Next, a method of lifting the counterweight 8 will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 2 is a diagram for explaining a method of lifting the counterweight of the elevator according to the first embodiment.
(2) The counterweight 8 is lifted from the state supported by the weight-side buffer 10 through the steps (A) to (F) of FIG.
(A) of FIG. 2 shows a lifting process of the lifting process. In the lifting process, the counterweight 8 is pushed up by the jack 12 arranged at the bottom of the hoistway 1.
(B) of FIG. 2 shows a supporting process, a gripping process, and a part of a first lifting process of a lifting process. In the supporting step, the support 14 of the lifting device 13 supports the lower part of the counterweight 8. In the gripping step, the pair of grippers 15 of the lifting device 13 grip the pair of weight-side guide rails 6 on the sides of the counterweight 8. In a part of the first lifting step of the lifting stroke, the pair of grippers 15 support the pair of lifting bodies 16 of the lifting device 13 on the sides of the counterweight 8. The pair of lifting bodies 16 support the support 14. In this state, the jack 12 not shown in FIG. 2B is removed.
(C) of FIG. 2 shows a part of the first lifting step of the lifting process. In a part of the first lifting step of the lifting stroke, the pair of lifting bodies 16 is raised to the limit of the lifting margin. As a result, the counterweight 8 is raised.
((D) of FIG. 2 shows a step of lowering the lifting stroke. In the step of lowering the lifting stroke, the pair of lifting bodies 16 are lowered to the limit. As a result, the support 14 is pulled down. At this time, a brake (not shown) restricts rotation of the hoisting machine 2 (not shown in FIG. 2). As a result, the counterweight 8 maintains the stopped state at the raised position.
(E) of FIG. 2 shows an arrangement process of the lifting stroke. In this state, the pair of lifting bodies 16 are pulled down to the limit.
Then, if necessary, the steps of arranging the lifting stroke and the second lifting step shown in FIGS. 2E and 2F are repeated. At this time, the spacer 17 is set according to the size of the vertical gap between the counterweight 8 and the support 14. For example, a spacer 17 that matches the size of the gap in the vertical direction between the counterweight 8 and the support 14 is selected from a plurality of spacers 17 having different lengths. For example, adjustment is performed so that the length of the spacer 17 provided to be extendable and contractible is equal to the size of the vertical gap between the counterweight 8 and the support 14.
According to the first embodiment described above, the lifting body 16 lifts the counterweight 8 on the side of the counterweight 8. The work at this time is performed from the bottom of the hoistway 1. Therefore, the counterweight 8 can be easily lifted.
When the support 14 is arranged below the counterweight 8, the jack 12 may be used. For this reason, the lifting device 13 can be easily installed.
(2) The steps shown in FIGS. 2E and 2F are repeated using the spacer 17. Therefore, the counterweight 8 can be raised higher.
