Description
本申请涉及密封储物装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种密封盖及储物容器。
密封储物装置是一种带有一定密封容积空间的装置,常规的密封储物装置主要由容器本体与密封盖组成。其中密封盖与容器本体配合起到密封作用,因此,密封盖的设计也是密封储物装置的重点之一。现有的密封盖结构大多由盖体、致动机构以及密封件组成,致动机构用于驱动密封件动作,以使得密封件改变状态与容器本体密封接触实现密封。但是,现有的密封盖的致动机构驱动密封件动作的结构复杂,密封性能不理想,使用体验不佳。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本申请的目的是提供一种密封盖及储物容器,密封效果好,而且结构简单,有助于提高使用体验。
为达到上述技术目的,本申请提供了一种密封盖,包括盖体、致动器、支臂、挤压板以及密封件;
所述致动器设有按钮;
所述按钮可通过按压操作,在第一高度位置以及与所述第一高度位置不同高度的第二高度位置之间切换;
所述按钮通过所述支臂与所述挤压板连接,用于带动所述挤压板上下运动;
所述挤压板用于驱动所述密封件变形,以使得所述密封件与容器本体内壁密封接触;
所述支臂设有第一支点部、第二支点部以及第三支点部;
所述第一支点部与所述按钮可转动地连接,或与所述按钮可转动可滑动地连接;
所述第二支点部与所述盖体可转动地连接,或与所述盖体可转动可滑动 地连接;
所述第三支点部与所述挤压板可转动地连接,或与所述挤压板可转动可滑动地连接;
所述第一支点部、所述第二支点部以及所述第三支点部中至少两个支点部为可转动可滑动地连接。
进一步地,所述第一支点部、所述第二支点部以及所述第三支点部中任意两个支点部为可转动可滑动地连接设置,另一个支点部为可转动地连接设置。
进一步地,可转动地连接设置的支点部具体为一体铰接设置。
进一步地,所述第一支点部、所述第二支点部以及所述第三支点部呈不共线分布。
进一步地,所述第一支点部的转动轴线到第二支点部的转动轴线之间的距离大于第二支点部的转动轴线到第三支点部的转动轴线之间的距离。
进一步地,所述支臂包括动力臂以及阻力臂;
所述动力的第一端部设有所述第一支点部,第二端部设有所述第二支点部;
所述阻力臂的第一端部与所述动力臂垂直连接,且所述阻力臂与所述动力臂之间呈T字形分布;
所述阻力臂的第二端部设有所述第三支点部。

进一步地,所述盖体包括上盖以及下盖;
所述上盖安装于所述下盖顶部,且所述上盖底面与所述下盖顶面之间间隔分布,形成供所述挤压板活动的间隙腔;
所述上盖顶部设有避让所述按钮的避让孔。
进一步地,所述致动器包括按钮、旋转件、弹簧以及定位件;
所述按钮内设有转轴;
所述按钮内顶面设有向下的第一转齿;
所述旋转件卡接于所述转轴上,且所述旋转件设有与所述第一转齿配合的第二转齿;
所述旋转件的外周面上设有若干槽道;
所述定位件安装于下盖顶部于对应所述避让孔位置,且所述定位件内侧面设有若干与所述槽道一一对应配合的凸条;
各个所述凸条的底面设有与所述第二转齿配合的斜面;
所述弹簧嵌装于所述定位件内,且一端与所述定位件接触相抵,另一端伸入所述旋转件内与所述旋转件接触相抵。
需说明地是,所述按钮可以包括旋转辅助件以及压盖;
所述旋转辅助件连接于所述压盖底部,且具体为所述旋转辅助件内设有转轴;
所述旋转辅助件内顶面设有向下的第一转齿;
所述支臂的第一支点部与所述旋转辅助件连接。
进一步地,所述旋转辅助件的外周面上设有立面凸起;
所述立面凸起上设有所述轴孔。
进一步地,所述上盖底面沿避让孔向下延伸有第一侧壁;
所述第一侧壁外表面设有第一卡槽,所述第一侧壁的内表面设有第二卡槽;
所述下盖顶面向上凸设有与所述第一卡槽一一对应的第一连接座,以及与所述第二卡槽一一对应的第二连接座;
所述第一连接座上设有与第一卡槽扣合的第一卡勾;
所述第二连接座上设有与第二卡槽扣合的第二卡勾。
进一步地,所述第一侧壁的内侧面于所述第二卡槽上方设有可与所述第二连接座顶面接合的接合块;
