Description

地面清洁器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洁设备,具体是涉及一种用于清洁物体表面(例如地板等)的并且结合具有扫地功能的擦地装置的地面清洁器。
背景技术
现有地面清洁设备大致可以分为手动和电动两类。
手动清洁设备,例如扫帚、拖布、地板擦等,一般都具有一个固定的清洁部分,其清洁能力决定于该清洁部分的除污、吸污能力。由于该清洁部分一旦与脏污的地面接触即被污染,因此在后续的清洁过程中清洁能力是逐渐减弱的,特别是在进行大面积持续清扫时,无法作到彻底清洁。
电动清洁设备主要是各类吸尘器,它是将含有污物的外部空气吸入,并利用盘形电机的旋转动力使其进入过滤器从而将地面上的杂质除去。吸尘器能够保持持续一致的清洁能力,但是只能清洁散落于待清洁面上的碎屑以及黏附力较弱的污物,例如灰尘等,当地面上有顽固的污垢和污渍时,该种吸尘器就无能为力了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种用于清洁物体表面,例如地板等的结合具有扫地功能的擦地装置的地面清洁器。
本发明的另一目的是提出一种使用方便、操作简单的地面清洁器。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种结合具有扫地功能的擦地装置的地面清洁器,包括壳体、安装在壳体前端的擦地装置、用来洗净擦地装置的去污装置和传动装置,所述擦地装置包括转轴及包覆在转轴上的擦拭层,所述去污装置在擦拭层的表面并且平行于转轴轴向的方向上形成可盛装清洗液的清洗腔体,所述传动装置驱动转轴转动。紧跟在所述擦地装置的转轴处设置有垃圾搜集装置,所述垃圾搜集装置包括可紧贴地面并靠近擦地装置的擦拭层的导引面,所述擦地装置的转动的擦拭层通过摩擦力带动垃圾沿着导引面进入垃圾搜集装置中。
所述清洗腔体入口连接清水容器,出口连接污水容器,所述清水容器和污水容器设置在壳体的后部,所述壳体上开设入水口和排污口,所述入水口连通清水容器,所述排污口连通所述污水容器,所述传动装置进一步包括水泵,所述水泵将清水容器内的清洁液注入清洗腔体内。
所述入水口和排污口上分别旋有封口盖。
作为本发明传动装置的第一种实施方式,所述传动装置为电机,所述电机具有连接擦地装置转轴的输出轴,所述电机通过输出轴直接驱动擦地装置的转轴转动。所述水泵通过驱动机构将清水注入清洗腔体内,所述驱动机构包括滚轮和连接滚轮的连接轴,所述连接轴与水泵联动。
作为本发明传动装置的第二种实施方式,所述传动装置包括齿轮组及水泵,所述传动装置的齿轮组安装在壳体侧部,所述齿轮组的一端连接壳体前部的转轴,另一端连接驱动机构,驱动机构的转动经过齿轮组传动后带动擦地装置的转轴转动,所述驱动机构包括一对滚轮和连接滚轮的连接轴,所述连接轴的一端与齿轮组啮合。
作为本发明传动装置的第三种实施方式,所述驱动机构为带动动齿轮组 或者水泵转动的电机。
所述去污装置包括贴紧在擦拭层的压盒,所述压盒包括朝向擦拭层设置的两挤压装置,挤压装置之间设置有分隔片,所述分隔片和挤压装置之间形成所述用来循环清洗擦拭层的清洗腔体,所述压盒的顶部固定若干弹性片,所述弹性片抵靠在壳体上,所述压盒上还开设有两个连通清洗腔体的通孔,其中一个通孔通过软管连接清水容器,另一通孔通过软管连接污水容器。
所述靠近垃圾搜集装置的挤压装置采用金属材料。所述远离垃圾搜集装置的挤压装置采用减少摩擦的滚轴。
所述壳体上安装有便于推动清洁装置的手柄。
本发明采用上述技术方案,其有益的技术效果在于:
1)本发明结合具有扫地功能的擦地装置的地面清洁器,通过在所述擦地装置的转轴处设置垃圾搜集装置,所述擦地装置的转动的擦拭层通过摩擦力带动垃圾沿着导引面进入垃圾搜集装置中,所述擦地装置在不断自我循环清洗的同时也能够将地面的垃圾扫入垃圾收集装置中去,相比较传统的地面清洁器,不仅简化了地面清洁器的内部结构,同时也缩小了地面清洁器的约三分之一的体积,增强了地面清洁器的便携性同时也降低了地面清洁器的成本;
2)本发明结合具有扫地功能的擦地装置的地面清洁器,分别设置了独立的具有入水口的可补充注入清洁液的清水容器和设有排污口污水容器,使得去污装置内的清洁液循环更流畅,可将所述擦拭层清洗得更干净,相应的地面也能够清洗得更干净;
3)本发明结合具有扫地功能的擦地装置的地面清洁器,所述入水口和排污口上分别旋有封口盖,使用者仅需要旋开入水口和排污口的封口盖即可补充新的清洁液或者排出使用过的清洁液,所以设计更人性化,操作也更方便;
4)本发明结合具有扫地功能的擦地装置的地面清洁器,所述传动装置可以仅是一个电机或者采用齿轮组传动,齿轮组连接由人力推动的驱动机构或者直接连接电机,所述电机的运用使得使用者推动清洁器的时候更省力,同时也能够避免驱动装置打滑造成无法驱动去污装置运行的问题;
5)发明结合具有扫地功能的擦地装置的地面清洁器,所述传动装置采用具有输出轴的电机,所述输出轴呈长秆状,从擦地装置转轴的一端延伸到另一端,再与转轴连接,不经增大了传动的扭矩,使得所述电机可直接驱动转轴转动,同时长杆状的电机输出轴沿着转轴方向设置,可充分节省壳体内的空间,使得地面清洁装置可被制作得更小巧;
6)本发明结合具有扫地功能的擦地装置的地面清洁器,所述贴紧在擦拭层的靠近垃圾搜集装置的挤压装置采用金属材料,增加了挤压装置的强度,能够快速的将黏附在擦拭层的垃圾剥离下来,并落在垃圾收集装置内,可防止垃圾黏附在擦拭层上随之旋转影响去污装置清洗擦拭层或者降低擦拭层的擦地效果;
7)本发明结合具有扫地功能的擦地装置的地面清洁器,所述壳体上安装有便于推动清洁装置的手柄,所述手柄可拆卸也可伸缩,极大的方便了用户使用所述地面清洁器。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参考图1至图4,本发明涉及一种结合具有扫地功能的擦地装置的地面清洁器,具体包括由底座、从底座两侧向上延伸的两侧壁及上盖围成的壳体18。
请参考图1,下面具体介绍本发明地面清洁器的第一种实施方式,所述壳体18内前端安装擦地装置、用来洗净擦地装置的去污装置,中部安装垃圾收集装置160,后部形成污水容器,所述污水容器内放置清水容器,传动装置安装在者垃圾收集装置160下方。
所述壳体18顶部设置有铰链36,所述铰链36用来可转动的连接手柄38。所述手柄38可长可短,可设计成拆卸式的,或者是伸缩调节式的,或者同时可拆卸和可伸缩调节式的,尽量方便用户使用所述地面清洁器。所述壳体18顶部开设有连接清水容器的入水口16并且设置用来启动传动装置140工作的按钮15。
所述擦地装置包括装设在壳体18前端的转轴154及包覆在转轴154上的擦拭层156,所述擦拭层156在转轴154的带动下不断旋转同时将地板擦拭干净。
在壳体18内,紧跟在所述擦地装置的转轴154后方位置处,安装有垃圾搜集装置160。所述垃圾搜集装置160包括可紧贴地面并靠近擦地装置的擦拭层156的导引面57,所述擦地装置的转动的擦拭层156通过摩擦力带动垃圾沿着导引面57进入垃圾搜集装置160中。本发明通过在所述擦地装置的转轴处设置垃圾搜集装置160,所述擦地装置在不断自我循环清洗的同时也能够将地面的垃圾扫入垃圾收集装置160中去,相比较传统的地面清洁器,不仅简化了地面清洁器的内部结构,同时也缩小了地面清洁器的约三分之一的体积,增强了地面清洁器的便携性同时也降低了地面清洁器的成本。
