Abstract
The technical problem of the claimed group of inventions is to obtain a contrast optical image. The method includes an impact on a finger joint with a biocompatible immersion agent, the transmission of the joint by optical radiation is consistent over several wavelengths lying in the window of the transparency of biological tissues, registration of the corresponding images with using a digital camera located on the other side of the light source relative to the position of the joint, determining the image contrast is carried out within the framework of first-order statistics. The test area is immersed in an immersion agent for 8-10 minutes until skin tension is reached. Optical sensor for implementing the method has been suggested (Fig. 1).
