なお、前記圧接ローラは、凹部及び凸部の少なくとも一方が形成された外周面で前記固定用突出部を押圧しても良い。
本実施例1の製造装置40は、図4に示した成形装置41と、成形装置41の下流側に配される図示しない切断装置とを有する。
本実施例2に係る成形面ファスナー2は、前述の実施例1の成形面ファスナー1に対し、ファスナー部材10aのベース部50における第1ベース領域56及び第2ベース領域57の形成位置及び形成範囲が変更されており、更にそれに伴って、ファスナー部材10aに対する裏部材5の固定範囲と非固定範囲が変更されて形成されている。なお本発明において、ベース部における第1ベース領域及び第2ベース領域の形成位置及び形成範囲は限定されるものではなく、任意に変更することができる。
本実施例3に係る成形面ファスナー3は、前述の実施例1の成形面ファスナー1に対し、ベース部60における第1ベース領域66及び第2ベース領域67の形成位置及び形成範囲を同じにして形成されているものの、第2ベース領域67の形状と、第2ベース領域67に対する裏部材5の固定状態とを異ならせて形成されている。
具体的に説明すると、本実施例3の第2ベース領域67は、図9及び図10に示したように、第1ベース領域66よりも大きくて所定の厚さ寸法を有する平坦状第2ベース部67aと、平坦状第2ベース部67aよりも更に厚さ寸法を大きくするとともに幅方向に沿って形成される凸状第2ベース部(凸部)67bとを有する。
なお、これらの変形例に係る成形面ファスナーを製造する場合、成形装置41には、第2ベース部に形成する凸状部分又は凹溝状部分に対応した凹部又は凸部が形成された外周面を有する圧接ローラ44が設置される。

Claims (10)
- 合成樹脂製のファスナー部材(10,10a,10b)と、前記ファスナー部材(10,10a,10b)とは別に形成される裏部材(5) とを有し、前記ファスナー部材(10,10a,10b)は、第1面及び第2面を備えるプレート状のベース部(20,50,60)と、前記ベース部(20,50,60)の前記第1面に設けられる複数の係合素子(12)とを有し、前記裏部材(5) は前記ベース部(20,50,60)の前記第2面に固定される成形面ファスナー(1,2,3) において、
前記裏部材(5) は、前記合成樹脂が前記裏部材(5) の第1面から第2面に通り抜け可能な構造又は前記合成樹脂が前記裏部材(5) の内部に浸入可能な構造を有し、
前記ベース部(20,50,60)は、所定の厚さを有する第1ベース領域(26,56,66)と、前記第1ベース領域(26,56,66)よりも厚く形成される第2ベース領域(27,57,67)とを有し、
前記裏部材(5) は、前記ベース部(20,50,60)の少なくとも前記第2ベース領域(27,57,67)に固定されている、
ことを特徴とする成形面ファスナー。 - 前記第2ベース領域(27,57,67)の厚さ方向における寸法は、前記係合素子(12)における前記ベース部(20,50,60)の前記第1面からの厚さ方向の寸法よりも小さく設定される請求項1記載の成形面ファスナー。
- 前記裏部材(5) は、前記第1ベース領域(26,56,66)に対して非固定状態で保持されている請求項1又は2記載の成形面ファスナー。
- 前記第2ベース領域(27,57) は、前記ベース部(20,50) の長手方向に沿って一定の厚さを有する請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の成形面ファスナー。
- 前記第2ベース領域(67)に、凹部及び凸部(67b) の少なくとも一方が設けられている請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の成形面ファスナー。
- 前記ファスナー部材(10,10b)は、前記ベース部(20,60) の長手方向に沿って立設される左右の外壁部(11)を有し、
左右の前記外壁部(11)は、複数の前記係合素子(12)が形成される領域よりも幅方向の外側に配され、
前記第2ベース領域(27,67) は、前記ベース部(20,60) の幅方向に関して、左右の前記外壁部(11)よりも外側の領域に形成される、
請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の成形面ファスナー。 - 一方向に回転するダイホイール(42,72) と、前記ダイホイール(42,72) に溶融した合成樹脂を供給するノズル部(43,76,77)とを有する成形装置(41,71,81)を用いて、合成樹脂製のファスナー部材(10,10a,10b)と、前記ファスナー部材(10,10a,10b)とは別に形成される裏部材(5) とを有し、前記ファスナー部材(10,10a,10b)は、第1面及び第2面を備えるプレート状のベース部(20,50,60)と、前記ベース部(20,50,60)の前記第1面に設けられる複数の係合素子(12)とを有し、前記裏部材(5) は前記ベース部(20,50,60)の前記第2面に固定される成形面ファスナー(1,2,3) を製造する製造方法において、
回転する前記ダイホイール(42,72) の外周面部で、所定の厚さを有する第1ベース領域(26,56,66)が形成されたベース部(20a) と前記係合素子(12)とを成形すること、
前記ベース部(20a) の第2面に長手方向に沿って連続して突設される固定用突出部(31)を成形すること、
前記ベース部(20a) の前記第2面に前記裏部材(5) を供給すること、及び
前記ダイホイール(42,72) から所定の間隔を開けて配置される圧接ローラ(44,74) を用いて、前記裏部材(5) を前記ベース部(20a) に向けて押し当てながら、前記固定用突出部(31)の少なくとも一部を押圧することにより、前記第1ベース領域(26,56,66)よりも厚く形成される第2ベース領域(27,57,67)を形成するとともに、前記第2ベース領域(27,57,67)に前記裏部材(5) を固定すること、
を含むことを特徴とする成形面ファスナーの製造方法。 - 前記ノズル部(43)は、前記ダイホイール(42)の外周面に対して所定の間隔を設けて配されるとともに前記ダイホイール(42)の外周面との間で前記ベース部(20,50,60)を形成するホイール対向面(43c) と、前記ホイール対向面(43c) に凹設された少なくとも1つの凹溝部(43f) とを有し、
前記凹溝部(43f) に前記合成樹脂を流入させることによって前記固定用突出部(31)を形成する、
請求項7記載の成形面ファスナーの製造方法。 - 前記圧接ローラ(44,74) は、平坦に形成された外周面で前記固定用突出部(31)を押圧する請求項7又は8記載の成形面ファスナーの製造方法。
- 前記圧接ローラ(44,74) は、凹部及び凸部の少なくとも一方が形成された外周面で前記固定用突出部(31)を押圧する請求項7又は8記載の成形面ファスナーの製造方法。
