Abstract
The present invention relates to an augmented reality shopping system (1) which 5 enables users to stroll around and do shopping by augmented reality device in stores modelled with augmented reality.
Description
AN AUGMENTED REALITY SHOPPING SYSTEM
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a system which enables users to stroll around and do shopping by augmented reality device in stores modelled with augmented reality.
Background of the Invention
Today, it is exhausting to walk around the big stores and it is not possible to see all stocks of the company in a single store most of the time as well. There is no system which enables a person to purchase products modelled with augmented reality over his/her own account, after identification of the person wearing AR (Augmented Reality) glasses by means of iris scanning.
Therefore, there is need for a system which enables users to stroll around and do shopping by augmented reality device in stores modelled with augmented reality in the state of the art.
The Chinese patent document no. CN107895312 discloses a system comprising augmented reality technologies and particularly an online shopping experience based on AR technology. The said system provides an online shopping experience system based on AR technology which supports a picture or a QR code of a pre sales commodity through a media promotion means. Information such as the price, the logistics, the storage and other related information a rich media form are provided to the customers in a rich media format. It enables the customers to thoroughly understand the products that s/he pays attention to and to promote sale
of commodity. The online shopping experience system based on AR technology disclosed in the present invention comprises displaying the AR augmented reality in different ways according to the scene of the actual application. It enables the users to comprehensively know the production process, the transportation process, the sales process and the other relevant information. It helps the users to find reliable commodities and the merchants to create high-quality brands.
Summary of the Invention An objective of the present invention is to realize an augmented reality shopping system which enables users to stroll around and do shopping by augmented reality device in stores modelled with augmented reality.
Detailed Description of the Invention
“An Augmented Reality Shopping System” realized to fulfil the objective of the present invention is shown in the figure attached, in which:

The components illustrated in the figure are individually numbered, where the numbers refer to the following:

