本申请涉及表面清洁领域,尤其涉及一种表面清洁头以及表面清洁装置。
表面清洁设备,例如洗地机,通常利用带有清洁辊的表面清洁头对待清洁表面进行刷洗。上述设备中,由于清洁辊的四周通常被壳体所包围,其无法触及到墙边或墙边与地面相交接的边缘表面,因此也无法实现对边缘表面进行刷洗;也因此,操作者不得不对此类边缘表面进行二次清洁,费时费力。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请提供了一种表面清洁头以及表面清洁装置。
第一方面,本申请实施方案提供了一种表面清洁装置,该表面清洁装置可以用于对诸如地面等表面进行清洁。该装置包括:可沿待清洁表面移动的表面清洁头、含有清洁液箱的清洁液输送系统以及含有抽吸源和污液回收箱的污液回收系统,其特征在于,所述的表面清洁头包括:壳体;抽吸通道,位于所述的壳体内;刷腔,位于所述壳体的前部并且具有面向所述待清洁表面的下部开口和侧向向外的侧部开口,所述的刷腔与所述的抽吸通道流体连通;以及刷组件,可拆卸地安装在所述的刷腔中且包括连接壁、清洁辊和边刷,所述的连接壁可拆卸地连接在所述的壳体上并且覆盖至少部分所述的侧部开口,所述的连接壁具有相对的外侧壁面和内侧壁面,所述清洁辊的一端部安装在所述连接壁的内侧壁面处,所述的边刷安装在所述连接壁的外侧壁面处,所述的清洁辊被配置成可由一驱动装置驱动绕一横向轴心线旋转,所述的边刷为了跟随所述的清洁辊一起绕所述的横向轴心线旋转而与所述的清洁辊机械耦接。因此,使用本装置的操作者在待清洁表面上移动表面清洁头时,可以借助边刷实现对边缘表面(如靠近墙边的地面区域)进行刷洗;并且由于边刷由清洁辊带动同时转动,其无需额外设置其他驱动部件,表面清洁头结构亦可保持简洁。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述的刷组件还可以包括:挡圈,所述的挡圈安装在所述连接壁的外侧壁面上并且围绕在所述边刷的上部外侧,所述的挡圈至少有部分侧向凸出于所述连接壁的外侧壁面。可选的,所述的挡圈至少部分由柔性材料构成。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述的边刷包括刷座和位于所述刷座上的若干清洁元件。可选的,至少部分所述的清洁元件沿绕着所述横向轴心线的一圆周分布。
其中,可选的,所述连接壁的外侧壁面上具有一凹陷部,所述的凹陷部与所述的下部开口相交接,所述的凹陷部被配置为接纳所述的边刷。
其中,可选的,所述连接壁的前部具有位于所述凹陷部正前方并且与所述凹陷部接通的前部缺口,部分所述的清洁元件经由所述的前部缺口向外露出。
其中,可选的,所述连接壁的下部具有下部缺口,部分所述的清洁元件朝向内侧方向倾斜并穿过所述的下部缺口。
其中,可选的,所述的若干清洁元件包括刷毛簇。
其中,可选的,所述的清洁辊和所述的边刷均可从所述的连接壁上拆除。
其中,可选的,所述的边刷被配置成在所述的刷组件装配在所述的刷腔内时可单独地从所述的连接壁上拆除。
其中,可选的,所述的刷座具有一朝向外侧的表面,所述横向轴心线贯穿所述的表面,所述的若干清洁元件至少有部分布置在所述的表面上。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述的若干清洁元件包括擦拭垫材料、绒毛簇、海绵块、短刮片中的至少一种。
其中,可选的,所述的若干清洁元件被构造成可从所述刷座的表面上整体分离。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述的若干清洁元件至少有部分侧向凸出于所述连接壁的外侧壁面。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述的表面清洁头包括:上盖,所述的上盖可拆卸地设置在所述壳体的顶部,所述的刷组件被配置成在所述的上盖从所述的壳体上拆卸后才能从所述的刷腔中移出。
其中,可选的,所述的连接壁具有一上端面,所述的上盖被配置成在所述的上盖安装在所述壳体的顶部时抵接所述的上端面。
其中,可选的,所述的表面清洁头包括:挡水条,所述的挡水条布置在所述上盖的内壁面处并且在所述的上盖安装在所述壳体的顶部时接触所述的清洁辊。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述连接壁的部分外侧壁面构成所述表面清洁头的部分侧部外轮廓面。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述的表面清洁头包括:下刮条,其位于所述壳体的底部,所述的下刮条用于限定至少部分所述下部开口的后侧边缘并且被配置为接触待清洁表面;和上刮条,所述的上刮条被配置为抵接所述清洁辊以从被液体浸润的所述清洁辊上移除多余的液体。