本实施例中,第一转动杆222和第三转动杆242滑动连接第三铰链节206,第一转动杆222经联动机构400可与第三转动杆242在第三铰链节206上反向滑动。具体的,当第一铰链节202向靠近第三铰链节206的方向运动时,第一转动杆222在第三铰链节206上朝向第三转动杆242滑动,受到联动机构400的作用,第三转动杆242在第三铰链节206上朝向第一转动杆222滑动,进一步的,第三转动杆242间接带动第二铰链节204向靠近第三铰链节206的方向运动。当第一铰链节202向远离铰链节方向运动时,第一转动杆222在第三铰链节206上背离第三转动杆242滑动,受到联动机构400的作用,第三转动杆242在第三铰链节206上背离第一转动杆222滑动,进一步的,第三转动杆242间接带动第二铰链节204向远离第三铰链节206的方向运动。本实施例中,联动机构400不仅可以使第一铰链节202和第二铰链节204相对于第三铰链节206同步转动,还可以使第一铰链节202和第二铰链节204相对于第三铰链节206同步滑动。一种实施方式中,第一转动杆222与第三铰链节206、第三转动杆242与第三铰链节206的滑动连接通过滑块与导轨的配合方式实现,当导轨为直线导轨时,第一转动杆222、第三转动杆242的滑动路径为直线,因此也可以理解为,第一铰链节202可以在第三铰链节206上滑动,第二铰链节204可以在第三铰链节206上滑动,第一铰链节202和第二铰链节204可以在第三铰链节206上同步、反向滑动。

本实施例中,第一转动杆222设有第二联动齿轮504a,第一铰链节202设有对应第二联动齿轮504a的第二联动齿条504b。具体的,第二联动齿轮504a为以第一转动杆222的转轴为中心轴的齿轮,即第二联动齿轮504a的转动轴与第一转动杆222的转动轴重合,第二联动齿条504b为直线型的齿条。

请一并参阅图13至图16,图13为铰链装置200的俯视图,图14为图13的A位置放大示意图,图15为铰链装置200展开时的立体图,图16为铰链装置200弯折时的立体图。联动机构400包括联动杆600,联动杆600包括相对设置的第一端部62和第二端部64,以及位于第一端部62和第二端部64之间的连接部66,连接部66转动连接第三铰链节206,第一端部62活动连接至第一转动杆222,第二端部64活动连接至第三转动杆242。当第一转动杆222向靠近第三铰链节206方向滑动时,第一转动杆222推动第一端部62,以使联动杆600绕连接部66以图示的顺时针方向转动,从而第三转动杆242随第二端部64也向靠近第三铰链节206方向滑动,第一铰链节202相对第三铰链节206的滑动运动与第一转动杆222相同,第二铰链节204相对第三铰链节206的滑动运动与第三转动杆242相同,从而实现了第一铰链节202和第二铰链节204的同步、反向滑动。进一步的,受到前述第一转动组件22和第二转动组件24的作用,还实现了第一铰链节202和第二铰链节204的同步、反向转动。