所述接合块的底面设有第一凹槽;
所述第二连接座的顶面设有与所述第一凹槽配合的第二凹槽;
所述第一凹槽与所述第二凹槽之间形成所述第一滑槽腔。
进一步地,所述挤压板顶面向上凸设有第三连接座;
所述第三连接座上设有所述第二滑槽腔。
进一步地,所述下盖的外边缘设有向内凹陷的第三凹槽;
所述密封件环绕嵌设于所述第三凹槽。
本申请还公开了一种储物容器,包括容器本体以及所述的密封盖。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本申请公开的密封盖,由致动器、支臂、挤压板、盖体以及密封件构建。其中,致动器设有可通过按压操作,在第一高度位置以及与第一高度位置不同高度的第二高度位置之间切换的按钮。按钮通过支臂与挤压板连接,带动挤压板运动以驱使密封件变形,使得密封件与容器本体内壁密封接触。通过带动挤压板运动来驱使密封件变形,可以提供密封件充足的预紧力,保证密封效果。
再者,支臂设计有用于实现按钮驱动挤压板的第一支点部、第二支点部以及第三支点部。其中,第一支点部用于连接按钮,第二支点部用于连接盖体,第三支点部用于连接挤压板,且三个支点部中至少两个支点部为可转动可滑动地连接。从而实现按钮的运动可以带动支臂上下摆动,进而带动第三支点部上下运动以带动挤压板上下运动。通过这一支臂设计,使得整体结构简单,操作更加方便省力,使用体验得到了提升。

本申请实施例公开了一种密封盖及储物容器。
请参阅图1以及图2,本申请实施例中提供的一种密封盖的一个实施例包括:
盖体100、致动器200、支臂6、挤压板2以及密封件300。其中,致动器200、支臂6、挤压板2以及密封件300均安装于盖体100。
就致动器200来说,设有可通过按压操作,在第一高度位置以及与第一高度位置不同高度的第二高度位置之间切换的按钮10,第一高度位置与第二高度位置优选的设计为处于同一竖直方向上。该按钮10通过支臂6与所述挤压板2连接,用于带动所述挤压板2上下运动。而所述挤压板2用于驱动所述密封件300变形,以使得所述密封件300与容器本体400内壁密封接触。
支臂6设有第一支点部631、第二支点部632以及第三支点部633。第一支点部631与按钮10可转动地连接,或与按钮10可转动可滑动地连接,第二支点部632与盖体100可转动地连接,或与盖体100可转动可滑动地连接,第三支点部633与挤压板2可转动地连接,或与挤压板2可转动可滑动地连 接。为了保证按钮10能够正常带动挤压板2运动,第一支点部631、第二支点部632以及第三支点部633中至少两个支点部为可转动可滑动地连接。这两个可转动可滑动地连接设置的支点部在滑动方向上均优选地设计为水平滑动,而且两个支点部的滑动方向亦可设计为相同方向。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本申请公开的密封盖,由致动器200、支臂6、挤压板2以及密封件300构建。其中设有可通过按压操作,在第一高度位置以及与第一高度位置不同高度的第二高度位置之间切换的按钮10。按钮10通过支臂与挤压板2连接,带动挤压板2运动以驱使密封件300变形,使得密封件300与容器本体400内壁密封接触。通过带动挤压板2运动来驱使密封件变形,可以提供密封件充足的预紧力,保证密封效果。
再者,支臂6设计有用于实现按钮10驱动挤压板2的第一支点部631、第二支点部632以及第三支点部633。其中,第一支点部631用于连接按钮10,第二支点部632用于连接盖体,第三支点部633用于连接挤压板2,且三个支点部中至少两个支点部为可转动可滑动地连接。从而实现按钮10的运动可以带动支臂6上下摆动,进而带动第三支点部633上下运动以带动挤压板2上下运动。通过这一支臂6设计,使得整体结构简单,操作更加方便省力,使用体验得到了提升。