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述的清洁液输送系统还包括:配属于所述清洁辊的第一喷液嘴和配属于所述边刷的第二喷液嘴,所述的第一喷液嘴和第二喷液嘴均与所述的清洁液箱流体连通。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述的表面清洁装置为立式装置并且还包括:立式机身,所述立式机身包括直立部和连接于所述直立部上的手柄部,所述直立部的下端部转动连接至所述的表面清洁头,所述的清洁液箱、污液回收箱以及抽吸电机以均布置于所述的直立部上。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述的表面清洁装置为可自移动的机器人。
第二方面,本申请实施方案提供了一种表面清洁头。该表面清洁头可以应用于对诸如地面等表面进行清洁的设备上。该表面清洁头包括:一对侧部,左右相对设置;驱动装置;以及至少一个边刷,所述的至少一个边刷布置在至少一个所述的侧部处并且被构造成能够由所述的驱动装置驱动绕一横向轴心线旋转,所述的横向轴心线横向贯穿所述的一对侧部,各个所述的边刷至少有部分从相应所述的侧部处向外露出。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述的表面清洁头还包括:清洁辊,所述的清洁辊位于所述的一对侧部之间,各个所述边刷位于所述清洁辊的左侧或右侧,所述的清洁辊被构造成能够由所述的驱动装置驱动绕所述的横向轴心线旋转。
其中,可选的,一个所述的侧部包括第一侧壁和位于所述第一侧壁前侧并且可从所述的第一侧壁上分离的连接壁,所述的连接壁具有内侧壁面和外侧壁面,一个所述的边刷安装在所述的外侧壁面上,所述清洁辊的一端部支撑在所述的内侧壁面上。
其中,可选的,所述的连接壁、所述的清洁辊以及安装在所述连接壁上的所述边刷构成一个可从所述的表面清洁头上移除的刷组件的至少一部分。
其中,可选的,所述的表面清洁头包括:壳体,所述的第一侧壁和第二侧壁由所述的壳体限定;刷腔,位于所述壳体的前部并且具有面向所述待清洁表面的下部开口和侧向向外的侧部开口,所述的刷组件可拆卸地安装在所述的刷腔内,所述的连接壁可拆卸地连接在所述的壳体上并且覆盖至少部分所述的侧部开口。

在一种可能的实现方式中,所述的表面清洁头还包括:至少一个盘刷,所述的至少一个盘刷位于所述表面清洁头的底部并且位于所述的一对侧部之间,各个所述盘刷被配置成能够绕一纵向轴心线旋转。
其中,可选的,所述的至少一个盘刷构造成同时由所述的驱动装置驱动旋转。
其中,可选的,所述的表面清洁头还包括:吸嘴,所述的吸嘴设置在所述表面清洁头的底部并且位于所述至少一个盘刷的前侧。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述的表面清洁头包括一对所述的边刷,所述的一对边刷分别布置在所述的一对侧部处。
在本申请实施例中,操作者在待清洁表面上移动清洁头时,可以借助边刷同时实现对边缘表面(如靠近墙边的地面区域)进行刷洗,无需操作者二次清洁,省时省力。

本申请的实施方式部分使用的术语仅用于对本申请的具体实施例进行解释,而非旨在限定本申请。
请参见图1,本申请实施例提供了一种表面清洁装置100,该表面清洁装置为一种立式湿式表面清洁装置,包括能够在待清洁表面上前后移动的表面清洁头1、下部可转动地连接至表面清洁头1的立式机身2、为表面清洁头1提供清洁液的清洁液输送系统以及从待清洁表面上回收污液的污液回收系统。立式机身2包括直立部21和固定连接于所述直立部21并且位于直立部21上侧的手柄部22。直立部21的下端部转动连接至表面清洁头1。本文中的方向以使用者站在表面清洁装置100的后侧并且向前推动表面清洁装置100时的视角观察为基准。为了相对于图描述的目的,术语“上”、“下”、“右”、“左”、“后”、“前”、“横向”、“纵向”、“内”、“外”及其派生词,以使用者站在图1的表面清洁装置100后侧并且向前推动表面清洁装置100时的视角观察为基准。
参见图2-5所示,其提供了一种表面清洁头1,它包括形成表面清洁头1主要骨架部分的壳体11、位于壳体11前部的刷腔12、设置于刷腔12内的刷组件13、安装在壳体11顶部的上盖14。壳体11内部设置有与刷腔12流体连通的抽吸通道15。
壳体11可以是由多个注塑成型的零部件组装而成,壳体11具有前部111、后部112、第一侧壁113和第二侧壁114。其中,第二侧壁114比第二侧壁113更加向前伸出。壳体11的后部112处安装有一对移动轮16。一对移动轮16能够带动整个表面清洁头1在待清洁表面上移动。
如图6所示,壳体11后部的内侧安装有一马达110和液体泵183,该马达110的输出轴通过传动机构与安装第二侧壁114前部内侧的旋转接头17传动连接。
继续如图2-5所示,壳体11的前部还具有第一喷液嘴181和第二喷液嘴182,第一喷液嘴181和第二喷液嘴182与液体泵183流体连通,以能够将清洁液体分配到刷组件13 处。