2. Augmented reality device
3. Database
4. Identity information unit
5. Bank information unit
6. Application
7. Server
The system (1) which enables users to stroll around and do shopping by augmented reality device in stores modelled with augmented reality comprises: at least one augmented reality device (2) which receives communication service from mobile communication network; at least one database (3) which is configured to keep information of many stores and products in different categories; at least one identity information unit (4) which is configured to keep voice and iris information of users; at least one bank information unit (5) which is configured to store purchase command and defined account information of users; at least one application (6) which is configured to ensure that users can see contents and products of a store; at least one server (7) which is in communication with the augmented reality device (2), the database (3), the identity information unit (4), the bank information unit (5) and the application (6) and which enables to make identification and realize sale transactions.
The augmented reality device (2) included in the inventive system (1) is a device which is configured to establish connection with the server (7) by using any remote communication protocol. In one embodiment of the invention, the augmented reality device (2) is a portable device such as augmented reality glasses which receives mobile communication service from a mobile communication network by methods included in the state of the art for example by means of a SIM card. In one embodiment of the invention, the augmented reality device (2) is configured to establish connection with the server (7) over a data network such as Internet. In one embodiment of the invention, the augmented reality device (2) is configured to perform iris scanning of the user. The augmented reality device (2) is configured to receive the voice obtained from the user.
The database (3) included in the inventive system (1) is in communication with the server (7) and it is configured to be managed by the server (7). In one embodiment of the invention, the database (3) is configured to keep information of many stores and products in different categories in itself. The database (3) is configured to keep three-dimensional hologram versions of products in shopping websites over internet designed for augmented reality. In one embodiment of the invention, the database (3) is configured to use database of any online shopping website designed in command to provide service for augmented reality that is obtained over the server (7). The database (3) is configured to store all products under certain categories.
The identity information unit (4) included in the inventive system (1) is in communication with the server (7) and it is configured to be managed by the server (7). In one embodiment of the invention, the identity information unit (4) is configured to store iris information of the users in itself. In one embodiment of the invention, the identity information unit (4) is configured to store voice information of users.
The bank information unit (5) included in the inventive system (1) is in communication with the server (7) and it is configured to be managed by the server (7). In one embodiment of the invention, the bank information unit (5) is configured to store account and credit card information of users in itself. In one embodiment of the invention, the bank information unit (5) is configured to store purchase voice command information of users.
The application (6) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to be displayed over any augmented reality device (2). The application (6) is configured to enable system login according to the identity matching information obtained over the server (7). The application (6) is configured to provide at least one interface in order to ensure that users can see information of many stores and products in different categories of users. In one embodiment of the invention, the application
(6) is configured to enable users to see real-like hologram versions of products with augmented reality. The application (6) is configured to enable users to choose a requested product from any store and to examine them as three-dimensional with augmented reality. The application (6) is configured to provide at least one interface in order to enable identified users to add the products in AR stores to their cart or to purchase them directly. In one embodiment of the invention, the application (6) is configured to provide at least one interface which enables the user to benefit from banking services. In one embodiment of the invention, the application (6) is configured to ensure that products in any online shopping website designed in order to provide service for augmented reality are examined as three-dimensional in hologram, and requested products are purchased with augmented reality. In one embodiment of the invention, the application (6) is configured to perform magnification and reduction by touching a product in an online shopping website designed for augmented reality.
The server (7) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to be in communication with the augmented reality device (2), the database (3), the identity information unit (4), the bank information unit (5) and the application (6). The server (7) is configured to establish connection with the augmented reality device (2) over any remote communication protocol. In one embodiment of the invention, the server (7) is configured to establish connection with the augmented reality device (2) over a data network such as Internet and to realize data exchange. The server (7) is configured to make identification by receiving the iris information of the user from the augmented reality device (2) and comparing them with the identity information that it obtains over the identity information unit (4). In one embodiment of the invention, the server (7) is configured to make voice verification with the voice information obtained from the identity information unit (4) by receiving the voice command of the user from the augmented reality device (2). In one embodiment of the invention, the server (7) is configured to access database of any online shopping website designed in order to provide service for augmented reality.
The server (7) is configured to receive voice command of the user from the augmented reality device (2) and to understand whether a purchase command exists or not by comparing it with the user command information obtained from the bank information unit (5). The server (7) is configured to realize the purchase with the user account information that it obtains from the bank information unit (5) when it detects a purchase command.
The inventive system (1) enables users to stroll around and do shopping by augmented reality device in stores modelled with augmented reality.
It is possible to develop a great variety of embodiments of the inventive system (1); the invention cannot be limited to examples disclosed herein and it is essentially according to claims.
Claims
1. An augmented reality shopping system (1) which enables users to stroll around and do shopping by augmented reality device in stores modelled with augmented reality; comprising at least one augmented reality device (2) which receives communication service from mobile communication network; at least one database (3) which is configured to keep information of many stores and products in different categories; characterized by at least one identity information unit (4) which is configured to keep voice and iris information of users; at least one bank information unit (5) which is configured to store purchase command and defined account information of users; at least one application (6) which is configured to ensure that users can see contents and products of a store; at least one server (7) which is in communication with the augmented reality device (2), the database (3), the identity information unit (4), the bank information unit (5) and the application (6) and which enables to make identification and realize sale transactions.
2. An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to Claim 1 ; characterized by the augmented reality device (2) which is a device that is configured to establish connection with the server (7) by using any remote communication protocol.
3. An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to Claim 1 or 2; characterized by the augmented reality device (2) which is a portable device such as augmented reality glasses that receives mobile communication service
from a mobile communication network by methods included in the state of the art by means of a SIM card.
4. An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the augmented reality device (2) which is configured to establish connection with the server (7) over a data network such as Internet.
5. An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the augmented reality device (2) which is configured to perform iris scanning of the user.
6. An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the augmented reality device (2) which is configured to receive the voice of the user.
7. An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the database (3) which is in communication with the server (7) and configured to be managed by the server (7).
8. An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the database (3) which is configured to keep information of many stores and products in different categories in itself.
9. An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the database (3) which is configured to keep three- dimensional hologram versions of products in shopping websites over internet designed for augmented reality.
10. An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the database (3) which is configured to use database
of any online shopping website designed in command to provide service for augmented reality that is obtained over the server (7).

20. An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the application (6) which is configured to provide at least one interface in order to ensure that users can see information of many stores and products in different categories of users.
21. An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the application (6) which is configured to enable users to see real-like hologram versions of products with augmented reality.

An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the application (6) which is configured to ensure that products in any online shopping website designed in order to provide service for augmented reality are examined as three-dimensional in hologram, and requested products are purchased with augmented reality.
26. An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the application (6) which is configured to perform magnification and reduction by touching a product in an online shopping website designed for augmented reality.

29. An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (7) which is configured to establish connection with the augmented reality device (2) over a data network such as Internet and to realize data exchange.

An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (7) which is configured to make identification by receiving the iris information of the user from the augmented reality device (2) and comparing them with the identity information that it obtains over the identity information unit (4).

An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (7) which is configured to make voice verification with the voice information obtained from the identity information unit (4) by receiving the voice command of the user from the augmented reality device (2).

An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (7) which is configured to receive voice command of the user from the augmented reality device (2) and to understand whether a purchase command exists or not by comparing it with the user command information obtained from the bank information unit (5).
33. An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (7) which is configured to realize the purchase with the user account information that it obtains from the bank information unit (5) when it detects a purchase command.
34. An augmented reality shopping system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (7) which is configured to access database
of any online shopping website designed in order to provide service for augmented reality.
