Description
本实用新型涉及卫浴用品领域,具体涉及一种带有下水器的浴室柜面盆。
现有的浴室柜面盆,其下水孔大多开设在面盆底部的中间位置,使得下水器位于面盆中间位置的正下方,这样会占用面盆下方的空间,不便于收纳物件,并且,在开关下水器时,需要将手伸入面盆内,污水会弄脏手,使用不便,也不卫生。
为解决这一问题,市场上出现了通过控制线控制下水器开关的浴室柜洗手盆,如中国专利CN209025148U就公开了一种线控式弹跳下水器及洗手盆,但该方案至少存在以下缺点:
1.需要多个传动才能控制下水器的开关,结构复杂;
2.下水器开关的控制路径需穿过下水器的外壁,使得下水器的密封性不佳;
3.在清理下水器上淤积的毛发等杂物时,需要拆卸控制线,才能将下水器取出,拆装不便,不易清洁;
4.线控的方式容易出现缠绕现象,故障率高且高级感差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构简单、密封性好、拆装方便、容易清洁、故障率低且高级感强的带有下水器的浴室柜面盆。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是,一种带有下水器的浴室柜面盆,包括:
面盆,所述面盆为下沉式面盆,所述面盆由浴室柜台面的上表面向下凹陷形成;
下水器,所述下水器位于所述面盆的一侧,并设于所述浴室柜台面的安装孔内;
下水孔,所述下水孔开设于所述安装孔的底壁;
下水组件,所述下水组件穿过所述下水孔并与所述下水孔的孔壁密封连 接,所述下水组件中部中空,形成与所述安装孔相连通的水通道;
所述面盆靠近所述下水器一侧的侧壁底部开设有通孔,所述通孔用于连通所述面盆与所述安装孔;
所述下水器包括从上向下依次连接的按压组件、密封组件和弹跳组件,所述弹跳组件设置在所述水通道内,所述弹跳组件上设有滤水盘;
所述密封组件可上下移动的设置,所述密封组件具有上工作位置和下工作位置,在所述密封组件向下移动至下工作位置时,所述密封组件的下端部向下插入所述水通道内,所述密封组件的外壁与围成所述水通道的壁相贴合并保持密封,关闭所述水通道,所述面盆能够蓄水;在所述密封组件向上移动至上工作位置时,所述密封组件的下端部从所述水通道内脱离,打开所述水通道,所述面盆内蓄积的水能够依次通过所述通孔、所述水通道、所述滤水盘后流出。
优选地,所述密封组件呈圆柱状,所述密封组件的下端部的外壁上设置有第一密封圈。
优选地,所述弹跳组件包括弹跳杆,所述弹跳杆的上端部与所述密封组件底部的螺纹孔螺纹连接,所述弹跳杆的下端部与所述滤水盘中部的螺纹孔螺纹连接。
进一步优选地,所述弹跳杆的下端部设置有环状凸缘,所述环状凸缘与所述滤水盘之间夹紧有第二密封圈。
进一步优选地,所述弹跳杆为伸缩杆,所述弹跳杆包括外杆、内杆和弹簧,所述内杆可上下移动地穿设在所述外杆内,所述弹簧具有驱使所述内杆向上移动的趋势。
优选地,所述滤水盘的外壁上设置有第三密封圈。
优选地,在所述密封组件向下移动至下工作位置时,所述按压组件的上表面低于所述浴室柜台面的上表面。
优选地,在所述密封组件向上移动至上工作位置时,所述按压组件的上表面与所述浴室柜台面的上表面相齐平。
进一步优选地,所述按压组件包括按压板和按压杆,所述按压杆的上端部通过螺栓连接在所述按压板的下表面,所述按压杆的下端部套设在所述密封组件的上端部。
优选地,所述按压杆的内壁与所述密封组件的外壁之间设置有第四密封圈。

如图1-7所示,本实用新型提供的带有下水器的浴室柜面盆,包括:面 盆100、下水器200、下水孔300和下水组件400,其中,面盆100为下沉式面盆,面盆100由浴室柜台面10的上表面11向下凹陷形成;下水器200位于面盆100的一侧,并设于浴室柜台面10的安装孔12内;下水孔300开设于安装孔12的底壁并向下贯穿浴室柜面盆;下水组件400穿过下水孔300并与下水孔300的孔壁密封连接,下水组件400的下端部用于连接排水管,下水组件400中部中空,形成与安装孔12相连通的水通道401;面盆100靠近下水器200一侧的侧壁101底部开设有通孔1011,通孔1011用于连通面盆100与安装孔12;下水器200包括从上向下依次连接的按压组件201、密封组件202、弹跳组件和滤水盘204,弹跳组件设置在水通道401内,滤水盘204设置在弹跳组件上。