在其他实施例中,第一喷液嘴181与/或第二喷液嘴182还可以被配置成将清洁液体直接分配到待清洁表面。壳体11的前部还安装有下刮条191和上刮条192。上刮条192位于下刮条191的上方并且同时位于第一喷液嘴181与第二喷液嘴182的下方。本例中,下刮条191为柔性刮条,其位于壳体11的底部并且被配置为能够接触待清洁表面;上刮条191为硬质材料制成,其能够接触清洁辊132,以从旋转地并被液体浸润的清洁辊132上移除多余的液体。
刷腔12由壳体11的前部111、第一侧壁113和第二侧壁114共同限定。抽吸通道15的一端开口位于壳体11的前部并且与刷腔12流体连通。该刷腔12具有面向待清洁表面的下部开口121、侧向向外的侧部开口122和顶部开口123。本例中,下刮条191将能够限定下部开口121的后侧边缘。
如图7所示,刷组件13为一个整体组件,其包括连接壁131,位于连接壁131一侧的清洁辊132、位于连接壁131另一侧的边刷133、安装在连接壁131上并且与边刷133处于同一侧的挡圈134,并且清洁辊132和边刷133机械耦接在一起,它们能够相对于连接壁131一起绕着横向轴心线X1旋转。
参见图8,连接壁131可以是一体注塑成型的部件,也可以是多个零部件组装而成。连接壁131的主体为一个前后延伸并具有一定厚度的壁,此壁具有相对的内侧壁面1311和外侧壁面1312,其中,内侧壁面1312的后部具有朝向内侧横向凸出的凸部1316,此凸部1316上安装有可操作的锁机构1315。借助于该锁机构1315,连接壁131可以被锁紧在壳体11的前部上。外侧壁面1312具有一凹陷部1313,此凹陷部1313被构造成接纳边刷133。凹陷部1313与刷腔12的下部开口121相交接,即凹陷部1313所形成的凹陷空间与下部开口121之间流体连通。连接壁131的上部具有上端面1317,连接壁131的下部具有下部缺口1318,连接壁131的前部具有前侧面1319以及位于凹陷部1313正前方的前部缺口1314,此前部缺口1314与凹陷部1313相接通。
继续如图7所示,清洁辊132包括圆柱状刷体1321和覆盖在圆柱状刷体1321外周表面上的清洁元件1322。此清洁元件1322可以是由一种或复数种规格的柔软绒毛构成,如棉纤维绒毛、PP纤维绒毛等;这些绒毛优选可以被液体润湿的材料制成。清洁辊132的一端部1323将通过连接头135转动支撑在连接壁131的内侧壁面1312上。清洁辊132设置成可以从连接壁131上拆除。
如图9A所示,边刷133包刷座1331和设置在刷座1331上的若干清洁元件1332。此 若干清洁元件1332含有若干柔性的刷毛簇与短刮片。若干清洁元件1332沿着一圆心落在横向轴心线X1的圆周分布,即沿着刷座1331的外周壁面分布。
如图9B所示,边刷833包刷座8331和设置在刷座8331上的若干清洁元件8332。此若干清洁元件8332仅含有若干刷毛簇。若干清洁元件8332沿着一圆心落在横向轴心线X11的圆周分布,即沿着刷座8331的外周壁面分布。
如图9C所示,边刷933包刷座9331和设置在刷座9331上的若干清洁元件9332。此若干清洁元件9332为柔性清洁垫。若干清洁元件9332套设或粘贴在整个刷座9331的外围。
参见图4、7、8,边刷133可转动支撑在连接壁131的外侧壁面1311上并且位于凹陷部1313内。边刷133还被设置成可以从连接壁131上单独拆除。在边刷133安装在外侧壁面1312的凹陷部1313内时,清洁元件1332的前部部分将经由位于前部缺口1314向外露出。
参见图10,边刷133的部分清洁元件1332朝向内侧方向倾斜并在边刷133转动时产生变形,从而穿过连接壁131的下部缺口1318。
参见图11,边刷133、833以及933均可以安装在连接壁131的凹陷1313内;并且当其与清洁辊132一起组成的刷组件安装在刷腔12内时,在不拆卸刷组件的情况下,边刷又可以单独从连接壁131的凹陷部1313处拆除。
参见图8,挡圈134为一弧形柔性部件,其固定设置在连接壁131的外侧壁面1311上并且包围在边刷133的上部外侧。挡圈134可以对从边刷133上甩出的液体和污物进行有效遮挡;挡圈134还能便于在与待清洁表面垂直的表面(诸如低处的墙体等表面)接触时,与该表面形成密封抵接效果,而促进在边刷133所在的凹陷部1313处形成有效的负压空间,从而更加便利将处于边刷133周围的污物更好的利用抽吸力作用转移出去。
在一些实施例中,边刷133的清洁元件1332至少有部分从凹陷部1313侧向向外凸出于外侧壁面1311;这样,当外侧壁面1311移动到类似于墙面的表面处时,能实现对该表面进行擦拭。在另一些实施例中,清洁元件1332也可以完全收容在凹陷部1313内。在一些实施例中,凹陷部1313不是必须的,如连接壁的外侧壁面近乎是一平整的表面,边刷直接安装在该表面上。而在连接壁的外侧壁面上设置有凹陷部以及挡圈的实施例中,清洁元件能否向外伸出,其视凹陷部的凹陷深度以及挡圈的左右宽度而决定。