本实施例中,第一端部62和第二端部64对称设置,联动杆600的转动轴位于连接部66上,且该转动轴位于联动杆600的几何中心,当联动杆600绕该转动轴转动时,活动连接于第一端部62的第一导向块2220与活动连接于第二端部64的第二导向块2420的运动过程及运动轨迹绕该转动轴轴对称,从而第一铰链节202和第二铰链节204滑动的距离始终相同,滑动的方向始终相反,进一步的,第一铰链节202和第二铰链节204的运动过程始终对称、同步。
本实施例中,当铰链装置200处于展开状态时,第一凸起62b抵接于第一滑槽62a远离连接部66的一端的侧壁,第二凸起64b抵接于第二滑槽64a远离连接部66的一端的侧壁,从而限制第一凸起62b和第二凸起64b的运动行程,进一步的,当第一凸起62b抵接至第一滑槽62a远离连接部66的一端的侧壁,第二凸起64b抵接至第二滑槽64a远离连接部66的一端的侧壁时,第一凸起62b和第二凸起64b无法继续滑动,对应的,第一转动组件22和第二转动组件24无法继续转动,第一铰链节202和第二铰链节204无法继续相对第三铰链节206转动,防止第一铰链节202和第二铰链节204过渡转动而出现向外翻折的情况,保护铰链装置200及柔性显示屏300。进一步的,第一滑槽62a和第二滑槽64a的长度尺寸满足当铰链装置200处于展开状态时,第一凸起62b及第二凸起64b的滑动行程正好使第一铰链节202和第二铰链节204完全展开且不出现外翻。
一种实施方式中,联动杆600活动连接一个第一导向块2220与一个第二导向块2420形成联动组件,联动组件的数量为多个。具体的,联动组件的数量可以为偶数个,并且多个联动组件对称设置于第三铰链节206的长度方向的两端,联动组件均匀分布,从而提高第一铰链节202和第二铰链节204的联动效果。进一步的,联动组件的数量越多,第一铰链节202和第二铰链节204的联动效果越好。
联动杆600两端活动连接至第一铰链节202和第二铰链节204的方式简单易实现,结构零件少,实现效果好,安装、拆卸、维护方便。
结合图2,一种实施方式中,第三铰链节206上还盖设有盖板706,盖板706盖设于联动机构400上,盖板706通过螺钉等紧固件固定在第一铰链节202上。 一方面,盖板706用于遮挡联动机构400,放置联动机构400露出而与其他结构干涉,另一方面,盖板706转动连接联动杆600的连接部66,从而将联动杆600安装于盖板706与第三铰链节206之间,固定联动杆600的转动轴。事实上,盖板706还可以覆盖第一导向块2220和第二导向块2420,使第一导向块2220和第二导向块2420只能沿滑轨2060滑动。
实施方式二
请参阅图17,图17为铰链装置200的俯视图。联动机构400包括联动杆600和过渡杆602,过渡杆602的两端分别转动连接联动杆600的第一端部62与第一转动组件22的第一导向块2220,以及联动杆600的第二端部64与第二转动组件24的第二导向块2420。第一导向块2220、过渡杆602、联动杆600、过渡杆602、第二导向块2420依次转动连接形成铰链组,将第一导向块2220和第二导向块2420在第三铰链节206的上滑动与联动杆600的转动相互转换。

请参阅图18,图18为铰链装置200的俯视图。联动机构400还包括过渡杆602,过渡杆602的两端分别转动连接第一端部62与第一转动杆222,以及第二端部64与第三转动杆242。第一转动杆222、过渡杆602、联动杆600、过渡杆602、第三转动杆242依次转动连接形成铰链组,将第一转动杆222和第三转动杆242在第三铰链节206的上滑动与联动杆600的转动相互转换。
一种实施方式中,联动杆600的数量可以为两个,两个联动杆600于连接部66相互转动连接,从而两个联动杆600均可以转动连接第三铰链节206。进一步的,两个联动杆600对称设置,两个联动杆600的运动方式同步且相反。

请参阅图19,图19为铰链装置200的立体图。联动机构400包括齿轮800,齿轮800转动连接于第三铰链节206上,第一转动杆222上设有第一齿条802,第三转动杆242上设有第二齿条804,第一齿条802与第二齿条804分别位于齿轮800的相对的两侧,且均与齿轮800啮合。具体的,齿轮800的转动轴垂直于第三铰链节206,第一齿条802和第二齿条804的滑动方向相反,例如,齿轮800顺时针转动时,第一齿条802和第二齿条804相向运动,齿轮800逆时针转动时,第一齿条802和第二齿条804相背运动。
本实施例中,第三铰链节206设有滑轨2060,第一齿条802和第二齿条804经滑轨2060滑动连接第三铰链节206。进一步的,滑轨2060为沿直线延伸的滑轨2060,第一导向块2220和第二导向块2420的滑动轨迹为直线,因此可以理解为,第一转动杆222和第三转动杆242可以在第一铰链节202上滑动。