进一步地,为了较好实现按钮10通过支臂6对挤压板2的驱动。第一支点部631、第二支点部632以及第三支点部633中任意两个支点部为可转动可滑动地连接设置,另一个支点部为可转动地连接设置。也即是可以是第一支点部631、第二支点部632为可转动可滑动地连接设置,而第三支点部633为可转动地连接设置。或第一支点部631为可转动地连接设置,第二支点部632第三支点部633为可转动可滑动地连接设置等情况。
进一步地,本申请中所述第一支点部631、所述第二支点部632以及所述第三支点部633在侧投影面上可呈如图6所示的不共线分布。这种不共线分布方式可使得结构布置灵活,有利于进一步简化结构。
进一步地,本申请中,可转动地连接的设置的支点部具体可以为一体可转动地连接设置,也即是使得支臂6与盖体100,或与按钮10,或与挤压板2一体成型。一体成型设计时,使得支臂6的铰接设置的支点部与对应要一体成型的部件呈可重复弯折式的连接一起,进而一体成型后即可使得支臂6的该支点部已经为铰接设置了,从而也就减少了对该支点部的装配工作。本领域技术人员可以以此为基础做适当的变换,具体不做限制。具体一体成型情况可以如下,当支臂6与按钮10一体成型时,第二支点部632与第三支点部633则分别为可转动可滑动地连接设置。当支臂6与盖体100一体成型时,对应第一支点部631与第三支点部633则为可转动可滑动地连接设置。当支臂6与挤压板2一体成型时,对应第一支点部631与第二支点部632则为可转动可滑动地连接设置。需要说明的是,支臂6具体与盖体100那个部分一体成型可以根据盖体100的结构而定,例如以盖体100为具有上盖4以及下盖5为例,那么支臂6即可与上盖4或下盖5一体成型,其一体成型情况可以参考前述按钮10与直臂6之间的一体成型设计,不做赘述。
进一步地,所述第一支点部631的转动轴线到第二支点部632的转动轴线之间的距离大于第二支点部632的转动轴线到第三支点部633的转动轴线之间的距离。需要说明地是,本实施例中转动轴线即指的是支点部可以绕其相对转动的一轴线。通过这样的设计,可以使得按钮10与挤压板的行程不同,使得按钮10的按压能够更加省力,同时在在保持更好的操作体验的同时,可减小盖体的厚度。
进一步地,就支臂6结构来说,如图9所示,包括动力臂61以及阻力臂62。其中,动力臂61的第一端部设有第一支点部631,动力臂61的第二端部设有第二支点部632。而阻力臂62的第一端部与动力臂61垂直连接,且阻力臂62与动力臂61之间从侧向方向看呈如图5所示的T字形分布,阻力臂62的第二端部设有第三支点部633。本实施例中,动力臂61的第一端部为了能够更好的适配与按钮10的连接,可以设置有一个向内凹的避让槽611,进而可以对按钮10形成一种夹持,提高连接的稳固性。以第一支点部631可转动地设置,第二支点部632与第三支点部633为可转动可滑动地设置为例,按钮10通过支臂6以驱动挤压板2的原理如下:
按钮10下移过程,带动动力臂61向下摆动,动力臂61向下摆动的同时也即带动阻力臂62随之下移,由于第一支点部631为可转动地设置,动力臂61向下摆动以及阻力臂62的随之下移都会产生一个水平位移分量,而动力臂61产生的水平位移分量可以由动力臂61上可转动可滑动地设置的第二支点部632进行释放,使得动力臂61可以顺畅向下摆动。而阻力臂62产生的水平位移分量则可以由阻力臂62上可转动可滑动地设置的第三支点部633进行释放,使得阻力臂62可以顺畅下移而推动挤压板2。
进一步地,如图9所示,就支点部的结构来说,第一支点部631、第二支点部632以及第三支点部633均可以为轴杆,那么按钮10、盖体100以及挤压板2上也就可以相应设有与轴杆相配合的孔或槽结构。具体例如,按钮10设有与所述第一支点部可转动配合的轴孔123;所述盖体100设有与第二支点部配合的第一滑槽腔450,使所述第二支点部可相对于所述盖体100可转动可滑动;所述挤压板2设有与第三支点部配合的第二滑槽腔251,使所述第三支点部可相对于所述挤压板2可转动可滑动。
当然,本申请的第一支点部631、第二支点部632以及第三支点部633可以为槽或孔结构设计,对应按钮10、盖体100以及挤压板2相应设有与之配合轴杆结构,形成与前述相反的配合。另外,第一支点部631、第二支点部632以及第三支点部633均可以是可拆卸连接设置,便于拆卸维护。