所述装设在壳体18后部的清水容器连通壳体18的入水口16。所述形成在壳体18后部的污水容器连通设置在壳体18上的排污口(图未示)。
所述去污装置设置在壳体18前方的擦拭层156的表面并且平行于转轴154轴向的方向上。所述去污装置包括贴紧在擦拭层156的压盒170。所述压盒170包括朝向擦拭层156设置的前后两个挤压装置173、177。所述压盒170前端的挤压装置173为转动安装在压盒170前端的挤压轴173。所述挤压轴173可充分减少压盒170和擦拭层156之间的反复摩擦。所述压盒170后端的挤压装置177为金属挤压片。所述靠近垃圾搜集装置160的挤压装置177采用金属材料,从而增加了挤压装置177的强度,使其能够快速的将黏附在擦拭层156的垃圾剥离下来,并落在垃圾收集装置160内,可防止垃圾黏附在擦拭层156上随之旋转影响去污装置清洗擦拭层156或者降低擦拭层156的擦地效果。
所述压盒170上前后的挤压装置173、177之间设置有分隔片74,所述分隔片74和挤压装置173、177之间形成通畅的用来循环清洗擦拭层的清洗腔体。所述压盒170的顶部固定若干弹性片72,所述弹性片72抵靠在壳体 18上,并且弹性片72产生弹性变形,所述变形的弹性片72将压盒170抵紧贴合在擦拭层156的表面上,在压盒170与擦拭层156之间形成动态密封。所述压盒170上还开设有两个连通清洗腔体的通孔175、176。其中一个通孔175通过软管连接清水容器。另一个通孔176通过软管连接污水容器。清水容器的清水在水泵149的作用下从通孔175进入,沿着压盒170内形成的清洗腔体流动,所述清水在清洁腔体内流动时,将流经的擦拭层156的表面清洗干净,再从压盒170连通污水容器的通孔176排出。
本发明中,分别设置了独立的具有入水口16的可补充注入清洁液的清水容器和设有排污口32的污水容器,可使去污装置内的清洁液循环更流畅,将所述擦拭层156清洗得更干净,相应的地面也能够清洗得更干净。
本实施方式中,所述壳体18的入水口16和排污口32上分别旋有封口盖。使用者仅需要旋开入水口和排污口32的封口盖即可补充新的清洁液或者排出使用过的清洁液,所以设计更人性化,操作也更方便。
本实施方式中,所述传动装置包括蓄电池148和电机140。所述电机140具有长杆状的输出轴。所述输出轴连接在转轴154的结合部152上,从而将电机的转动传送到转轴154和擦拭层156上。所述输出轴呈长秆状,从擦地装置转轴154的一端延伸到另一端,再与转轴154连接,不经增大了传动的扭矩,使得所述电机140可直接驱动转轴154转动,同时长杆状的电机输出轴沿着转轴154方向设置,可充分节省壳体18内的空间,使得地面清洁装置可被制作得更小巧。
本实施方式中的地面清洁器还包括水泵149和水泵驱动机构。所述水泵驱动结构包括滚轮144和连接滚轮144的连接轴142。所述连接轴44的一端输出到水泵149的齿轮组上。从而带动水泵149从清水容器中抽取清水并注 入压盒170和擦拭层156之间的清洗腔体内。
请参考图2至图4,下面具体介绍本发明地面清洁器的第二种实施方式。
本实施方式中,所述地面清洁器的壳体18(参见图1)内前端安装擦地装置、用来洗净擦地装置的去污装置,中部安装垃圾收集装置60,后部安装连通去污装置的清水容器20和污水容器30,传动装置安装在侧部或者垃圾收集装置60下方。
所述擦地装置包括转轴154及包覆在转轴154上的擦拭层56,所述擦拭层56在转轴154的带动下不断旋转同时将地板擦拭干净。
紧跟在所述擦地装置的转轴154处设置有垃圾搜集装置60。所述垃圾搜集装置包括可紧贴地面并靠近擦地装置的擦拭层56的导引面57,所述擦地装置的转动的擦拭层56通过摩擦力带动垃圾沿着导引面57进入垃圾搜集装置60中。本发明通过在所述擦地装置的转轴154处设置垃圾搜集装置60,所述擦地装置在不断自我循环清洗的同时也能够将地面的垃圾扫入垃圾收集装置60中去,相比较传统的地面清洁器,不仅简化了地面清洁器的内部结构,同时也缩小了地面清洁器的约三分之一的体积,增强了地面清洁器的便携性同时也降低了地面清洁器的成本。