参见图12,当刷组件13安装在刷腔12内时,连接壁131将与第一侧壁113前后交接。清洁辊132的另一端部1324将与旋转接头17机械耦接。连接壁131上的锁机构1315锁紧在壳体11上,从而实现将整个刷组件13定位在刷腔12内。连接壁131将刷腔12的大 部分侧部开口122覆盖,连接壁131的部分外侧壁面1312构成表面清洁头1的部分侧部外轮廓面。清洁辊132下部的清洁元件1322将穿过下部开口121,以接触待清洁表面;边刷133下部的清洁元件1332也将穿过下部开口121接触待清洁表面。第一喷液嘴181正对着清洁辊132,第二喷液嘴182正对着边刷133,上刮条192从后方抵接清洁辊132。
继续如图12所示,上盖14,可拆卸地设置在壳体11的顶部。当上盖14连接在壳体11的顶部时,上盖14位于刷组件13的上侧并且上盖14将抵接连接壁131的上端面1317,上盖14能够遮蔽刷腔12的部分顶部开口123。本例中,上盖14依靠与位于壳体11顶部的锁机构115配合而被锁在壳体11上。上盖14的顶部还具有一开孔141,连接壁131上的锁机构1315有部分将能够从开口141伸出到外部,以供使用者在刷腔的外部操作此锁机构1315。刷组件13将在上盖14从壳体11上拆卸后才能从刷腔12中移出。
如图13所示,上盖14的内壁面上设置有挡水条142,此挡水条142在上盖安装在壳体11上时将与清洁辊132的清洁元件1322抵接,此挡水条142不仅能够将施加于清洁辊132上的液体刮平,而且还能有效阻止液体不经过清洁辊132而直接从清洁辊132和上盖14的间隙处流向待清洁表面的情况发生。
继续参阅图1,手柄部22具有供使用者把持的把手221、设置在把手221上的操作面板222以及支撑把手221的杆体223。杆体223两端分别固定连接于把手221和直立部21的上部,操作面板222的形式不限于按键、滑钮、扳机等。
直立部21包括直立机壳211和位于直立机壳211下端的下连接端212。直立机壳211构成直立部21的外部骨架并能够容纳若干部件,下连接端212可转动地连接至表面清洁头1,以使得立式机身2能够相对表面清洁头1转动。直立机壳211的上端设置有一人机交互面板23,人机交互面板23被配置成能够用户控制表面清洁装置100以及向用户显示表面清洁装置100的工作状态。直立机壳211的后部还配置有一充电电池24,充电电池为表面清洁装置100的各个耗能部件提供电源并被配置能够与外界电源相电连接。
清洁液输出系统包括用于储存和向外提供清洁液的清洁液箱25、设置于表面清洁头1上的第一喷液嘴181与第二喷液嘴182、实现清洁液箱25和各个喷液嘴流体连通的供液路径(图中未标示出)以及设置在供液路径中并为清洁液提供流动动力的液体泵183。清洁液箱25可拆卸地连接在直立机壳211上以方便用户为其添加清洁液体。其中,清洁液体不限于清水、添加有消毒剂的消毒水以及添加有清洗剂的清洗剂溶液。
第一喷液嘴181具有多个喷射口,多个喷射口沿着左右方向排布并且位于清洁辊132的后侧。就清洁辊132的转动方向而言,第一喷液嘴181位于上刮条192的下游。挡水条 142位于第一喷液嘴181的下游。
污液回收系统包括用于接纳和储存污液的污液回收箱26、实现污液回收箱26与刷腔12流体连通的回收路径以及用于提供负压的抽吸电机27。污液回收箱26被配置成可拆卸地连接于直立机壳211上,以方便使用者倾倒内部的污液。抽吸电机27位于直立机壳211的内部并与污液回收箱26流体连通。其中,回收路径包括位于壳体11内的抽吸通道15,抽吸通道15将向上接通污液回收箱26。
以下说明表面清洁装置100的工作原理,为了图示简单明了,仅在图中展示了表面清洁装置100的表面清洁头1部分,具体如下:
如图14所示,表面清洁头1在待清洁表面300上进行清洁作业时。液体泵183启动,在液体泵183的作用下,清洁液箱25内的清洁液将被输送至第一喷液嘴181和第二喷液嘴182处,而后被分配至清洁辊132和边刷133上。马达110启动的同时带动清洁辊132和边刷133转动,被液体润湿的清洁辊132和边刷133将实现对所在位置处的待清洁表面进行湿式擦拭。
抽吸电机27启动并在下部开口121至抽吸电机27的流体路径上形成负压。在此负压的作用下,下部开口121处的污液以及上刮条192从清洁辊132刮除的污液将连同空气一起被吸入到抽吸通道15内,并进一步送达到污液回收箱26处,固体污物和液体将被留在污液回收箱26内,干净的空气将经过抽吸电机27后排到外界。