Claims (15)
- 一种铰链装置,其特征在于,包括第一铰链节、第二铰链节、第三铰链节、第一转动组件及第二转动组件,所述第一铰链节和所述第二铰链节设置于所述第三铰链节相对的两侧,所述第一铰链节经所述第一转动组件转动连接所述第三铰链节,所述第二铰链节经所述第二转动组件转动连接所述第三铰链节,所述第一转动组件和所述第二转动组件均滑动连接所述第三铰链节,以使所述第一铰链节和所述第二铰链节相对所述第三铰链节转动时,所述第一铰链节和所述第二铰链节相互靠近或远离。
- 根据权利要求1所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述铰链装置展开时,所述第一铰链节与所述第二铰链节相互远离;所述铰链装置弯曲时,所述第一铰链节与所述第二铰链节相互靠近。
- 根据权利要求2所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述第一转动组件包括转动连接的第一转动杆和第二转动杆,所述第一转动杆滑动连接所述第三铰链节,所述第一铰链节经所述第二转动杆啮合连接所述第三铰链节,以使所述第一铰链节转动连接所述第三铰链节,且可以相对所述第三铰链节滑动。
- 根据权利要求3所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述第二转动杆设有第一联动齿轮,所述第三铰链节设有对应所述第一联动齿轮的第一联动齿条,当所述第二转动杆转动时,所述第一联动齿轮与所述第一联动齿条啮合,以使所述第一转动杆在所述第三铰链节上滑动。
- 根据权利要求4所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述第二转动组件包括转动的第三转动杆和第四转动杆,所述第三转动杆滑动连接所述第三铰链节,所述第二铰链节经所述第四转动杆啮合连接所述第三铰链节,以使所述第二铰链节转动连接所述第三铰链节,且可以相对所述第三铰链节滑动。
- 根据权利要求5所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述第四转动杆设有第三联动齿轮,所述第三铰链节设有对应所述第三联动齿轮的第三联动齿条,当所述第四转动杆转动时,所述第三联动齿轮与所述第三联动齿条啮合,以使所述第三转动杆在所述第三铰链节上滑动。
- 根据权利要求6所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述第一转动杆上设有第一导向块,所述第三转动杆上设有第二导向块,所述第三铰链节设有滑轨,所述第一导向块和所述第二导向块经所述滑轨滑动连接所述第三铰链节。
- 根据权利要求7所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述铰链装置还包括盖板,所述盖板盖设于所述第一导向块和所述第二导向块上,所述第一导向块和所述第二导向块位于所述盖板与所述滑轨形成收容空间内。
- 根据权利要求8所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述第二转动杆滑动连接所述第一铰链节,所述第四转动杆滑动连接所述第二铰链节。
- 根据权利要求9所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,第二转动杆和所述第四转动杆上均设有伸出部,所述第一铰链节和所述第二铰链节对应设有滑动导槽,所述伸出部滑动连接所述滑动导槽。
- 根据权利要求9所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述第一转动杆设有第二联动齿轮,所述第一铰链节设有对应所述第二联动齿轮的第二联动齿条,当所述第一铰链节相对所述第一转动杆转动时,所述第二联动齿轮与所述第二联动齿条啮合,以使所述第二转动杆在所述第一铰链节上滑动。
- 根据权利要求9所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述第三转动杆设有第四联动齿轮,所述第二铰链节设有对应所述第四联动齿轮的第四联动齿条,当所述第二铰链节相对所述第三转动杆转动时,所述第四联动齿轮与所述第四联动齿条啮合,以使所述第四转动杆在所述第二铰链节上滑动。
- 根据权利要求1至12任意一项所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述铰链装置还包括联动机构,所述联动机构设置于所述第三铰链节上,所述第一转动组件与所述第二转动组件活动连接所述联动机构。
- 根据权利要求1至12任意一项所述的铰链装置,其特征在于,所述铰链装置还包括阻尼组件,所述阻尼组件设置于所述第一转动组件及所述第二转动组件上,以提供阻尼力矩。
- 一种电子装置,其特征在于,包括柔性显示屏及权利要求1至14任意一项所述的铰链装置,所述柔性显示屏设置于所述铰链装置上。
