Claims (4)
- 一种无砟道岔扣件系统,其特征在于,所述扣件系统包括:铁垫板;所述铁垫板为平板式结构,且其上表面设置有铁座;板下弹性垫层,所述板下弹性垫层为平板式结构,且位于所述铁垫板的下方;轨下弹性垫层,所述轨下弹性垫层位于所述铁垫板的上表面与钢轨之间;调高垫板,所述调高垫板为平板式结构,且位于所述板下弹性垫层的下方;岔枕螺栓,所述岔枕螺栓依次穿过所述铁垫板、所述板下弹性垫层、所述调高垫板两端的通孔后与岔枕固定,将所述铁垫板、所述板下弹性垫层、所述调高垫板的两端连接固定在一起;且所述轨下弹性垫层的刚度大于板下弹性垫层的刚度;轨距块,所述轨距块设置在所述铁座与所述钢轨的轨肢之间;弹条,所述弹条通过螺栓副固定在所述铁座上并扣压在所述轨距块上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无砟道岔扣件系统,其特征在于,所述轨下弹性垫层采用普通橡胶或聚氨酯材质,刚度为150kN/mm~500kN/mm,厚度为5mm~10mm;所述板下弹性垫层采用三元乙丙发泡橡胶材质,刚度为9.4kN/mm~37.0kN/mm,厚度为8~15mm。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的无砟道岔扣件系统,其特征在于,还包括复合定位套,所述复合定位套包括:T型钢套、橡胶垫圈以及缓冲套;所述T型钢套的内孔为台阶式结构,且上部内径大于下部内径;所述T型钢套上端下表面设置有环形凹槽,所述橡胶垫圈位于所述环形凹槽内;所述T型钢套下端包覆有缓冲套;所述T型钢套依次穿过所述铁垫板、所述板下弹性垫层两端的通孔后,通过橡胶垫圈与所述铁垫板的上表面抵接,使所述缓冲套的下端面与所述调高垫板上表面保留一定间距,保证所述T型钢套沿轴向可上下弹性浮动;所述岔枕螺栓穿过所述T型钢套的内孔以及所述调高垫板两端的通孔与所述岔枕固定,使所述岔枕螺栓不与所述板下弹性垫层直接接触,保 证板下弹性垫层的弹性能正常发挥,并通过所述橡胶垫圈对所述铁垫板进行扣压。