而当表面清洁头1靠近竖直表面400位置时,挡圈134将贴合于竖直表面400以在凹陷部1313处形成一个负压空间。此时,转动的清洁辊132能够持续对位于其下方的待清洁表面进行刷洗;转动的边刷133将对位于边刷133正下方的部分待清洁表面,即与竖直表面400相交接的部分待清洁表面300,进行刷洗。此时,在部分边刷133的清洁元件1332从凹陷部1313处侧向向外凸出的实施例中,凸出于凹陷部1313的部分清洁元件1332将可以实现对部分竖直表面400进行刷洗。由于边刷133的部分清洁元件1332在转动时将能够变形并从连接壁131的下部缺口1318伸到靠近清洁辊132的位置,其有利于对连接壁131正下方的部分待清洁表面300进行刷洗,从而有利于消除清洁辊132和边刷133之间并位于连接壁131正下方的清洁盲区。
请参见图15,本申请实施例提供了一种表面清洁头5。如图16-19所示,该表面清洁头5包括形成表面清洁头5主要骨架部分的壳体51、位于壳体51前部的刷腔52、设置于刷腔52内的刷组件53、安装在壳体51上部的上盖54。壳体51内部设置有与刷腔52流体连通的抽吸通道55。
壳体51可以是由多个注塑成型的零部件组装而成,壳体51具有前部511、后部512、第一侧壁513和第二侧壁514。其中,第二侧壁514比第二侧壁513更加向前伸出。壳体51的后部安装有一对移动轮56。一对移动轮56能够带动整个表面清洁头5在待清洁表面上移动。壳体51后部的内侧安装有一马达510和液体泵(图中未示出),该马达510的输出轴通过传动机构与安装第二侧壁514前部内侧的旋转接头57传动连接。壳体51的前部还安装有下刮条591。下刮条591为硬质元件,其位于壳体51的底部并且可以与壳体51顶部一体形成,该下刮条591被配置为能够接触待清洁表面。本例中,第二侧壁514的外侧壁面上还安装有可以转动的边刷515,此边刷515也可以同时由马达510驱动转动。在其他实施例中,此边刷515可以去除。
刷腔52由壳体51的前部、第一侧壁513和第二侧壁514共同限定。抽吸通道55的一端开口位于壳体51的前部并且与刷腔52流体连通。该刷腔52具有面向待清洁表面的下部开口521、侧向向外的侧部开口522和顶部开口523。本例中,下刮条591将能够限定下部开口521的后侧边缘。壳体11的底部在位于下部开口521的后侧还设置有一柔性刮条593,柔性刮条593能够与待清洁表面接触,以将垃圾朝向下部开口521处推动。
如图20-21所示,刷组件53为一个整体组件,其包括位于中部的连接壁531,位于连接壁531一侧的清洁辊532、位于连接壁531另一侧的边刷533、安装在连接壁531上并且与边刷533同处于外侧的挡圈534,并且清洁辊532和边刷533机械耦接在一起,它们能够相对于连接壁531一起绕着横向轴心线X2旋转。
连接壁531可以是一体注塑成型的部件,也可以是多个零部件组装而成。连接壁531的主体为一个前后延伸并具有一定厚度的壁,此壁具有相对的内侧壁面5311和外侧壁面5312,其中内侧壁面5312的后部具有朝向内侧横向凸出的凸部5316,此凸部5316可以与设置在前部511上并且可供用户操作的锁机构516。借助于该锁机构516,连接壁531可以被锁紧在壳体51上。连接壁531的上部具有上端面5317,连接壁531的下部具有下部缺口5315。
清洁辊532包括圆柱状刷体5321和覆盖在圆柱状刷体5322外周表面上的清洁元件5322。此清洁元件5322可以是由一种或复数种规格的柔软绒毛构成,如棉纤维绒毛、PP纤维绒毛等;这些绒毛优选可以被液体润湿的材料制成。清洁辊532的一端部5323将通过连接头535转动支撑在连接壁531的内侧壁面5312上。清洁辊532的另一端部5324处设置有接头5325。清洁辊532设置成可以从连接壁531上拆除。
边刷533包括刷座5331和设置在刷座5331上的若干清洁元件5332。边刷533设置 成可以从连接壁531上拆除。刷座5331具有一朝向外侧的表面5333,横向轴心线X2贯穿表面5331,若干清洁元件5332布置在表面5333上并且侧向凸出于连接壁531的外侧壁面5311。本例中,若干清洁元件5332为擦拭垫材料,其被构造成可从刷座5331的表面5333上整体分离。在其他实施例中,若干清洁元件5332还可以包括绒毛簇、海绵块、橡胶条中的至少一种。
本例中,连接头535固定安装在连接壁531上,连接头535包括形成在连接壁531的内侧壁面5311上的轴承安装室5351、安装在轴承安装室5351上的轴承5352以及转动支撑在轴承5352上的轴5353,轴5353的一端将与清洁辊532的一端部5323固定连接、另一端与边刷533的刷座5331固定连接。
挡圈534为一弧形柔性部件,其固定设置在连接壁531的外侧壁面5311上并且包围在边刷533的上部外侧。挡圈534可以对从边刷533上甩出的液体和污物进行有效遮挡,挡圈534还能便于在与待清洁表面垂直的表面,诸如低处的墙体等表面,与该表面形成密封效果,其便于将处于边刷533周围的污物更好的利用抽吸力作用转移出去。
