Abstract
L'invention concerne un terminal qui comprend une unité de contrôle destinée à contrôler la communication effectuée à travers une pluralité de cellules, une unité de réception destinée à recevoir dans une cellule incluse dans la pluralité de cellules un canal partagé de liaison descendante, et une unité de transmission destinée à transmettre dans une cellule incluse dans la pluralité de cellules, une réponse se rapportant à une commande de retransmission qui correspond au canal partagé de liaison descendante, ladite unité de contrôle déterminant un ordre d'exécution entre une évaluation pour superposer la réponse sur un canal partagé de liaison montante et une évaluation pour changer la cellule dans laquelle la réponse est transmise et, déterminer, sur la base de l'ordre d'exécution, la ressource avec laquelle la réponse est transmise.