进一步地,就盖体100结构来说,如图5、图10以及图11所示,包括上盖4以及下盖5。其中,上盖4安装于下盖5顶部,且上盖4底面与下盖5顶面之间间隔分布,形成供挤压板2运动的间隙腔101。上盖4还设有用于避让按钮10的避让孔41。
进一步地,如图5至图9所示,致动器200具体可以包括按钮10、旋转件13、弹簧3以及定位件15。其中,按钮10内设有用于安装旋转件13的转轴14。同时,按钮10内顶面设有向下的第一转齿121,而旋转件13顶部设有与第一转齿121配合第二转齿132,按钮10在致动过程中通过第一转齿121与第二转齿132的配合推动旋转件13转动。旋转件13的外周面上设有若干槽道131,对应的定位件15的内侧面上设有与槽道131一一对应配合的凸条151,旋转件13的内顶面还设有卡扣133,通过卡扣133的设置能够将旋转件 13卡接于按钮10的转轴14上。定位件15设置在盖体100内底面中部位置,整体也呈柱体结构,各个凸条151的底面设有与旋转件13的第二转齿132配合的斜面,以便在致动过程中可以推动旋转件13转动。当旋转件13因致动而旋转,且旋转件13的槽道131与定位件15的凸条151不再对齐时,凸条151会抵接再旋转件13的第二转齿132上,从而使得旋转件13定位在较低的位置,此时也即是将挤压板2限制在一个较低的位置,从而保持挤压板2对密封件300的挤压。弹簧3的嵌设于定位件15内,且一端与定位件15内底面接触相抵,另一端伸入旋转件13内与旋转件13接触相抵。当旋转件13再次受压下移时即可通过弹簧3进行复位。本领域技术人基于上述公开的手段还可结合现有的致动器进行进一步理解,因此不再过多赘述。
就按钮10结构来说,可以由压盖11和旋转辅助件12组成,需说明地是,压盖11与旋转辅助件12之间可以是可拆卸配合,亦可是一体成型。压盖11向上活动伸出盖体100的避让孔41,其设计目的是方便使用者按压操作,同时可以与盖体100实现搭配,提升整体的美观性。当然,不设置压盖11亦可以,也即是按钮10直接即为旋转辅助件。本实施例中,支臂6的第一支点部具体与旋转辅助件12连接。
以配置有压盖11为例,旋转辅助件12连接于压盖11底部且整体呈柱体结构,具体为旋转辅助件12内设有用于安装旋转件13的转轴14,旋转件13通过卡扣133卡接于旋转辅助件12的转轴14上。
进一步地,以前述的按钮10上设有轴孔123为例,也即是第一支点部631具体与按钮10可转动地连接,为了方便按钮10与第一支点部的连接配合,如图9所示,可以具体在旋转辅助件12的外周面上设有立面凸起122;而轴孔123则可以开设于立面凸起122上。
本申请中,如图3、图4以及图9、图10所示,就间隙腔101的设计来说,可以使得间隙腔101在水平方呈贯穿设计或使得盖体100侧面上具有可视地连通间隙腔101的可视区域,以便于可以通过贯穿设计或可视区域来观察到挤压板2。挤压板2设有可以在驱动密封件300变形后漏出的提示部,以使得使用者观察到提示部时即可视为密封盖已密封好。另外,密封件300在设置时,可以使其在变形前能够对可视区域形成遮挡,从而减少盖体内部结 构暴露,提高美观性;同时,也避免密封盖在非密封状态存在从其它视角经可视区域观察到提示部的情况,避免存在影响使用者判断的情况。也即是在使用者无法观察到挤压部的提示部时,即可判断为密封盖处于开启状态。而在密封件300变形后,其则能够与盖体100之间在竖直方向形成连通间隙腔101的观察间隙102,以使得用户可以通过观察间隙102观察到提示部。也即是使用者可以通过观察间隙102观察到提示部时,即可判断密封盖处于密封状态。通过这样的结构设计,能够使得使用者直观准确地观察到密封盖的密封状态,提高使用体验。本实施例中提示部可以直接就是挤压部上的某一区域部分或增设部分或通过颜色结构等区别出来的部分等,不做限制。本实施例中提示部优选可以直接就是挤压部上的某一区域部分或增设部分或通过颜色结构等区别出来的部分等,利用挤压部与密封件之间的配合,将提示部设于挤压部上,更好地形成与密封件以及盖体100之间的对比,提高可视区别性,不做限制。
