位于连接部1-4的相对两侧。
优选,滑轨1-3设置在所述本体上,滑轨1-3与本体之间形成U型槽体结 构。如图12所示,具体的,滑轨1-3的自由端和弹性限位件1-5位于本体的同一侧面的外侧。滑轨1-3与滑槽2-2配合,起到卡扣1限位作用。
本申请提供的一种微型电源模块包括设备转换连接组件,设备转换连接组件为上述任一种设备转换连接组件。前文叙述了关于设备转换连接组件的具体结构,本申请包括上述设备转换连接组件,同样具有上述技术效果。
具体的,同一个电源模块的本体可以设置一个或者至少两个卡扣1。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本发明。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种设备转换连接组件,其特征在于,包括:
    与机箱(3)一体成型的挂板(2),所述挂板上设有部件挂孔(2-1);
    和与所述挂板(2)可拆卸连接的卡扣(1),所述部件挂孔(2-1)外漏于所述卡扣(1)设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的设备转换连接组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣(1)包括本体,相互适配的滑轨(1-3)和滑槽(2-2)一者设置在本体侧部,另一设置在所述挂板(2)上;所述本体和所述挂板(2)一者设有卡槽(2-4),另一者设有能够卡接于所述卡槽(2-4)内锁紧所述卡扣(1)和所述挂板(2)的弹性限位件(1-5)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的设备转换连接组件,其特征在于,所述本体包括连接部(1-4)及底部与所述连接部(1-4)底部连接,顶部与所述连接部(1-4)隔离形成U型卡槽的弹性锁紧部(1-1),所述滑轨(1-3)和所述弹性限位件(1-5)均位于所述连接部(1-4)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的设备转换连接组件,其特征在于,所述弹性限位件(1-5)由所述连接部(1-4)切口折弯形成,且所述弹性限位件(1-5)的自由端朝向所述U型卡槽的开口位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的设备转换连接组件,其特征在于,所述连接部(1-4)为平板结构,所述弹性锁紧部(1-1)设有自由端伸入所述U型卡槽内部,且用于卡接设备的防脱倒刺(1-6)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的设备转换连接组件,其特征在于,所述弹性锁紧部(1-1)上的自由端设有朝向所述U型卡槽外部的翻边(1-2)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的设备转换连接组件,其特征在于,当所述弹性限位件(1-5)卡入所述卡槽(2-4)时,所述滑轨(1-3)的端部与所述滑槽(2-2)的端部抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的设备转换连接组件,其特征在于,所述滑轨(1-3)为两个,且所述滑轨(1-3)设置在所述本体上,所述滑轨(1-3)与所述本体之间形成U型槽体结构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的设备转换连接组件,其特征在于,所述滑轨(1-3)的自由端和所述弹性限位件(1-5)位于所述本体的同一侧面的外侧。
  10. 根据权利要求2-9中任一项所述的设备转换连接组件,其特征在于,所述本体上用于锁紧设备的部件卡接位表面外凸于所述挂板(2)表面。
  11. 一种微型电源模块,其特征在于,包括设备转换连接组件,所述设备转换连接组件为权利要求1-10中任一项所述的设备转换连接组件。