参见图22,当刷组件53安装在刷腔52内时,连接壁531将与第一侧壁513前后交接。清洁辊532的另一端部5324处接头5325将与旋转接头57机械耦接。壳体511前部的锁机构516将连接壁531上的凸块5316锁紧在壳体51上,从而实现将整个刷组件53定位在刷腔52内。连接壁531将刷腔52的大部分侧部开口522覆盖,连接壁531的部分外侧壁面5312构成表面清洁头5的部分侧部外轮廓面。清洁辊532下部的清洁元件5322和边刷533下部的清洁元件5332将穿过下部开口521,以接触待清洁表面。边刷515具有刷座5151和设置在刷座5151上的清洁元件5152,边刷515所绕着的横向轴心线X3与横向轴心线X2为同一条直线。刷座5151固定安装在一安装座518上,该安装座518与旋转接头57通过轴519固定连接,马达510在工作时,能够同时带动旋转接头57和安装座518转动,从而实现同时带动刷组件53的清洁辊532和边刷533以及边刷515转动。
参见图23,上盖54,可拆卸地设置在51壳体的上部。当上盖54连接在壳体51上时,上盖54位于刷组件53的上侧并且上盖54将抵接连接壁531的上端面5317,上盖54能够遮蔽刷腔52的顶部开口523。
本例中,上盖54依靠位于壳体51顶部的锁机构(图中未示出)锁在壳体51上。上盖54的内壁面上设置有挡水条542和若干喷液嘴58。若干喷液嘴58能将清洁液体分配到刷组件53的清洁辊532和边刷533以及边刷515处;其中,中部的多个喷液嘴58正对着清洁辊532,一个位于侧端部的喷液嘴58正对着边刷533,另一个侧端部的喷液嘴58正对着 边刷515。在其他实施例中,喷液嘴还可以被配置成将清洁液体直接分配到待清洁表面。此挡水条542在上盖54安装在壳体51上时将与清洁辊532的清洁元件5322抵接,此挡水条542不仅能够将施加于清洁辊132上的液体刮平,而且还能有效阻止液体不经过清洁辊532而直接从清洁辊532和上盖54的间隙处流向待清洁表面。刷组件53将在上盖54从壳体51上拆卸后才能从刷腔52中移出。
参见图24,当表面清洁头5在待清洁表面300上移动时,其能够利用刷组件53中的清洁辊532和边刷533对待清洁表面300进行刷洗,而当第一侧壁513移动到靠近与待清洁表面300垂直的竖直表面400位置时,挡圈534将贴合于竖直表面400,同时边刷533也将贴合于竖直表面400,从而在转动时实现对与之接触的部分竖直表面400进行刷洗。而当第二侧壁514移动到靠近与待清洁表面300垂直的竖直表面500位置时此时,转动的边刷515将实现对与之接触的部分竖直表面500进行刷洗。
参见图25,本申请实施例提供了一种表面清洁头6,包括能够在待清洁表面300上移动的壳体61。壳体61包括前部611、后部612、第一侧壁613和第二侧壁614。第一侧壁613的外侧壁面上设置有能够绕一横向轴心线X4旋转的边刷62。
边刷62具有擦拭面621并且相对于第一侧壁613的外侧壁面侧向向外凸出。擦拭面621包括擦拭垫材料、绒毛簇、海绵块、橡胶条中的至少一种,其能够满足对表面清洁擦拭即可,擦拭面621的材料可以由聚酯或聚酰胺等或本领域已知的构成可用于清洁表面用的绒毛的任何其他合适材料构成,其优选材料为液体可浸润材料。本例中,擦拭面621呈圆盘状,在其他实施例中,擦拭面还可以呈“一”字形或“S”形。
壳体61的底部还布置有一对盘刷63和吸嘴64。一对盘刷63左右分布并且能够绕各自的纵向轴心线Y1和Y2转动。一对盘刷63均包括能够在待清洁表面300内旋转的圆盘状清洁面631。吸嘴64位于一对盘状清洁面631的前侧。由边刷62和一对盘刷63搅动的气流、碎屑以及污液将由吸嘴64吸入到壳体61的内部。在其他实施例中,盘刷63也可以由能够沿左右或前后方向平移的摆动刷或不可自行移动的固定刷替代。清洁面也可以采用长圆状结构。
如图26所示,壳体61内部还布置有马达65。马达65同时驱动一对盘刷63旋转,一对盘刷63的旋转方向时刻相反。边刷62同样由马达65驱动旋转。其中,为了满足一对盘刷63和边刷62旋转的轴心线垂直,在马达65到一对盘刷63和边刷62之间设置有必要的换向机构。
如图27所示,表面清洁头6工作时,随着壳体61在待清洁表面300内前后移动, 一对盘刷63同时在马达65的驱动下旋转,在旋转过程中,盘刷63的盘状清洁面631将不断与待清洁表面300接触,以借助清洁液实现对待清洁表面300进行湿式擦拭;当第一侧壁313移动到靠近与待清洁表面300垂直的竖直表面500处时,边刷62在旋转过程中,擦拭面621将不断地与竖直表面500接触,以借助清洁液实现对与竖直表面400进行湿式擦拭;由一对盘刷63以及边刷62搅动的气流、碎屑以及污液将一起从吸嘴64进入到壳体61的内部。