进一步地,就上盖4与下盖5之间的连接配合来说,可以如下:
上盖4底面沿避让孔41向下延伸有第一侧壁42,第一侧壁42外表面设有第一卡槽421,第一侧壁42的内表面设有第二卡槽422。对应的,下盖5顶面向上凸设有与第一卡槽421一一对应的第一连接座51,以及与第二卡槽422一一对应的第二连接座52;第一连接座51上设有与第一卡槽421扣合的第一卡勾511;第二连接座52上设有与第二卡槽422扣合的第二卡勾521。需要说明的是,以盖体100这一结构设计来说,定位件15也即可以安装于盖体100顶面中心位置。再者,关于第一连接座51与第二连接座52设置来说,其数量均可以为多个且绕下盖5中心圆周分布,具体可以是两个并且两两对称设置,具体不做限制。通过向上凸起设置的连接座与卡槽之间的配合,实现上盖4下盖5的连接配合,同时使得上盖4与下盖5之间形成间隙腔101。当然,还可以是其它连接配合设计,不做限制。
另外,就上盖4的结构设计来说,其底部外侧边缘可以向下设置有与容器本体400配合的第二侧壁43,而第二侧壁43可以与容器本体400的开口端之间螺纹配合,嵌设配合,具体不做限制。同时在第二侧壁43的底部还可以向下延伸设置伸入容器本内的延伸凸缘44,这一延伸凸缘44即可起到定位作 用,亦可与密封件300相互配合,从而对间隙腔101进行遮挡或开放。上盖4底面上于第一侧壁42与第二侧壁43之间设有呈辐射状排列的第一加强筋46,以提高上盖4的整体结构强度。本领域技术人员可以以此为基础做适当的变换设计,不做限制。
就下盖5的结构设计来说,同样为了进一步提高自身的结构强度,下盖5顶面靠外侧边缘位置可以设有环形的第二加强筋54,第二加强筋54内侧还可以设有多个向内辐射设置的呈三角板结构的第三加强筋55,与第二加强筋54配合进一步提高整体结构强度。
就挤压板2的结构设计来说,以上述上盖4以及上盖4的这一结构设计为例,挤压板2上可以设有避让第一连接座51的第一通孔22,而中部位置可以设有即可避让第二连接座52又可避让致动器的第二通孔21。同时,为了起到加强作用,挤压板2的外边缘可以设置第三侧壁23,并且在挤压板2上下表面均设有呈辐射状分布的第四加强筋24。
本申请中上盖4、挤压板2与下盖5之间的形状相适配,具体形状可以根据实际配合的容器本体400开口形状进行设计,不做限制。
进一步地,以第二支点部632具体与盖体100可转动可滑动地连接为例。如图10以及图13所示,第一侧壁42的内侧面于第二卡槽422上方设有可与第二连接座52顶面接合的接合块45,接合块45的底面设有第一凹槽451,对应的,第二连接座52的顶面设有与第一凹槽451配合的第二凹槽522。第一凹槽451与第二凹槽522形成前述提及的第一滑槽腔450,第二支点部632可转动安装于第一滑槽腔450,且与第一滑槽腔450滑动配合。通过这样的结构设计,即可实现第二支点部632与盖体100的连接配合,也方便整体的安装与拆卸。本领域技术人员可以以此为基础做适当的变换设计,不做限制。
进一步地,为了使得第二连接座52与接合块45之间的接合更加紧密,如图13所示,第二连接座52顶面于第二凹槽522旁侧设有第三卡槽523。对应的,如图12所示,接合块45底面于第一凹槽451旁侧设有与第三卡槽523扣合的第三卡勾452,通过卡槽与卡勾之间配合使得第二连接座52与接合块45之间的接合更加紧密。
进一步地,以第三支点部633与挤压板2可转动可滑动地连接为例。如 图13所示,挤压板2顶面向上凸设有第三连接座25,第三连接座25上设有第二滑槽腔251,第三支点部633可转动安装于第二滑槽腔251,且与第二滑槽腔251滑动配合。
进一步地,就密封件300的安装来说,可以是在下盖5的外边缘设有向内凹陷的第三凹槽53,再将密封件300环绕嵌设于第三凹槽53。密封件300具体可以包括与第三凹槽53嵌设配合第一密封圈部71,以及一体环设于第一密封圈部71顶部外边缘且向上分布的第二密封圈部72,第二密封圈部72内部空间自下而上逐渐增大,呈锥形圈结构设计。本领域技术人员可以以此为基础做适当的变换设计,不做限制。