所述清水容器20设置有入水口22和连接口23。所述清水容器20设置在壳体的后部。所述污水容器30设置有排污口32和连接口34。所述清水容器20和污水容器30设置在壳体的后部。
相应的,为了更新清洁液和排出使用过的污染的清洁液,所述壳体上也需要相应开设入水口和排污口32,所述壳体的入水口连通清水容器20的入水口22,所述壳体的排污口32连通所述污水容器30的排污口32。请同时参考图3、图4,所述去污装置设置在擦拭层56的表面并且平行于转轴154轴 向的方向上。所述去污装置包括贴紧在擦拭层56的压盒70。所述压盒70包括朝向擦拭层56设置的两挤压装置73、77。挤压装置73、77之间设置有分隔片74,所述分隔片74和挤压装置73、77之间形成通畅的用来循环清洗擦拭层的清洗腔体78。所述压盒70的顶部固定若干弹性片72,所述弹性片72抵靠在壳体上,并产生弹性变形,所述变形的弹性片72将压盒70抵紧贴合在擦拭层56的表面上,在压盒56与擦拭层56之间形成动态密封。所述压盒70上还开设有两个连通清洗腔体78的通孔75、76。其中一个通孔75通过软管连接清水容器20的连接口23。另一通孔76通过软管连接污水容器30的连接口34。清水容器20的清水在水泵49的作用下从通孔75进入,沿着压盒70内形成的清洗腔体流动,所述清水在清洁腔体内流动时,将流经的擦拭层56的表面清洗干净,再从压盒70连通污水容器30的通孔76排出。
所述靠近垃圾搜集装置60的挤压装置73采用金属材料,从而增加了挤压装置73的强度,能够快速的将黏附在擦拭层56的垃圾剥离下来,并落在垃圾收集装置60内,可防止垃圾黏附在擦拭层56上随之旋转影响去污装置清洗擦拭层56或者降低擦拭层56的擦地效果。
所述分隔片74和挤压装置73、77之间形成可盛装清洗液的清洗腔体,所述清洁腔体类似一个通道,清洁液从通孔75进入清洁腔体,再从通孔76处流出,通过连接口34进入污水容器30。
本发明分别设置了独立的具有入水口22的可补充注入清洁液的清水容器20和设有排污口32的污水容器30,可使去污装置内的清洁液循环更流畅,将所述擦拭层56清洗得更干净,相应的地面也能够清洗得更干净。
本实施方式中,所述壳体的入水口和排污口32上分别旋有封口盖。使用者仅需要旋开入水口和排污口32的封口盖即可补充新的清洁液或者排出使 用过的清洁液,所以设计更人性化,操作也更方便。
作为本发明传动装置的第二种实施方式,所述传动装置包括齿轮组48及水泵49。所述传动装置的齿轮组48安装在壳体侧部。所述齿轮组48的一端连接壳体前部的转轴154,另一端连接驱动机构。本实施方式中,所述驱动机构包括一对滚轮44和连接滚轮44的连接轴42。所述连接轴44的一端与齿轮组48啮合。所述驱动机构的滚轮44的转动经过齿轮组48传动后带动擦地装置的转轴154转动。
作为本发明传动装置的第三种实施方式,所述驱动机构可直接采用带动齿轮组48转动的电机。
作为本发明传动装置的第四实施方式,所述传动装置和驱动机构本身采用一个直接驱动擦地装置转轴154转动和水泵运作的电机。
所述水泵49夹持在连接清水容器20和压盒70导入清洁液的通孔75的软管上。所述水泵49在齿轮组48或者电机的直接带动下工作,将清水容器20内的清洁液注入压盒70和擦拭层56之间的清洗腔体内。
本发明中,所述传动装置可以仅是一个电机或者采用齿轮组48传动,齿轮组48连接由人力推动的驱动机构或者直接连接电机。或者传动装置直接采用电机。可见,所述电机的运用使得使用者推动清洁器的时候更省力,同时也能够避免驱动装置打滑造成无法驱动去污装置运行的问题。