上述实施例中的表面清洁头可以运用于各种类型表面清洁装置中,如立式表面清洁装置、自移动的表面清洁机器人等,其能够使得装配有该方案的表面清洁头的表面清洁装置同时满足对靠近墙面的墙边角区域表面等目标表面的清洁。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“实施例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。
Claims (35)
- 一种表面清洁装置,包括可沿待清洁表面移动的表面清洁头、含有清洁液箱的清洁液输送系统以及含有抽吸源和污液回收箱的污液回收系统,其特征在于,所述的表面清洁头包括:壳体;抽吸通道,位于所述的壳体内;刷腔,位于所述壳体的前部并且具有面向所述待清洁表面的下部开口和侧向向外的侧部开口,所述的刷腔与所述的抽吸通道流体连通;以及刷组件,可拆卸地安装在所述的刷腔中且包括连接壁、清洁辊和边刷,所述的连接壁可拆卸地连接在所述的壳体上并且覆盖至少部分所述的侧部开口,所述的连接壁具有相对的外侧壁面和内侧壁面,所述清洁辊的一端部安装在所述连接壁的内侧壁面处,所述的边刷安装在所述连接壁的外侧壁面处,所述的清洁辊被配置成可由一驱动装置驱动绕一横向轴心线旋转,所述的边刷为了跟随所述的清洁辊一起绕所述的横向轴心线旋转而与所述的清洁辊机械耦接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的刷组件还包括:挡圈,所述的挡圈安装在所述连接壁的外侧壁面上并且至少围绕在所述边刷的上部外侧,所述的挡圈至少有部分侧向凸出于所述连接壁的外侧壁面。
- 根据权利要求2所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的挡圈至少部分由柔性材料构成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的边刷包括刷座和位于所述刷座上的若干清洁元件。
- 根据权利要求4所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,至少部分所述的清洁元件沿绕着所述横向轴心线的一圆周分布。
- 根据权利要求4所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述连接壁的外侧壁面上具有一凹陷部,所述的凹陷部与所述的下部开口相交接,所述的凹陷部被配置为接纳所述的边刷。
- 根据权利要求6所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述连接壁的前部具有位于所述凹陷部正前方并且与所述凹陷部接通的前部缺口,部分所述的清洁元件经由所述的前部缺口向外露出。
- 根据权利要求4所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述连接壁的下部具有下部缺口,部分所述的清洁元件朝向内侧方向倾斜并穿过所述的下部缺口。
- 根据权利要求4所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的若干清洁元件包括刷毛簇。
- 根据权利要求4所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的清洁辊和所述的边刷均可从所述的连接壁上拆除。
- 根据权利要求10所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的边刷被配置成在所述的刷组件装配在所述的刷腔内时可单独地从所述的连接壁上拆除。
- 根据权利要求4所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的刷座具有一朝向外侧的表面,所述横向轴心线贯穿所述的表面,所述的若干清洁元件至少有部分布置在所述的表面上。
- 根据权利要求12所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的若干清洁元件包括擦拭垫材料、绒毛簇、海绵块、短刮片中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求12所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的若干清洁元件被构造成可从所述刷座的表面上整体分离。
- 根据权利要求4所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的若干清洁元件至少有部分侧向凸出于所述连接壁的外侧壁面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的表面清洁头包括:上盖,所述的上盖可拆卸地设置在所述壳体的顶部,所述的刷组件被配置成在所述的上盖从所述的壳体上拆卸后才能从所述的刷腔中移出。