如图16所示,本申请还提供了一种储物容器,包括容器本体400以及如上述实施例一或实施例二的密封盖。
以挤压板2可观察设计为例,容器本体400上至少对应密封盖的观察间隙102/可视区域的容器壁段为透明壁段,保证使用者可以观察到挤压板2的提示部。
以挤压板2可观察设计且上盖4具有延伸凸缘44为例:
密封盖从开启状态到密封状态的工作过程:
将盖子盖在容器本体400开口处,按下压盖11,旋转辅助件12和旋转件13随之向下移动,推动支臂6向下摆动,支臂6的第三支点部633随之下移并推动挤压板2下移。挤压板2下移挤压下盖5上的密封件300,使得密封件300发生变形,密封件300的第二密封圈部72被挤压在容器本体400内壁上,使罐口处于密封状态。此时,由于第二密封圈部72以发生变形并下移,与延伸凸缘44之间就会形成一定的高度差,进而形成一个观察间隙102。同时,挤压板2也就从上盖4和密封件300之间的观察间隙102中露出,使用者可从容器本体400的侧面看见挤压板2。当压盖11上表面运动值略低于上盖4上表面时,使得压盖11运动至最低点,旋转件13触发转动,此时松开压盖11。弹簧3弹力使压盖11略微回弹,旋转件13的槽道131因旋转件13的旋转不再和定位件15的凸条151对齐,凸条151和旋转件13的第二转齿132相抵,旋转件13的高度位置被锁定,从而使压盖11位置被锁定。此时压盖11上表面和上盖4上表面处于同一高度,密封件300仍被压在容器本体400 内壁上,挤压板2仍能从容器本体400侧面观察到,密封盖完成从开启状态到密封状态的切换。
密封盖从密封状态到开启状态的工作过程:
再次按下压盖11,旋转件13触发转动,此时松开压盖11,旋转件13槽道131与定位件15凸条151对齐,旋转件13解锁,弹簧3弹力使旋转件13、旋转辅助件12和压盖11继续向上复位至初始位置,同时带动支臂6向上摆动,支臂6第三支点部633随之上移并带动挤压板2上移。挤压板2不再挤压密封件300,密封件300在自身弹性下恢复原形状,不再紧贴在容器本体400内壁上,密封件300和上盖4的延伸凸缘44重新接触,或密封件300向上没过延伸凸缘44底部,从而遮挡住挤压板2使其不能从容器本体400侧面被观察到,密封盖完成从密封状态到开启状态的切换。
以上对本申请所提供的一种密封盖及储物容器进行了详细介绍,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本申请实施例的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本申请的限制。
Claims (16)
- 一种密封盖,其特征在于,包括盖体、致动器、支臂、挤压板以及密封件;所述致动器设有按钮;所述按钮可通过按压操作,在第一高度位置以及与所述第一高度位置不同高度的第二高度位置之间切换;所述按钮通过所述支臂与所述挤压板连接,用于带动所述挤压板上下运动;所述挤压板用于驱动所述密封件变形,以使得所述密封件与容器本体内壁密封接触;所述支臂设有第一支点部、第二支点部以及第三支点部;所述第一支点部与所述按钮可转动地连接,或与所述按钮可转动可滑动地连接;所述第二支点部与所述盖体可转动地连接,或与所述盖体可转动可滑动地连接;所述第三支点部与所述挤压板可转动地连接,或与所述挤压板可转动可滑动地连接;所述第一支点部、所述第二支点部以及所述第三支点部中至少两个支点部为可转动可滑动地连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种密封盖,其特征在于,所述第一支点部、所述第二支点部以及所述第三支点部中任意两个支点部为可转动可滑动地连接设置,另一个支点部为可转动地连接设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种密封盖,其特征在于,可转动地连接设置的支点部具体为一体铰接设置。