在本实施例中,密封组件202呈圆柱状,密封组件202的下端部的外壁上设置有第一密封圈2021,密封组件202可上下移动的设置,密封组件202具有上工作位置和下工作位置,如图4-6所示,在密封组件202向下移动至下工作位置时,密封组件202的下端部向下插入水通道401内,密封组件202的外壁与围成水通道401的壁相贴合,并通过第一密封圈2021保持密封,关闭水通道401,面盆100能够蓄水;在密封组件202向上移动至上工作位置时,密封组件202的下端部从水通道401内脱离,打开水通道401,面盆100内蓄积的水能够依次通过通孔1011、水通道401、滤水盘204后流出。
按压组件201包括按压板2011和按压杆2012,按压杆2012的上端部通过螺栓连接在按压板2011的下表面,按压杆2012的下端部套设在密封组件202的上端部,为增强密封效果,防止水进入按压组件内部,按压杆2012的内壁与密封组件202的外壁之间设置有第四密封圈2013,在密封组件202向下移动至下工作位置时,按压板2011的上表面低于浴室柜台面10的上表面11,在密封组件202向上移动至上工作位置时,按压板2011的上表面与浴室柜台面10的上表面11相齐平。
弹跳组件包括弹跳杆203,弹跳杆203的上端部与密封组件202底部的螺纹孔2022螺纹连接,弹跳杆203的下端部与滤水盘204中部的螺纹孔2041螺纹连接,弹跳杆203的下端部设置有环状凸缘2034,环状凸缘2034与滤水盘204之间夹紧有第二密封圈2035,在本实施例中,弹跳杆203为伸缩杆,弹跳杆203包括外杆2032、内杆2031和弹簧2033,内杆2031可上下移动地穿设在外杆2032内,弹簧2033设置在内杆2031和外杆2032之间,弹簧2033 具有驱使内杆2031向上移动的趋势。
可以想到的是,在密封组件202处于上工作位置和下工作位置时,内杆2031和外杆2032之间的相对位置需要锁定,并且,该锁定可通过向下按压按压组件201进行解锁,这类的锁定装置或锁定机构可采用现有技术实现,再此不再赘述。
滤水盘204用于过滤毛发等杂物,滤水盘204的外壁上设置有第三密封圈2042,使滤水盘204与围成水通道401的内壁保持密封。
由于上述技术方案运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1.通过按压组件、密封组件和弹跳组件在上下方向上的依次连接,在开关水通道时,力的传递方向简单直接,无需进行过多的传动,结构简单,效果好。
2.下水器整体设置在安装孔及水通道内,其控制路径为上下方向,无需穿过下水器组件,使得水通道的密封性好,不易泄漏。
3.在需要清理滤水盘时,只需将密封组件调整至上工作位置,再将下水器整体从安装孔中向上抽出即可,无需进行复杂的拆卸,拆装方便,清洁时,采用水冲滤水盘即可完成,容易清洁。
4.由于取消了控制线,不会出现控制线缠绕的现象,故障率低且高级感强。

- 根据权利要求1所述的带有下水器的浴室柜面盆,其特征在于:所述弹跳组件包括弹跳杆,所述弹跳杆的上端部与所述密封组件底部的螺纹孔螺纹连接,所述弹跳杆的下端部与所述滤水盘中部的螺纹孔螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的带有下水器的浴室柜面盆,其特征在于:所述弹跳杆的下端部设置有环状凸缘,所述环状凸缘与所述滤水盘之间夹紧有第二密封圈。
- 根据权利要求3所述的带有下水器的浴室柜面盆,其特征在于:所述弹跳杆为伸缩杆,所述弹跳杆包括外杆、内杆和弹簧,所述内杆可上下移动地穿设在所述外杆内,所述弹簧具有驱使所述内杆向上移动的趋势。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带有下水器的浴室柜面盆,其特征在于:所述滤水盘的外壁上设置有第三密封圈。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带有下水器的浴室柜面盆,其特征在于:在所述密封组件向下移动至下工作位置时,所述按压组件的上表面低于所述浴室柜台面的上表面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带有下水器的浴室柜面盆,其特征在于:在所述密封组件向上移动至上工作位置时,所述按压组件的上表面与所述浴室柜台面的上表面相齐平。
- 根据权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的带有下水器的浴室柜面盆,其特征在于:所述按压组件包括按压板和按压杆,所述按压杆的上端部通过螺栓连接在所述按压板的下表面,所述按压杆的下端部套设在所述密封组件的上端部。
- 根据权利要求9所述的带有下水器的浴室柜面盆,其特征在于:所述按压杆的内壁与所述密封组件的外壁之间设置有第四密封圈。
