Description

A SEEDER MACHINE FOR SYNCHRONOUSLY PERFORMING TILLING, ROLLING, SEEDING AND FERTILIZING
FIELD OF INVENTION: The present invention generally relates to agricultural seed sowing and fertilizing seeder machines. More particularly, the present invention relates to a seeder machine for synchronously performing tilling, cutting, chopping, mixing, seeding, and fertilizing, and rolling in agricultural processes.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION: This section is intended only to provide background information pertaining to the similar field of the present invention, and may be used only to enhance the understanding of the present invention and not as admissions of prior art.
Generally, various sowing operations have been introduced with an aim to sow and spread the seeds and fertilizers in an agricultural field efficiently and husk free. In traditional/conventional techniques of sowing the seeds and fertilizers, the farmers manually sowed/distributed the seeds. However, the farmers, while manually seeding and fertilizing, faces many challenges inter alia uneven and non-uniform distribution of seeds and fertilizers. Such challenges are removal of husks, stubbles, residues of the harvested crops and unevenness of the field intended for the farming. In addition to that, earlier farmers used to burn the husks, stubbles, residues of the harvested crops that leaded to air pollution and deprival of fertility of the soil, and also facilitated a risk of forest fires.
With regards to demand and supply of agricultural needs, new seeder machines and technologies have been introduced in the recent past. Various seeder machines and treatments/processes have been developed to achieve efficient long-term soil fertility for high yield crop production. Thus, conventional seeder machines and technologies have enhanced the plant emergence, growth and nutrition efficiency of the soil so far. However, said seeder machines and technologies are subjected to high costs due to bifurcated agro processes involved therewith. Furthermore, said seeder machines and technologies are inefficient in positioning of seeds at a suitable depth inside due to remains of cropped stalks. Additionally, the conventional techniques are also incapable of efficiently delivering of fertilizers to the seeds in an adequate amount and in a proximity to the seed.
Therefore, in light of the above-mentioned limitations of the existing seeding and fertilizing seeder machines, there exists a need of an efficient seeder seeding and fertilizing seeder machine for efficient and effective distribution of the seeds and fertilizers.