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种密封盖,其特征在于,所述第一支点部、所述第二支点部以及所述第三支点部呈不共线分布。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种密封盖,其特征在于,所述第一支点部的转动轴线到第二支点部的转动轴线之间的距离大于第二支点部的转动轴线到第三支点部的转动轴线之间的距离。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种密封盖,其特征在于,所述支臂包括动力 臂以及阻力臂;所述动力的第一端部设有所述第一支点部,第二端部设有所述第二支点部;所述阻力臂的第一端部与所述动力臂垂直连接,且所述阻力臂与所述动力臂之间呈T字形分布;所述阻力臂的第二端部设有所述第三支点部。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种密封盖,其特征在于,所述第一支点部、所述第二支点部以及所述第三支点部均为轴杆。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种密封盖,其特征在于,所述按钮设有与所述第一支点部可转动配合的轴孔;所述盖体设有与第二支点部配合的第一滑槽腔,使所述第二支点部可相对于所述盖体可转动可滑动;所述挤压板设有与第三支点部配合的第二滑槽腔,使所述第三支点部可相对于所述挤压板可转动可滑动。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种密封盖,其特征在于,所述盖体包括上盖以及下盖;所述上盖安装于所述下盖顶部,且所述上盖底面与所述下盖顶面之间间隔分布,形成供所述挤压板活动的间隙腔;所述上盖顶部设有避让所述按钮的避让孔。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种密封盖,其特征在于,所述致动器包括按钮、旋转件、弹簧以及定位件;所述按钮内设有转轴;所述按钮内顶面设有向下的第一转齿;所述旋转件卡接于所述转轴上,且所述旋转件设有与所述第一转齿配合的第二转齿;所述旋转件的外周面上设有若干槽道;所述定位件安装于下盖顶部于对应所述避让孔位置,且所述定位件内侧面设有若干与所述槽道一一对应配合的凸条;各个所述凸条的底面设有与所述第二转齿配合的斜面;所述弹簧嵌装于所述定位件内,且一端与所述定位件接触相抵,另一端伸入所述旋转件内与所述旋转件接触相抵。
- 根据权利要求10所述的一种密封盖,其特征在于,所述按钮的外周面上设有立面凸起;所述立面凸起上设有所述轴孔。
- 根据权利要求10所述的一种密封盖,其特征在于,所述上盖底面沿避让孔向下延伸有第一侧壁;所述第一侧壁外表面设有第一卡槽,所述第一侧壁的内表面设有第二卡槽;所述下盖顶面向上凸设有与所述第一卡槽一一对应的第一连接座,以及与所述第二卡槽一一对应的第二连接座;所述第一连接座上设有与第一卡槽扣合的第一卡勾;所述第二连接座上设有与第二卡槽扣合的第二卡勾。
- 根据权利要求12所述的一种密封盖,其特征在于,所述第一侧壁的内侧面于所述第二卡槽上方设有可与所述第二连接座顶面接合的接合块;所述接合块的底面设有第一凹槽;所述第二连接座的顶面设有与所述第一凹槽配合的第二凹槽;所述第一凹槽与所述第二凹槽之间形成所述第一滑槽腔。
- 根据权利要求10所述的一种密封盖,其特征在于,所述挤压板顶面向上凸设有第三连接座;所述第三连接座上设有所述第二滑槽腔。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种密封盖,其特征在于,所述下盖的外边缘设有向内凹陷的第三凹槽;所述密封件环绕嵌设于所述第三凹槽。
- 一种储物容器,其特征在于,包括容器本体以及如权利要求1-15任意一项所述的密封盖。
