Abstract
Une composition de résine selon la présente invention contient (A) un constituant de durcissement à chaud et (B) un agent de couplage silane. Le constituant de durcissement à chaud (A) contient (A1) une résine maléimide, et (B) l'agent de couplage silane est un composé représenté par la formule générale (B1) ci-dessous. (R210)a (R22)3-aSi-L21-NH-L22-NH-R23 ... (B1) (Dans la formule générale (B1), R21 représente un groupe alkyle, R22 et R23 représentent chacun un groupe organique monovalent indépendant, L21 et L22 représentent chacun un groupe organique bivalent indépendant, et a vaut 1, 2 ou 3).