- 根据权利要求16所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的连接壁具有一上端面,所述的上盖被配置成在所述的上盖安装在所述壳体的顶部时抵接所述的上端面。
- 根据权利要求17所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的表面清洁头包括:挡水条,所述的挡水条布置在所述上盖的内壁面处并且在所述的上盖安装在所述壳体的顶部时接触所述的清洁辊。
- 根据权利要求1所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述连接壁的部分外侧壁面构成所述表面清洁头的部分侧部外轮廓面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的表面清洁头包括:下刮条,其位于所述壳体的底部,所述的下刮条用于限定至少部分所述下部开口的后侧边缘并且被配置为接触待清洁表面;和上刮条,所述的上刮条被配置为抵接所述清洁辊以从被液体浸润的所述清洁辊上移除多余的液体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的清洁液输送系统还包括:配属于所述清洁辊的第一喷液嘴和配属于所述边刷的第二喷液嘴,所述的第一喷液嘴和第二喷液嘴均与所述的清洁液箱流体连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的表面清洁装置为立式装置并且还包括:立式机身,所述立式机身包括直立部和连接于所述直立部上的手柄部,所述直立部的下端部转动连接至所述的表面清洁头,所述的清洁液箱、污液回收箱以及抽吸电机以均 布置于所述的直立部上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的表面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的表面清洁装置为可自移动的机器人。
- 一种表面清洁头,能够在待清洁表面上前后移动,其特征在于:所述的表面清洁头包括:一对侧部,左右相对设置;驱动装置;以及至少一个边刷,所述的至少一个边刷布置在至少一个所述的侧部处并且被构造成能够由所述的驱动装置驱动绕一横向轴心线旋转,所述的横向轴心线横向贯穿所述的一对侧部,各个所述的边刷至少有部分从相应所述的侧部处向外露出。
- 根据权利要求24所述的表面清洁头,其特征在于,所述的表面清洁头还包括:清洁辊,所述的清洁辊位于所述的一对侧部之间,各个所述边刷位于所述清洁辊的左侧或右侧,所述的清洁辊被构造成能够由所述的驱动装置驱动绕所述的横向轴心线旋转。
- 根据权利要求25所述的表面清洁头,其特征在于,一个所述的侧部包括第一侧壁和位于所述第一侧壁前侧并且可从所述的第一侧壁上分离的连接壁,所述的连接壁具有内侧壁面和外侧壁面,一个所述的边刷安装在所述的外侧壁面上,所述清洁辊的一端部支撑在所述的内侧壁面上。
- 根据权利要求26所述的表面清洁头,其特征在于,所述的连接壁、所述的清洁辊以及安装在所述连接壁上的所述边刷构成一个可从所述的表面清洁头上移除的刷组件的至少一部分。
- 根据权利要求27所述的表面清洁头,其特征在于,所述的表面清洁头包括:壳体,所述的第一侧壁和第二侧壁由所述的壳体限定;刷腔,位于所述壳体的前部并且具有面向所述待清洁表面的下部开口和侧向向外的侧部开口,所述的刷组件可拆卸地安装在所述的刷腔内,所述的连接壁可拆卸地连接在所述的壳体上并且覆盖至少部分所述的侧部开口。
- 根据权利要求28所述的表面清洁头,其特征在于,所述的表面清洁头包括:抽吸通道,位于所述的壳体内,所述的抽吸通道与所述的刷腔流体连通。
- 根据权利要求29所述的表面清洁头,其特征在于,所述的刷组件还包括,挡圈,所述的挡圈安装在所述连接壁的外侧壁面上并且围绕在所述边刷的上部外侧,所述的挡圈至少有部分侧向凸出于所述连接壁的外侧壁面。
- 根据权利要求27所述的表面清洁头,其特征在于,所述的刷组件还包括设置在所述连接壁上的连接头,所述的连接头包括固定设置在所述连接壁上的轴承以及转动支撑在所述轴 承上的轴,所述轴的一端与所述清洁辊的一端部连接、另一端与所述的边刷连接。
- 根据权利要求24所述的表面清洁头,其特征在于,所述的表面清洁头还包括:至少一个盘刷,所述的至少一个盘刷位于所述表面清洁头的底部并且位于所述的一对侧部之间,各个所述盘刷被配置成能够绕一纵向轴心线旋转。
- 根据权利要求32所述的表面清洁头,其特征在于,所述的至少一个盘刷构造成同时由所述的驱动装置驱动旋转。
- 根据权利要求32所述的表面清洁头,其特征在于,所述的表面清洁头还包括:吸嘴,所述的吸嘴设置在所述表面清洁头的底部并且位于所述至少一个盘刷的前侧。
- 根据权利要求24所述的表面清洁头,其特征在于,所述的表面清洁头包括一对所述的边刷,所述的一对边刷分别布置在所述的一对侧部处。