进一步的,本发明中,所述壳体上安装有便于推动清洁装置的手柄38。所述手柄38通过铰链36转动固定在壳体上。所述手柄38可长可短,可设计成拆卸式的,或者是伸缩调节式的,或者同时可拆卸和可伸缩调节式的,尽量方便用户使用所述地面清洁器。
使用所述地面清洁器时,通过手柄推动所述地面清洁器。地面清洁器前端的擦地装置在单纯电机驱动下或者齿轮组48和驱动机构的作用下,所述擦拭层56、156在地面上滚动,地面上的垃圾碰到擦拭层56、156以后,黏附在擦拭层56、156上,并在摩擦力的作用下随着擦拭层56、156转动。当垃圾随着擦拭层56、156转动到金属挤压装置73、177处时,被挤压装置73、177剥离,同时落在紧跟在所述擦地装置设置的垃圾搜集装置60、160内,或者落在所述垃圾搜集装置的紧贴地面并靠近擦拭层56、156的导引面57上,接着,沿着导引面57被转动的擦拭层56、156扫入垃圾搜集装置60、160中。
尽管上面详细的描述了本发明的优选实施例,但是应该明白,对于本领域技术人员来说很明显的、这里讲述的基本发明构思的许多变形和修饰都落在所附权利要求限定的本发明的精神和范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种结合具有扫地功能的擦地装置的地面清洁器,包括壳体、安装在壳体前端的擦地装置、用来洗净擦地装置的去污装置和传动装置,所述擦地装置包括转轴及包覆在转轴上的擦拭层,所述去污装置在擦拭层的表面并且平行于转轴轴向的方向上形成盛装清洁液的清洗腔体,所述传动装置驱动转轴转动,其特征在于:所述清洗腔体入口连接清水容器,出口连接污水容器,所述传动装置还包括水泵,所述水泵将清水容器内的清洁液注入清洗腔体内,紧跟在所述擦地装置的转轴处设置有垃圾搜集装置,所述垃圾搜集装置包括紧贴地面并靠近擦地装置的擦拭层的导引面,所述擦地装置的转动的擦拭层通过摩擦力带动垃圾沿着导引面进入垃圾搜集装置中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的结合具有扫地功能的擦地装置的地面清洁器,其特征在于:所述清水容器和污水容器设置在壳体的后部,所述壳体上开设有入水口和排污口,所述入水口连通清水容器,所述排污口连通所述污水容器。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的结合具有扫地功能的擦地装置的地面清洁器,其特征在于:所述入水口和排污口上分别旋有封口盖。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的结合具有扫地功能的擦地装置的地面清洁器,其特征在于:所述传动装置为电机,所述电机具有连接擦地装置转轴的输出轴,所述电机通过输出轴直接驱动擦地装置的转轴转动。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的结合具有扫地功能的擦地装置的地面清洁器,其特征在于:所述水泵通过驱动机构将清水注入清洗腔体内,所述驱动机构包括滚轮和连接滚轮的连接轴,所述连接轴与水泵联动。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的结合具有扫地功能的擦地装置的地面清洁器,其特 征在于:所述传动装置包括齿轮组及水泵,所述传动装置的齿轮组安装在壳体侧部,所述齿轮组的一端连接壳体前部的转轴,另一端连接驱动机构,驱动机构的转动经过齿轮组传动后带动擦地装置的转轴转动,所述驱动机构包括一对滚轮和连接滚轮的连接轴,所述连接轴的一端与齿轮组啮合。
