墨盒外壳1的外表面设置有观察口14,墨盒外壳1的内部设置有墨盒组件,观察口14的数量为若干组,墨盒组件与墨盒外壳1之间为活动连接,利于墨盒部件的布设效果和其作用的发挥。
保护壳2为一端向内凹陷的空心柱状,保护壳2与连接槽4相匹配,保护壳2与连接槽4之间通过连接螺纹3形成转动连接,方便保护壳2与连接槽4之间的连接。
固定卡块7与连接孔8相匹配,领按动钮9与限位槽10之间为活动连接,弹簧11与限位槽10和按动钮9之间均为活动连接,活动卡块12与按动钮9之间为固定连接,连接盖6与墨盒外壳1之间为活动连接且二者相匹配,利于连接盖6与墨盒外壳1之间的连接匹配效果。
卡槽13与活动卡块12之间为活动连接,固定卡块7与连接盖6之间为固定连接,按动钮9为一组较大的方形片状塑料和一组较小的方块组成,按动钮9上较小的方块穿过连接盖6的外表面,按动钮9上较大的方形片状塑料被限制于限位槽10内,方便限制按动钮9的活动范围。
阀门5与墨盒外壳1之间为转动连接,保护壳2为透明材料制成,方便在外部对保护壳2的内部进行观察。
需要说明的是,本实用新型为一种恒压式墨盒,在使用时,当使用者需要转动阀门5时,使用者可以握住保护壳2并转动,使得保护壳2与连接槽4之间的连接被打开,之后再转动阀门5打开或关闭即可,最后再将保护壳2的连接螺纹3对应于连接槽4转动拧紧即可,通过保护壳2对阀门5的保护作用,能够有效避免阀门5处发生碰撞导致的损坏或失灵,使用的效果较好,而当恒压式墨盒内部发生故障需要打开检修时,使用者可以按压按动钮9,按动钮9挤压弹簧11收缩并带动活动卡块12,之后再从按动钮9侧斜向上拉动连接盖6即可打开连接盖6,对墨盒外壳1内检修处理完成后,使用者可以将固定卡块7对应于连接孔8的位置,之后再按压按动钮9,使得按动钮9挤压弹簧11收缩,将活动卡块12的下端对应于卡槽13放入,之后再松手放开即可再次使用该恒压式墨盒,连接盖6的打开较为方便,实用性效果较强。
